Tried phoning to ask question, no answer. Sent an e-mail using contact form and got no response for days now. Clearly they don't care if you are not a policy holder
Update: They have now responded, claiming that I was contacted after all. I am not deaf - I know what happened when I called. Nobody answered the phone after the initial recorded message. I sent a message using their contact form with no response until I added this review. Yes, I have checked my junk. I was checking my mailbox constantly because I was keen to get a response. I did not receive anything from them when I sent a message. As soon as I review them negatively, they contact me immediately. Admitting responsibility would go a lot further than accusing me of being an idiot. Feefo only allows your policyholders to review you, which allows you to manipulate their reviews after you have resolved their issues and they have got over it. Instead of asking me to remove this review politely and in private, they decide to send a response on here, denying everything. I will not be bullied into giving a fake review, I'm only giving my honest opinion. Otherwise, what's the point?
