Don t judge a book by its cover! Though unassuming from the outside, it was a delicious Thai meal for a family in a hurry (we had a flight to catch). Service was pretty good- the food arrived very quickly! The portions were quite large, and the lunch special was nice. One person s spring roll was lukewarm, but mine was piping hot! As a family, we enjoyed the pad see ew, massaman curry, yellow curry, and lad na. We will definitely stop back by on our next trip to the Atlanta airport!

I found two hairs in my lunch and the waitress was so kind to make me a new plate and gave me 1 extra shrimp and discount my meal by 10%. Ten percent was equal to a $1. So, in exchange for finding hair in my food, I received a shrimp, a dollar, and a cold smile. Very disappointed!

I have to give this place 5 stars for deliciousness and good customer service. I have been to 3 other Thai restaurants in my life and I was not impressed by the food. This was my first time at this one and I am a fan! The staff was friendly here. I had the Red Curry Duck as my main dish and it was wonderful. Very tasty sauce and they didnt skimp on the food. I am definitely adding this to my favorites list.

Food was ok. Rating is not accurate. I suspect they have bought ratings as they are not that good. Fast service but very stingy - extra fee for hot sauce etc. Not flexible with substitutions.

This is the BEST Thai restaurant in the area, and one of my favorites in the whole city.
Their food is delicious, and they have generous portion sizes. The sushi is super fresh every time, and very reasonably priced.
In addition, their customer service is top notch, everyone I've seen there has been very friendly and polite.

Tried this place for the first time, despite my other terrible experiences with places on Old National....I was pleasantly surprised. The wait was short, the staff was pleasant, and the sushi was really good!

This is a hidden gem in the College Park area of Atlanta. We arrived way earlier than intended to catch a flight to Houston. All I can say is OMG, SoOOO GOOD!! Service was excellent, it wasn't crowded but we popped in an hour before closing! My brother got the fried calamari, mom got the pad wosen (sp) ,and I had delivered a steaming HUGE bowl of goodness (I'm surprised they didn't need a small crane to deliver it) of beef pho!! If you are in the area or traveling through, take a bit of extra time and hit this little joint up for a belly full of deliciousness!!

Zab-E-Lee is delish! Thai fried rice and green curry chicken are my favorites. Service is great. Dining room is closed because of COVID but we still do take out at least one a month b/c family loves so much!

We've eaten at Zab-e-lee's for years. Yesterday, our car was broken into. It's a really bad area we took for granted because of how good the Thai is. I'll miss this restaurant but not their parking lot.

I visit this spot a lot since I work close by. I have to say their service is always great and they keep the spot neat at all times. Prices are reasonable and they serve generous portions.

The Zab-E-Lee experience is something like walking into Harry Potter's Leaky Cauldron. As you step from nearly a completely empty parking lot lined with storefronts (so entirely unimpressive as to make one ponder at what a negative imagination scale might be like) into a comfortable, quaint, Asian-themed restaurant so starkly contrasted with its surroundings in terms of visual appeal, aroma, and geographical feel, you might experience all the effects of a physio-temporal shift akin to stepping out of a souped up Delorean after a ride at 88 mph.

One of the dangers of Zab-E-Lee is returning repeatedly, only to find yourself ordering the same thing you ordered on your first visit every time. You probably thought to yourself, "This is the best <xyz> I've ever tried. This is my place for <xyz>." If you do this, you're missing out on a lot of good <abc>, <qrs>, and my favorite, <fgh>. Although a simple system of darts (for the unskilled player) might produce a sufficiently random meal choice that will always produce a delicious selection at this particular restaurant, I instead suggest complex algorithm based on the lint pattern of your pocket. Reason being is I don't want to someday find myself eating there with a dart stuck in me because you took me literally.

Service has always been reasonably efficient and friendly. It may take a few minutes to seat your unreasonably large group, but they work hard to accommodate you. Don't sit there for half an hour like a fool, getting angry that they haven't taken care of your check for you. Go up to the cashier and tell them what you had.

Conclusion: Don't eat at Zab-E-Lee. You'll make it harder for me to get a seat.

So very dissapointed. This was one of my favorite restaurants. I even had private celebrations there in the past. Yet for the past two years at least there has been a marked decline in food quality, service, and cleanliness. You are outrageously upcharfed for simple items. $3 extra for fried instead of steamed rice, and thw only vegetable is onion. They have changed the formula for many of their recipes. The sweet and sour chicken is now fried with cheap cuts of tough and stringy chicken by-product, few veget ables and sace on the side. Whereas in the past is was grilled chicken in a sweet and sour sauce with vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, pineapple, pepper and onion). I have dined in and been ignored for up to 30 minutes so tried carryout, but the experience was no better.

