Trent was amazing, drove us from Michigan to Georgia then back, and the ride was perfect

Just a great driver and very good with the passenger a people person.

The Cadillac High School Marching Band made their way to Detroit for The Americas Thanksgiving Day Parade and Mayor Carla Filkins had the honor to join them. Compass Coach took us there and back. We were in awe of our drivers for their care, professionalism and kindness. They were such a wonderful example of who you are as a company. Thank you all so very, very much.

I post my review 2 weeks ago about a worker being high on the job and letting her drive the buses and this company delated it so I m gonna post my review again so I went to compass couch about 3 weeks ago and I notice a young girl that was there washing a bus higher then a kite and she was driving the busses around like that she almost hit one of the safety poles by the garage it s unsafe there when there is a person driving the buses high. I m going to take a screenshot of my review if it get deleted again I m just gonna post it on Facebook so they can t delete it. So I hope they will take care of this problem and not just keep ignoring it and deleting my review/complaint....

I Would not recommend using this company we used them for a company outing to a Tigers game, the bus was dirty old and ragged out and smelt like a dirty toilet terribly bad.

The driver was so nice! He had a great personality! The driving was also great along with the air conditioning! Also the seats were super comfortable

Doug did an excellent job driving us to and from Chicago in a horrible snowstorm! Thanks for keeping us safe and getting us back to GR!

This was a great bussing company they took us where we needed to go without question even if it wasn t planned. The drivers even woke up as early as 5 am to get us home from our AEWE hiking trip by mid-day.

Be careful if you book. I witnessed one run a car off the road and almost cause a big accident. It was not an issue of blind space it was heavy traffic and the bus driver just didn t want to stay behind the semi until clear so they got over without warning and almost smashed a small car. The car have to go into the shoulder/grass to avoid a collision because the bus did not back off even after the car honked the horn.

Dawn Albrecht, our coach driver, was so personable and wonderful working with our students and parents who followed. I will definitely be using you guys next year!!! The coach itself was very clean and well maintain. The students loved watching a movie and the air conditioning was perfect. They also have AC outlets to plug in any device, which was a nice surprise for everyone (especially the teachers who needed to charge their phones). Excellent Service!!!

Okay I seen a review not to long ago about someone that works there being high seem like they have deleted it so it make themselves look better but I just witness it myself the other day she nearly cleared the poles by the garage so be aware when you drive through the parking area could be dangerous with someone like that driving A bus. Company these days don t do drug test anymore to save a penny it s sad

Compass Coach took my group of high school students and chaperones from Michigan to New Mexico and back. Everything was amazing. I could not have asked for anything better. Skilled safe drivers, clean bus, excellent service and attention to detail.

Trent and the other drivers are amazing and friendly. They go above and beyond. The bus was very nice and roomy. It was not bad to sit on for entire consecutive days. Highly recommended company.
