The rooms are very well maintained and the employees are very accommodating. I recommend that you use the services of this hotel as they are very reliable.

Enjoyed my time at the bar. Great service. Look forward to visiting it again.

My room was a little run down. (stains and leaky shower) But the day to day was very well run and pleasant. It is also a 3 minute walk from the airport.

Rooms ain t that great. Hours for the water slide are ridiculous. Slide Closes at 2 on a Sunday....REALLY?? No continental breakfast. The only positive was the housekeeping staff and front desk staff were pleasant and nice. Bartender didn t know how to make a drink either. Overall....I will never stay in this hotel again. Good luck y all.

I stayed for the 2017 Sunturians Fight Night Event and I want to say Coleen at the front desk and Gabriel with banquet were phenomenal. Coleen helped me get situated into a room last minute and Gabriel was helping set up for the event all afternoon. I am local but will definitely be back to stay!

Attended a professional event and k have nothing to complain about. We were served breakfast, lunch, and dinner which were all pretty good.

I visited this beautiful hotel for benefit event hosted by a very prestigious and respected motorcycle club, however this is the only hotel that i personally think has unproffesional and inexperience staff. Its obvious an event with music will be loud and everyone should and can enjoy all night especially if they are from out of town and paid for their room. But while you are outside on patio listening to music and having management telling u to keep music down because there are airline employees trying to get sleep was extremly disappionted! !!!!!!! Management should obviously realize this and have airline customers in rooms AWAY from event area so that everyone can be happy!!!!!I will never return to this hotel and definitely tell my friends never to have events at this hotel in El Paso TX.

Good service. Convenient location. The breakfast buffet changes it up day to day which is nice. Can't go wrong with a pool and hot tub.

No hot water for morning shower but the food is good from room service and convenient to airport

Customer Service was top notch!! Location is Everything! This hotels proximity to everything is extremely convenient! 8 mins from the mall, 5 mins from Ft. Bliss, you can walk to the airport. I would not consider the water park all that is offered is one large slide & a splash pad for the younger ones. However the pool is very nice great place to lay out and lounge. The outdoor ambiance is great for a good drink & amazing conversation. Hotel Bar drinks were on point & staff was amazing! The rooms could definitely use some updating but everything was very clean! I d definitely stay again!

Our stay here was great! The rooms looked very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfy. Also the staff was great and attentive. One of our family members were on crutches and although they couldn't get us a room on the 1st floor, one of the front desk lady offered to get us a wheelchair. Not only that but she took the time to take our luggage and walk us to our room. She definitely went out of her way! I really wish i would have gotten her name but I believe she was a manager. Thank you!

Service was slow AF. Took multiple hours to get all our guests in rooms that should have been ready much earlier in the day. Had to wait an hour for towels one night. Beds were not very soft and were very bouncy. Overall not very fun.

It is walking distance to the airport and has an onsite bar/restaurant as well as a large pool area. The pool is very noisy so be sure to request a room away from that area.

I will never book on travelocity or at a wyndham again. If i could give negative stars i would happily....so on first look at the website the pictures are decieving the lobby is nice but thats where it stops.....rooms are outdated and smell More

Wow this hotel is 100 yards from airport walk outside by taxi stand and you will be there in 5mins. It's an older hotel but cozy fairly clean rooms

I stayed here before an early morning flight. This was a very loud room, with a party keeping me up until 3 am. I would have slept better in the Airport terminal.

Held our class reunion in the hotel and most attendees stayed at the hotel. Personally, my room was old and outdated. Closet door came off in my hands. Rusted door hinges. Slow draining tub. But, the bed was clean and comfortable!
INCREDIBLE staff! From front desk, to cleaning crew, to bar staff. Tammy, Brianna and Christian did an awesome job in keeping up with our crowd in the bar!
The outdoor courtyard was awesome. The weather was mild that weekend so that made the outdoor experience more comfortable.
Great location to airport. Shuttle staff very nice!
Would definitely stay again.

If all you want is a clean room to sleep in this isn't a bad choice. Elevator on the far side needed repair from the last time I stayed there 3 years ago. Rooms are a good size.

Nice place. The water park just means "slide" with a pool.

Not a water park. Not even close. One slide that is not even in service is not a water park. Should think about taking that part off the name when describing on the internet. Just say we have a pool like every other hotel in the city. Its an old hotel with fresh paint. Hard to get to unless you are arriving via plane. Lots of construction on road out front.

