I have been a long-time customer. Th store personell are always courteous and helpful. I highly recommend ZAGG.

Took care of a failing screen protector for me, prompt service and friendly help

Eh, can you say expensive?!?! $60 for a case and $50 for a screen pprotector??!?!? My friend bought his case here chipped in less than a month. His glass screen also broke and it has warranty but they charge a minimum of $10 just to replace it. The hell is the warranty for? I bought a $11.99 glass screen with unlimited warranty and it's lasted me longer.

Riley did a great job hooking us up with a Zagg screen for our iPhone XR! They do replacements if you registered your product. No bubbles on the installation! Very happy indeed!

ZAGG always provides an easy, quick, and convenient process for replacing tempered glass screens. I highly recommend buying their screen covers - I ve saved tons of money on screen replacements since I became a ZAGG customer.

My review is based solely on customer service.
For the product, I like my screen protector. BUT the service we received at City Creek Zagg today (June 1 around 3pm) was TERRIBLE!

We were ignored, the kids at the front desk could care less that we we're there to give them business, and they did not put my screen protector on correctly.

Let me explain:
Upon entering, we said we were previous customers at Zagg in Orem, had purchased a screen protector with a lifetime warranty, and my screen protector needed to be changed-out due to a crack. The kid at the counter looked at my phone and said we must not have gone to Zagg. Rather than offering to look up our account or email or phone number - he looked at his own phone. So we looked up the location of where we went and verified it was, indeed, Zagg.

Once that was straightened out, he said he didn't have the right screen protector. Actually semi-argued with my husband saying it was a franchise so they don't have the screen protector for my phone. After my husband said it was a Pixel XL, he suddenly found the right one.

Now, after placing the screen protector, he said there were two "bubbles" that would come out in a couple days. However, once I got home, I realized the two "bubbles" were actually an eyelash and piece of lint.

Lastly, after my husband gave him the card to pay, he kept checking his watch and reading text messages. He would go to swipe, but then stop to read messages on his watch.

Needless to say, it appears the kids don't care about their job or the customer, so don't waste your time or money here.

Slow. Waited over 45 mins. Only one person working. Nobody greet me the entire I was waiting....not a good experience.

Ok, first review I ve ever written because I will never get a ZAGG screen protector again. Got my iPhone X a month ago, got their screen protector 2 weeks later I noticed 2 thin cracks all the way through my phone, I ve never dropped my phone but I just in case I was happy to pay the 8 bucks for a new one, 1 week later two thin cracks all the way through..... still haven t dropped my phone. Biggest waist of time company I ve ever been apart of, I ve had previous screen protector for 3 years not a crack. Don t waist ur time with them. Total disappointment.

I've been purchasing Zagg protective screens for each phone in my family for the last 5 years and I will continue to do so. They've save our phone screens from shattering numerous times. When the company I work for moved downtown I started visiting Zagg at city creek which has far exceeded expectations regarding excellent customer service. Each time we visit this store the employee's have been very courteous and engaging when we have questions, even the "dumb" ones. I always recommend Zagg to family and friends and extend that to everyone.

Best service ever! Every time I come these guys really know what they are doing. So fast at helping me and friendly too. Alex gives great customer service and will help you find exactly what you need. They are the best! They stand by their products you wont go wrong buying from Zagg.

I love going into this store. The employees have always been so kind and helpful. And they always do a good job at putting on my screen protectors. (I go through a lot of them)

I've had to go back multiple times to get my glass applied correctly. I have to go back yet again... I really hope you all don't make me pay for your mistake. The tempered glass screen protector bubbled up and I couldn't use my screen, I had to remove it. It is surprising in one piece, still. I just want to try again to get it installed correctly. I'm also willing to discuss other options if this continues to not work out. Look forward to working with you, I love the brand...been a fan for ever.

I was always treated kindly at Zagg, and they have always been there to help when I broke a screen, I have recommended Zagg to all my friends, I cannot think of a better place for someone to go for a screen protector, or other phone accessories than Zagg!

the staff were courteous, but their selection of screens is very limited. It seems like everybody that came in to get a screen put on or replaced had to go to one of their other stores.

