I was very happy with the service provided by Yellow Jersey. This was the first time I'd had a bicycle stolen and they provided a swift service and my bicycle was ultimately replaced. They were friendly, helpful and my claim was processed within a week with the first response coming back in less than a day. All-in-all, I was happy with the service and am very happy to continue insuring my bicycle with them. Thank you!
