American Airlines everything good, the low rating goes to the lady at the information desk, by the arrival entrance, she s supposed to be nice, I mean se works in the info desk. A very polite guy came to ask her a question about where to locate a representative for the car rentals, she responded very unprofessional, I felt bad for the guy, I can t see her name sigh...long curly blonde died hair lady... better off asking other personnel

Very convenient to the airport - walking distance from the terminal. They have a really good happy hour with free appetizers. The fitness center is not very good, they have very light weights and not great equipment. Rooms are nice and updated.

Great staff, so friendly. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in!

The room was more then large enough and the room very clean.

Stayed here two diffent nights. Is was absolutely beautiful, quiet, the team members were helpful. Just a great experience the fist time so we decided to stay there again on our way back home. This hotel is a very convenient location if your flighing its perfect you can walk to the hotel with in a couple of minutes. Theres also a working out station, pool with slide and a hot tub that sits 12 which makes it great when tring to get a minute away but close to the kids. After all great experience, great rooms and beautiful place to visit.

The lobby was really nice and recently renovated. The rooms were big, though they are in dire need of an update, as is the bar and restaurant. The staff were super nice.

Room temperature was at 80 degrees and wouldn't lower due to rooms having to be set "manually" by maintenance! Absolutely ridiculous.... We have three kids and the front desk wanted to send maintenance at almost 12:00 at night. Meanwhile no one can sleep in the room! Front desk finally switched rooms after I asked for a refund to find another hotel. Customer service? My family and I will never stay here again.

Staff is nice enough. Rooms are outdated, plumbing doesn't work. Rooms are not clean. Mattresses are old and lumpy. Pool area is over crouded with non guests.

Underwhelming, employees couldn't help us figure out if we were at the right hotel or not! We went back and forth before we found out we were at the right place. Rooms were very small, pool was grimyandcoldwhen we were told it was heated.

I booked this hotel strictly for the "waterpark". It was higher priced but we have grandchildren. However, the water park is never open. We arrived a little late on Wed. and asked when is the park open. The desk stated only Thurs through Saturday. Well the next day, Thursday, we asked when does it open. The reply, only 4 - 8. This is ridiculous. No hours are posted at the place and none on their site. The room was nice, but the only reason we booked was never available.

2 times stayed in a room on second floor, entrance to hallway door is broken, flaps in the wind all night and the room really has the feel of a thrift store. Recently been staying in microtel next door to avoid this place, overbooked, so they tried to put in that same room over here!
I complained and they put me in a much better room. Key card does not work in two of the south entrances, so had to walk around to the lobby. Tried to get room service but room phones didn t work, neither of them! Never again! The only thing this place has going for it is it s in the airport parking lot

Charged us over 1100 dollars for claiming it was for incidentals when really it was someone charging us for the entire stay. Thanks for not working with our bank and telling us it ll resolve itself in a few days wasn t aware people don t need money for food or anything.

It s a decent stay for an short Work weekend. I wish they had more vegan selections for breakfast however veganism is kind of rare in Texas I guess

The rooms are old and dirty for the price they charge. No continental breakfast,the water park not as big as they advertise. I wouldn't stay here again the price of 130.00 a night

Great location opposite the airport. Small local airport so not much aircraft noise. Food good, accommodation quite reasonable. Pools clean and well maintained.

Can't beat an airport hotel that you can comfortably walk to. Room was spacious and clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Road traffic outside could be very loud in the morning.

Friendly staff, willing to work with me when there was a mixup with the reservation. Nice room, decent breakfast buffet.

Overall nice hotel. Clean quiet rooms. Wi-fi was terrible. Kept loosing connection. Totally unsatisfactory. I had trouble just checking email. Very slow and weak signal. 3 different devices, two separate stays, two weeks apart.

Within walking distance of the airport, wonderful suites. Definitely good if you have a short stay and just wanna stay close to the airport.

They have multiple meeting rooms, quick professional team of food servers at the event, very clean, friendly staff, differwnt size meeting rooms sifferent table types centet pieces

I check in, 3 large suitcases, they send me to the back of the hotel, (easily 750 feet) and the keys do not work, I call the front desk and they tell me to return for the new keys, I cancel my reservation, they accept, but never they reimburse me 208 USD !! for an old and poorly maintained hotel.

The most expensive hotel I've ever paid for with the worst experience! First , they give you wrong information so once you arrive to actually check in, they give you the run around. Second, we get there ready to swim at least, & as soon as we get there there was feces in the swimming pool so they closed it for 2 hours, leaving us with only 1 hour to swim. Cable only has a few channels, room isn't all that nice for the money I spent! Lol you're better off spending $70 at La Quinta where the pool water is actually COLD & there's free breakfast!

