It's such a quirky place. Ideal if you are looking for gifts. Loads of places to eat and drink and they've smartened it up a great deal since I last went. Whiled away a couple of pleasant hours and it's close to the railway station.

Beautiful building with many interesting features. I was a little disappointed by the lack of occupied units but those open were interesting and varied. Loved Hudson Belle!! Very tempted to spend but couldn't actually decide which I liked most!!

Had a lovely afternoon exploring the shops , eating , more shopping finishing with a gin.

Historic place, very tranquil, lots to look at and good places to eat and drink.
Still lacking a buzz but this may change when occupancy rates improve. It's a great venue which deserves our increased support as customers.
Fabulous refurb of this stunning place - beautiful public square and three floors of surrounding buildings with lots of interesting independent retailers and places to get drinks and refreshments - a great destination for an afternoon out
A place full of history and restored well. It has quite a continental feel about it. Wonderful independent boutiques and artisan shops. The free guided tours at 12noon and 2pm are very informative.
Quite a nice area, but need more variety of shops. Disabled toilet and baby changer was out of order and no dog friendly shops except Loafers. Disappointing bars, overpriced and not very special.
Since it has been revamped it looks great but take plenty of money if you want a drink.
It was always worth a visit, but since the recent facelift, it is even better.

Very pretty but a real lack of good shops. Shame, as this place used to have a real eclectic mix of stuff. It's trying too hard to be something it isn't.
It's like this structure has a new life, it is like the piece of paper hall has a perpouse of, it looks a lot happier
Not to bad alright for a quick visit. Found a few of the units empty which is a shame for the size of the building.
Great place, different experience from rest of town, classy shops, great places to get and drink and superb bookshop and really like harveys which is excellent with nice variety of quality goods. Superb place in a great town!
Great in all weather's. Sheltered shopping. Lifts to all floors. Lots of little shops selling all kinds of things. Just great for a day out, buying gifts or to pick up some ethical, environmentally friendly shopping. Good space for kids to run around too.
Hats off to Calderdale council and all the traders at the Piece Hall. A real tourist attraction and great for the people who visit
Had a fabulous day perusing the little stores. Stopped for a little light refreshment at the Gin bar. Just the place to visit and relax.

Beautiful restoration project that provides a fascinating picture of a past era. Very interesting range of individual shop units and chance for a nice coffee or something stronger if you prefer
Shame a lot of shops either c lose or empty but the ones which were open were very unusuall quaint independamt retailers. Lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Clean and family orientated areas with water springs for the children to run in.
A lovely collection of boutique style shops in a scenic location. Parking can be tough so be prepared to circle the block a few times.

Really nice historic place. Has loads of independent shops mixed with galleries/museums highlighting the history of the hall and Halifax. Has good access via multiple entrances, stairways and lifts.

Worth the visit to Halifax just to see The Piece Hall. A beautiful piece of historic architecture. The building is nearly 250yrs old but still looks great

Lovely old building in the centre of Halifax. Events go on in the square and there are boutique shops all around the upper and lower walkways
Lovely historical building. Shops to visit round the balconies. Sometimes has events and limited product stalls. It's geared at the 50 granders (those with surplus incomes to spend). Like Eureeka, it fronts a town of grotesque inequality, where most can't afford to spend at this elitist place.

Great atmosphere at the Christmas market, carol singers, mulled wine and locally produced gifts for Christmas.
This is a must to see it's the last one in the country and dozens of independent traders
Interesting and varied shops around the collonaide along with restaurants and cafe's. The newly renovated central plaza is used for many different events. The water features add to the ambience.
Great place to spend some time chilling and browsing the fabulous shops.