This location has gone way down hill over the last 2 months.

Had a guy by the name of Aaron. Absolutely the best person there. Helped me with my glass and was extremely informative. Will be back more.

Bought first invishield from att store, boy what a sucker, $40.00 for junk, only reason why i bought it was to protect my phone, plus warrantied, wasnt a week and shield cracked than got replacement which had a defect, which made a hair line scratch which, cracked later.. just junk i wouldnt have my friends buy them...

The people at the store are nice and apply the covers well. However last two times I've come into the store they said my phone models protector is backordered. I also think the screen protectors are not any higher quality than less expensive products, I have broken several after dropping my phone only once. The replacement policy and not being charged for the application makes it still worth purchasing.

DONT get any product at this location. My husband paid for an upgraded S7 screen (so it curves around edges of phone) and another fee to have it installed in place. The rep took his phone to install it, bashed on it with a squeegee to get the air bubbles out (alarming both my nephew and husband) and as soon as he left the store, he noticed the back of the 10 day old phone was now cracked. Rep got defensive when he asked her about it nicely- she denied it was cracked when she took it from him and when she gave it back. Somehow he cracked it in the few steps to the door and back?? Her manager called later and was equally unapologetic. "We've installed 8,000 phones and not damaged one" is not really a legit excuse. Will never go back to Zagg though we were happy with their products in the past. Horrible customer service.

Not to mention, the s7 glass is nowhere near as nice as what I have on my s5. Crappy to touch, makes phone way less responsive. Dont know what's changed, but its for the worse.

I have two transactions of 1/21/2020 for the amount of 5.99 and I have not bought anything recently. I also reside in Puerto Rico. Today I notify the bank of the charges without authorization.

Bought a 50.00 screen cover for my wife's tablet that breaks a few months later. I go back to the store I bought it and her tablet at and they tell me the o my way to get the warranty is at the Zagg store so I come here. I am told oh we don't have that one and we can't cut one now for you. I also had a tablet for my son which is a newer model that I wanted a cover for and again nope we don't have one and can't cut one. He then tells me well you can call the Midvale store nd see what they have. Seems like if you want good service you would call for me to see if they had what I needed. Especially when I tell you I live almost an hour away! I call the Midvale store myself and leave a voicemail and still no reply...... Why did I shell out 50.00 for a screen protector again?

Buy a 99 cent screen protector online u would have better luck! I'm done with the 10 dollar replacement every week for my note 8 that just pops off!@@!!!!!

My new screen protector has a bubble an hour later and I noticed a small hair under it after I left. The store is very dark, making it hard to inspect. I'll have to go back into scoutnet store now. Very inconvenient!

Nice Staff that went the extra mile to try to help, but didn't have replacement Zagg in stock for Galaxy S8 Active and didn't have any due to arrive. Referred us to corporate store.

The day after having my screen protector replaced at the Valley Fair Mall Zagg, my new screen protector cracked! This time we decided to go to the City Creek Zagg. NEVER AGAIN. They charged me almost double what I had paid just a few days before, (which was also an increase in the price I had paid at that location three months ago). The employee barely acknowledged me. When I was surprised at the drastic increase in price he showed no commission at all. He shrugged it off and said it's a different franchise.

By comparison, the Valley Fair Zagg was polite, upbeat, did a fantastic job, charged less, and hgav me a Zagg Bag!

The customer service was Great but the prices are very high

I went in with some problems I d had with a recently applied screen protector. Zach was super friendly and explained that the product changed about the time I d purchased mine and replaced it free of charge. I absolutely love my Zagg screen protectors and love their replacement system. I ve had great service at any location I ve been to.

Box says you are able to replace the screen protector as long as you own the phone. But each time is eight dollars.

The guy who helped me was friendly and thorough when placing my protective screen.