Rude front desks staff. I booked on the phone through Priceline. They asked for the number of adults and children. I told them exactly how many of us there were. When I get to the hotel I check in and they had to have a 50 $ deposit which I was unaware of, but she also asked how many adults which I told her and she gave me 3 bands for the pool. I asked if children didn t need one and she proceeded to tell me I didn t book with kids. I told her that I told Priceline exactly how many adults and children. She told me the price would double. I told her I didn t want the room and if I needed to call Priceline for a refund. She told me if I would of book through the hotel website it would be 104$. She then told me that this One time she would let this go by and her staff would only allow this pass only one time. I told her thank you but you could tell that she was not happy and that she really didn t either believe me or want to help me. She finished up the rest of the interaction on a cold demeanor. The rooms and old and super outdated not worth the money for old rooms ,a water park that isn t open, and especially a rude staff.

Amazing place to stay! Staff are friendly and hot! And the customer service is just too notch! I recommend it to anyone!

One of my least favorite hotels. Sinks in the bathroom have no place for your toiletries, air-conditioning is too loud and rattly. Worst breakfast buffet I've ever had... Eggs were horrible, potatoes were worse. Ordered a omelet and it came out a watery mess. Servers are friendly! Will avoid this hotel.

Had a very nice pool section with a big water slide, kitty pool and a fairly large regular pool. Put door patios were also nice because of the big overhead gazibos. Bedrooms were nothing special

Went for a conference seems clean. Staff were helpful but nothing special

Filthy pool, water slide closed. Excessive noise can be heard from hallway, and other rooms. Everything is falling apart, from head boards, to outside structures. AC unit control panel not responsive. Mold is bathrooms, no fan. Sandbags surrounding doors, and nasty food. Skip this one for sure!!

The hotel was just fine. It's had to say along when you get in after midnight and leave before 11. I do wish I'd known there was a breeze way between the airport and the hotel that was less than a 5 minute walk

The location was great but the place seemed a bit dated.

This place is ok. My opinion is a little bias due to the fact they can't afford to offer coffee all day in their lobby even though they are a high priced hotel.

Visited the Sandalwood Ball room. It was professionally set up with projector and screen.

I was really exhausted for my trip and it's the closest hotel from el Paso airport, the staff was great and the room clean and quiet, and a plus was the breakfast buffet

Rooms were good, staff was great! Only issue was both days at the pool was extremely full! Met nice families there but almost all told us they made it a weekend trip all summer and were not even registered guests there! That ruined it a bit because my kids were in a tight space for the pool and we were registered guests!

Good sized suite, pool was great it was a busy weekend but still had plenty of room to swim comfortably. The slide was great for the kids. I'd come back

Good hotel. Clean, modern, and friendly staff. It is literally right next to the airport so it's a great option for fliers. Nice pool area as well.

Great location within a few minutes' walk to the airport and rental car garage. Building is showing its age a bit. When I walked into my room, the carpet was soaked from a leak somewhere. They immediately upgraded me to a suite in the main building which I had no complaints about. I'll be here again.

I have stayed here 4 times now and they are friendly and accommodating. The first time we were here we came because they had a waterside. We purposefully asked if this was the hotel with the waterside too, they said it was. We gave them the dates and when we got here, we were told the waterside wouldn't be open till the weekend. Why wouldn't they bother to tell us that when we booked our room when we specifically asked about it?! Not ok. Same thing the second time around. What do they not get about us wanting to be here for the waterside?!
We stayed here about two months ago, and everything has changed. The free breakfast needed to be picked up at the front desk and was fruit and a cereal bar in a paper bag.

This time, the coronavirus rules have become more relaxed, but now there is no room service (I get that), our sink was clogged and it took two days for them to get to it.
The waterside was FINALLY open, but there is no markers to tell people how far apart to stand, so we had about 10 people congregating at the top of the slide. No thanks.
We are supposedly supposed to put dirty linens and towel outside our door and they will give you fresh ones, we had to go hunt down new sheets ourselves.
And breakfast is only available if you decide to pay for it.
Twice now our rooms here have smelled HORRIBLY of smoke. I'm very sensitive and allergic to cigarettes and won't be able to breath. This time they immediately offered us a new room.
If it wasn't for the fact that this hotel is dog friendly, we wouldn't come back. The pool is OK. Its large, but freezing!
Unless you need a dog friendly place, this one isn't worth it anymore.
