Poor customer service. Direct Group they use to deal with claims also delivers one star service at most. Takes them two weeks to request relevant documents when you make a claim. A week and a half later, after reminding email and a phone call they ask for the same thing again. Finally, three attempts to get the settlement right and still miss the paperwork that they already have.
The apparent five working days to process the payment do not happen either. Another attempt to make contact only to be told that the payment will take few days to clear but can not tell how long exactly.
Nice sales people to talk to but horrible to deal with when it s time to make a claim.
I do not recommend and will not be using again!