I upgraded to a glass protective screen and it wouldn't seal properly on my phone, when I decided to downgrade to the hdx that I've never had a problem with the manager was incredibly rude about it and tried to argue with me in front of other customers...so awkward, embarrassing and rude...never been treated so bad as a customer.

The products do what they say they will do. Protect the phone. The service is great. Very friendly.

The employees are nice, but often are unhelpful. I've been told conflicting things about their warranty policy for screen protectors by different employees, but they'll always help you the best they can.

They were very helpful and fast. It was a great experience.

I was super frustrated because the guy before put on my screen protector with a bubble in it, and over the course of a couple of weeks - the bubble grew underneath to completely spread completely underneath my phone. This was after being out of stock of privacy screens and convincing me to purchase back protectors.

I went in thinking they could help me and at first one guy actually tried to up sell me, which was frustrating - but then Aaron stepped in to help and take care of me. He replaced it (no charge) and also told me that the guy who put it on no longer worked there. He then told me the first guy was in training, apologized, and said I could call on a specific date for the privacy screen. All in all it was a good and happy ending and I was glad, because honestly this was my last straw with this location. Aaron has amazing customer service though.

My screen protector shattered within a week of having it but, it has successfully protected my actual phone screen

Over the last several years I have a tempted to buy stuff at this location. I always receive the same promise that they will call me when the glass or covers that I m looking for comes in. Always receiving the same promise that it will be in next Wednesday . Particularly in the last two months I have tried to get an Apple Watch cover for mine and my wife s phone and have been in every week and have been getting the same response. I m done waiting my time with Zagg.

Kina annoyed that they say replacement glass is free... They won't give you one for free in the store you have to pay $6 "To have it professionally installed".

"If you want a free one you have to order it online."-them "how much do they charge to ship it to me"-me "$6"... "so... Basically you're just charging me $6 for the replacement?" "No it's free"

Then when you call the customer service and ask how much shipping is. "Well that depends on which model screen protector you have anywhere from $3 to $6" Which basically means. We know it only costs $0.50 to ship any of our screen protectors to you but we won't give you a free replacement we need to charge you what it costs us to make it...

So... Yeah I don't really care that I pay $6 for a replacement screen, just don't lie to you customers and pretend that they are free.

And this is the third or fourth time I've had to do this because their highest end glass version of the screen protector breaks at the edges really easily.

End Rant.

The CEO and various other employees I have met on plane rides are very nice.

Always kind and professional, excellent customer service and helpful. Would recommend to anybody trying to cover their electronics, cannot tell you how often the warranty saved me.

I ve been able to run in and have my shield on my watch and my phone replaced in less than 2 minutes. Looooove not having to wait.

I love Zagg! I crack my screen several times per year (by fault of my own) and I love that I can walk into a store and get it replaced right away for a small replacement fee rather than having to buy a new one every time.

The store manager and this team are very rude and inconsiderate, customer service does not exist here. Frank was insulting to me on the phone and my complaints have been called in to the corporate office. I have always bought from zagg however you have lost my business because of the way frank treats the customers.

Good service but nasty music. F bombs and sex talk on the raido for my entire visit.

Slow service. Maybe ask the long like WHO ISNT HERE TO REPLACE A SCREEN PROTECTOR so I can buy my pop socket in less than 20 minutes.

One star implies that I am in some way at least a little bit satisfied with Zagg and their customer service...I would give "0" stars if I could. Zagg is tricky and manipulative. After a year and 2 replacements of my screen guard--suddenly my account showed that I was no longer able to request a replacement on the screen guard that had a "lifetime replacement warranty." I had to contact customer service to request a replacement. Once I did and I sent back my broken screen guard, Zagg claimed it was lost in the mail. With no proof of shipment or tracking, I was stuck with a fee for the replacement cost. I feel like this is what they were trying to do all long when the rendered my purchase unable to request a replacement. Zagg is a completely dishonest and manipulative company. They are totally shady and try to find ways to circumvent their so called lifetime warranty replacement. If you decide to purchase from Zagg, do so with extreme caution.