Even though they were closing within 15mins they were professional and nice and allowed me to enjoy my meal and wine without feeling I was being rushed...I appreciate that and my Sushi was Great! Thank you!

I'm not sure where all these amazing reviews came from... My experience was horrible. I am an avid Thai food lover.. The green curry was flat... Pad Thai was even flatter and they skimped on ingredients... Will not order from here.. Ever..

Good food. They have the best BBQ chicken and you get half a chicken. The order some with shrimp or chicken friend rice and a soup. You can try the chicken larb salad if you never have one it very good. Ask for mile or it might be a lil spicy. A hidden gem in old national.

We had been referred there and determined that the only way we can order would be to take the person who referred us. Four times we tried to order and each time the waitress explained why that wasn't a good choice and how we should eat this with that, or eat something else instead. We were hungry and had no time for harrassment. We left, never went back.

I have been a customer for years. The food is better than the more expensive Thai restaurants in metro Atlanta. Its not in the best building or location but the food is well worth it. We are vegan and find that there are many options to choose from on the menu. They guve you large portions as well.

My second time ordering from this place, last night, the service was horrible. I had family come from out of town, who, were hungry. I bragged about this place and suggested we order from here. We had two seperate orders. The first order was chicken wings and combo rice with no pork or carrots. The second was thai friend rice with just shrimp and two orders of sushi. The first order, there wasnt any chicken wings. That was the, only, thing my family ordered. The restaurant was closed, so my sister didn't have anything to eat. To top it off, they gave the second order, all, combo rice with just chicken and shrimp. The second order should have been two thai fried rice with just shrimp. I am allergic to chicken. I couldn't even touch the food. This afternoon, I call, and the owner, Sarah, only, offered me 15% off my next order. After, already, wasting my money on food, I couldn't eat last night and disappointing my guests. Her logic was to bring in the food from last night to trade for them to make the correct order. Anyone, who, is allergic, knows, that you can't keep food in the house, that you are allergic to. The manager/ owner refused to rectify or resolve the issue.. Basically, took my money last night, gave me all the wrong order, and this afternoon, basically, shrugged her shoulders with a 15% off my next order. The food here is not cheap, when it comes to price, 15% will, barely, cover tax. I would be a fool to spend my money here, again, considering the lack of consistency, and the horrible customer service.

We like a lot to go out. Last night we went to this magnificent restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a beautiful evening there with first-rate dishes and an efficient crew and a distinguished cook. We put this restaurant in our list and we will surely come back very soon. We highly recommend.

You have to try their dancing shrimp! Its marinated in lime, chilis, onions, and whatever goodness they add to it but it taste so refreshing. I order this exact thing everytime I go to Zab E. Lee, and they are always so nice.

Food was good. Nice atmosphere and very clean. Staff were great too. I got the Masaman curry which took quite a bit longer to come out than the fried rice my coworkers got. I guess they bring food out when it's done. Either way isn't wasn't a terrible wait and it was really good. This will probably become a more regular lunch spot.

Great. Food was on point. (Though wish they added a little more meat, but you can pay for extra). The cream cheese crab rolls were different in a very good way. Clean, the staff is supet nice and helpful. Great expierence. Will be back!

A culinary gem, minutes from the ATL airport. Thai rice, noodle, saute dishes, and sushi. Tucked in the corner of an expansive shopping center, this long-running restaurant continues to delight a diverse clientele. Friendly and helpful service staff.

Great Thai hole-in-the-wall! I've had the fresh basil rolls, red curry, drunken noodle, spicy basil, and Thai iced tea and all are delicious. The drunken noodle is a bit unique in the they use pineapple but it adds a really nice sweet tone to the spicy flavor. It's in a bit of a seedy strip mall, but I believe they do deliver to some nearby ATL hotels.

I have become addicted to Zab's since moving to Atlanta a year ago. It's worn home style asian mom and mom interior is so inviting. The know their regular customers and what you eat my memory...the service price and quality of food is amazing.

I usually get: the panang curry duck and it's enough to get two full meals out of it.

Surprisingly good Thai food at a great price. The place doesn't look like much from the outside and seating is a bit tight on the inside but you honestly can't get Thai food this good in the area anywhere else.

If you re not purposefully looking for it you ll miss it. Looks iffy from the outside but like Dorothy stepping from black and white and into colorful Oz, you walk in and the place is nice, staff friendly and food is really good. Beware of the women s bathroom door though, it slams shut on its own and will eat your hand - it ate mine!
