Bike was stolen, I placed a claim on Friday and they closed it by Wednesday the next week. Was straightforward and speedy, have never dealt with another insurance provider before but can t imagine it could be much better than this! Paid full value of my bike and got me back riding ASAP! Shout out to Jonathan at the claims team for an amazing service :)
