If you like getting ripped off, this is a great place to get a screen protector. Zagg currently has a 40% off promotion on their website. I asked the employee if he would honor that in store. He said no, but that she would still offer me 20% off. I was OK with 20% off, so I proceeded to get a screen protector. I asked for the most basic glass screen protector they had. (Note that this is $29.99 online, and if you were to add in the 20% discount, it would come to $23 + tax). After the screen protector was on and I was ready to pay, the employee informed me that my total would be $48.47. I asked him how this could possibly be, given that the most expensive screen proctor is $49.99 and with a discount would be $40+ tax, which would bring it to roughly $43.00. He told me that the cheapest screen protector they have in store is $56.00 so I did get a 20% discount. Well of course it s too late at this point because the screen protector is already on the phone and he s got my card in hand. So can someone explain to me how on earth the same store can be charging almost double the price as their online store?? I also find it funny that no where in the store are the prices listed. This is a total scam and I m going to be doing everything in my power to get my money back, even if I have to be petty and go back to the store and rip the screen protector off my phone. I don t understand how anyone can give places like this 5 stars.
