My second time ordering from this place, last nigh...
My second time ordering from this place, last night, the service was horrible. I had family come from out of town, who, wee hungry. I bragged about this place and suggested we order from here. We had two desperate orders. The first order was chicken wings and combo rice with no or carrots. The second was this friend rice with just shrimp and two orders of sushi. The first order, there wasnt any chicken wings. That was the only thing my family ordered. The restaurant was closed, so my sister didn't have anything to eat. To top it off, they gave the second order, all, combo rice with just chicken and shrimp. The second order should have been two thai fried rice with just shrimp. I am allergic to chicken. I couldn't even touch the food. This afternoon, I call, and the owner, Sarah, only, offered me 15% off my next order. After, already, wasting my money on food, I couldn't eat last night and disappointing my guests. Her logic was to bring in the food from last night to trade for them to make the correct order. Anyone, who, is allergic knows that you can't keep food in the house, that you are allergic to. The manager owner refused to rectify or resolve the issue.. Basically, took my money last night, gave me all the wrong order, and this afternoon, basically, shrugged her shoulders with a 15% off my next order. The food here is not cheap, when it comes to price, 15% will, barely, cover tax. I would be a fool to spend my money here, again, considering the lack of consistency, and the horrible customer service.
