My optician found 70% sight lose and advised to contact Ophthalmologist. I contacted Oogziekenhuis Eindhoven in April 2017, after a few tests they planned cataract surgery end of August 2017. four months ?! Why August while my eye sight is less than 70% ? I have to drive from Eindhoven to Venlo for work which is dangerous and cannot concentrate on my work. They do not care about patience healthcare but they are too commercial!

I went to the Eye Hospital of Drs. P Meurs, because I had heard good stories about it. I thought about 40 years of experience. I had cataract surgery on both eyes, which went well. The treatment in our own operating room is very expertly performed. I had the idea that the latest techniques and newest medicines are always used. The preliminary and follow-up discussions were informative and efficient. The team is very helpful and pays attention to you as a person. Pleasant atmosphere and yet an efficient approach

My mother (88 years old) has received good advice for her 'Macular Degeneration' several times from both Dr. Meurs as his colleague. As an elderly person, she feels very well helped and can answer all her questions.