Staff put my towel in the dryer so it would he warm when i got out the pool. Also, they hunted quail for me for my dinner! Outstanding service

If I could give the no stars I would. Stayed at the hotel from 1-8 Jul 16. We called to find out the lay out of the room. We were told they had a full kitchen. We made a reservation. The day before our check in I called to confirm our reservation and turned out the rude lady that assisted us in making the reservations didn't actually make the reservation. Upon check in we discovered that the 5 people we made reservations for, only two of them get the breakfast buffet and the rest had to pay. Then we get to our room that had a "full kitchen" it was a wet bar. Not a full kitchen. When I talked to the manager the only assistance she wanted to provide was to comp my three children breakfast for just the next day. The room was out dated the shower door was broken and kept falling off the tracks, the room was definitely not worth the price they charged. The "water park" is A SLIDE. Which was only open at certain times Friday Saturday and Sunday. There was a height requirement which my kids didn't meet but we didn't know that until check in as well. So the water park they were so excited to use....well they couldnt. Now to top it off the hotel charged us for the stay on 11 Jul 16. We sign into our bank account today to find out the hotel has charged us again on 2 Aug 16 for unknown reasons. When I called to talk to a manager they put me on hold for about 10 minutes. I hung up and called back to find out the manager wasn't in so they were going to just leave me on hold. Horrible terrible experience. I would never recommend the hotel ever again. Please save yourself the heartache and trouble. Find somewhere else to stay.

Awesome place to stay at if your in El Paso Texas. Me and my family stay here for 2 weeks and the room service was awesome we went Swimming every day. Food is great

I came out of the airport not knowing where I was going to stay until I saw this hotel right across the parking lot! Very convenient! I got a room came in and the room was very clean. When I got out my laptop to get on the net the wireless didn't want to work for me... then I saw the ethernet wire well problem solved I got net I'm happy.

Woke up at 4 my flight was at 6:30. Breakfast don't serve till 6:30 but the bell staff offered to drive me somewhere to buy breakfast. Very unexpected while also very nice of them to do.

New Year Party. Supposed to be music of the 60's , 70's & 80's and turned out to be Latin disco music contest. Horrible.

I didn't realize how picky I was about hotels. Minor things bothered me about the average room I was set up in. Over a hundred bucks for a night you think it's going to be nice. The hotel is nice don't get me wrong but the room I feel like More

I am professional traveler. I am in hotels three days per week, 45 weeks a year for last 30 years. Unfortunately I am forced into this hotel a few times per year. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Noisy, early wakeups from noisy kids running down hallways, cleaning staff making noise at 8AM. Jet noise taking off right over your head starting at 5-6AM. Yard maintenance crews blowing leafs and such early in morning. Standing water around AC unit.

Very clean and comfortable, good food in the restaurant.

I stayed in room 1509 I believe it was. I was with my kids and when I open the big curtain they had , half was the wall and the other half I was starting at a garabage cannot something . I got scared because there was a guy talking on the phone right by my big window. When I touched the glass of the window the whole glass seem as if it was going to tip over . As I look up the whole window was like reglued and just now coming off . I called the front desk right away and explained. I didn't feel safe in my room . I had all 3 of my girls with a lot of opened luggages and shopping bags . The hotel security guys helped me and seen how badly damaged that window was. They walked me over to a whole different building with all of my stuff . It was about 11pm.
They put me in a different room and right away I inspected it. Everything seem good until I checked the bath tub and there was a pile of dried up long hair stuck on the wall of the tub . I was thinking about calling downstairs but for what ? I had to be at the airport by 4am. When I finally finished packing I laid down with my girls and there was red stains on the white thin sheets from the bed. I took pictures and told the girl from front desk in the morning. The assistant manager couldn't give me a discount for my experience she offered breakfast ! I WOULD NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE WAIST A DIME HERE AGAIN . Dirty hotel and very disappointing !!!!!!

It was clean. Had microwave, small cooler. Restaurant, food was very good.

Took a star from them for an unhelpful woman at the front desk - she's done this before to other guests I know. It's on the nicer side of airport hotels I've visited. It's clean and the staff are polite. The showers in the bathrooms are dated and cramped but that's about my only complaint. The king suites are spacious with a divided sleeping room and a living room. The title of water-park is misleading. It's a collection of a hot tub, a kiddie pool, and a pool with a waterside. The attached restaurant is good for breakfast or a decent diner (in google price indicators it's a $$). I'd consider staying here in the future - it's literally a 5 minute walk from the door to the airport ticket counter.

Family friendly with a big pool, but the water smells bad and the rooms are dated. Can walk here from the airport

My toilet and shower were both clogged. There was barely any toilet paper. No one was at the desk the whole time even though it says 24 hours on the paper in the room. I paid $100 for one night and I couldn't even take a shower or use the toilet more than once.

Mediocre quality overall. Thin walls. Doors loudly close. Ceilings are squeaky. Very friendly service.

TLDR - Would stay here again. Has some bad points but good place over all. Would recommend.

Cons - Room needs some cleaning.
Shower head could use some CLR for all the calcium build up. Shower curtain rod bolts loose.
Sprinklers in room are covered in dust and gunk. (Don't know if it would effect it but it just looks nasty)
Killed two roaches first night. None after that.

Pros - Large room
Complimentary breakfast buffet is good and has a decent amount of food.
Pool area is very nice with large pool, kiddie pool with waterfall, hot tub, and workout room.
No bed bugs
Very close to the airport

Very good experience. I have stayed in other hotels and personally I like this one more. I've been here least 3 times, and plan to stay every time I come to El Paso.
Convenience distance from Fwy 10, next to the airport, clean, quiet, etc
