Nice for a getaway weekend with the family.

Dirty room, thin walls, hallways sting of cigarette smoke and very outdated decor especially for the price. Internet doesn t work very well and the guests are super loud in hallways. Would not recommend to friends or family. Woke up in the morning to vomit in the hallway, called corporate and they just said the El Paso management would contact me which they haven t yet. I will attach the photos later today. Horrible and disgusting, please say your money and do not go here.

Very spacious and clean, would like to see some changes to the seating arrangements in their conference Halls

Room was clean and nice. Air conditioning was lovely and got the room nice and cool. Bathroom had shampoo conditioner soap and body lotion.

The hotel is very clean, beds are warm and cozy, towels are white. The best part about this hotel is the restaurant Magnims which is managed very professionally by Elizabeth Blankenship. If we had any problems, she took care of it and Elizabeth Blankenship genuinely cares for ALL her customers needs and that s rare in this age. She is a bright shining star there at that hotel and treats you like how a person would want to be cared for. Elizabeth Blankenship went far and behind our expectations Thank You for everything. As for the food it tastes ahh so good and the staff are all very friendly and extremely nice.

Horrible and rude customer service. We checked in for one night and they never mentioned about no breakfast to my reservation. I directly booked with them on call.

In the morning when we went for breakfast we were offended in front of everyone as they didn t allow. Usually every hotel is complimentary.

First of all.. El Paso it self is a dry area and I was unfortunate to stop by as Rest spot.

Its got a huge tunnel water slide and can walk right out on to pool sitegrom suite belcony. 5 starts at its best!

Nothing great about this hotel. Internet is free, but connection is slow and spotty. Shower doesn't drain fast enough, so water above my ankles before 5 minute shower complete. Restaurant is a maze and wait staff never gave me coffee... probably because they couldn't find me. Good location though.

It is within walking distance from the airport, free parking, free WiFi and good staff service. The pool is well maintained. Breakfast is okay. But the room is old and the elevator is only in the lobby, so it's hard to move heavy luggage.

Staff is great. Rooms need some updating. Wifi is also slow. But it's a clean hotel.

Old rooms, would not even give us extra towels, handle on the bathroom door coming off comma rug is so old it's lifting. I would not come back

Heater did not work, Bed sheet smelled dusty, bathroom smell like sewer and the bathtub didn't drain fast enough.

Very clean and Safe Hotel! We were overnight guests due to early flight out of the airport. Very convenient to parking and departure gates. We will come back and stay longer, for sure!

The quality of their rooms have improved significantly over the past few years. A good place to stay while waiting overnight for a flight.

Staff has been unhelpful and rude. Please be aware that in the description of the room it includes 4 wrist bands for a room with double beds and fridge ect.. we had reserved for 3 people and at the last minute another child was attending. I didn't think anything of this because I reserved a double bed including 4 wrist bands. Once it was time to check in i began to pulled upin front of the hotel and the person driving the shuttle was inches from hitting my truck. After a couple of seconds of stairing at me I began to move the truck to another part of the hotel, sad part was the driver began to push on the gas and got even closer to my hood. I became very scared and started to yell to stop. The driver did stop and I was able to go around him and park far away. Then when checking in at this point I was told I would be charged another $20 for the 4th wrist band for my child so they can be able to swim just because I didn't mark this person down when I reserved. I didn't invite outsiders nor break any rules. Just mom and dad son and daughter. If I reserve a double bed that includes a 4 wrist bands, fridge, micro and ect..there is no reason to try and make more more and rip a customer off vs having good customer service Very disappointed. Thank you but no thank you

Dont believe the Google reviews. Probably flyers and marketers. Check Yelp! For more accurate reviews. The hotel looks clean and nice amenties. Walk to the airport. But they promote the water park but didnt tell us the slide was only open 4 days - and none of the days we were there. If they told us, we would have scheduled differently. The kids were really disapointed - and we are furious we spent extra money and drove hundres of miles out of our way for it. And their customer service about it was You re just out of luck. And acted like it wasnt their problem we didnt do our research. Well we read the Google reviews and the base info only. The worst part? The room REEKS of mold from swimmers. You cant escape it. We left a better hotel for half the price to come to this dump. Leaving in the middle of the night to go somewhere else. Its not a one because it looks clean and close to the airport. If I was desperate in El Paso I might show up again.

The accommodations were phenomenon. The event ended a little too soon for my liking, but that's what happens when you're having fun.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Absolutley loved the pool and slide. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. It was nice to open the patio door and walk a few feet to the pool.

I had a working meeting at Wyndham Hotel and everything was very professional, the hotel very clean and comfortable air conditioning, clean bathrooms, perfect location and easy access.

If you take their van anywhere, be prepared to find your own ride home. We called for a van to pick us back up and they never came and lied and said they did. After waiting over an hour and a half (4 phone calls to the hotel) later we got an Uber, wish we would ve done it in the first place. Other than that, staff was pretty friendly, rooms are old but fairly clean.

Beware of being charged a no show fee due to clerical errors. I am out $117.88 due to their inability to spell. My husband called in May to cancel our June reservation but the clerk couldn t find our reservation so we thought we avoided a nightmare since we were told we didn t even have a reservation. On June 17 our credit card was charged $117.88 by the Wyndham El Paso airport location. When I called to dispute it, i was informed the clerk that entered the reservation misspelled our last name and since we didn t check in we were only charged one night as a no show .. so I guess i should feel fortunate that they ONLY charged one night ? I explained to two clerks we were responsible consumers and called to cancel at least a month in advance plus due to our unique last name we always say and spell out our last name but I guess it s our fault someone didn t know the alphabet or how to count.

Really close to the airport and the rent-a-car garage. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay overnight when your flying and you can save transportation and taxi

The hotel staff are amazing and professional. Very attentive to all of our needs. The banquet meal was so fantastic. So much more than I ever expected. Job well done.

actually situated on the airport grounds, you can eat there park there use the restroom facilities there and walk across and get on your airplane. Very convenient very nice people absolutely first class

The staff at the Wyndham was very professional. The banquet room that we used was set up in a very pleasing way. The food that was served by the Wyndham was excellent.

In dire need of renovation. I only stay there because my company forces me to.

Loudest air conditioner ever. Every 20 min sounds like a jet engine. Pool/waterslide look nice if you are hanging there.

Stayed here due to the ability to walk to airport. (Super convenient). Hotel was somewhat run down, not the quality I would expect with a Wyndham name. Bar was decent, but super slow, your better off Uber-ing somewhere off property.

I went for the first time to this hotel this very big one stuck to the aeroport! It's good it has a restaurant and it has good service!

Love the food in the restaurant, I can't grade the rooms since I stayed next door. But their conference room was clean the entire time

New year's Eve bash was good music not so good not enough cumbias or corridas been going for the past 3 years.. others were much better, oh but the Rockabilly Great!!

The rooms are comfortable and clean. But one of the hallways smells like feet.

Decent hotel. Recently updated lobby and restaurant. Hotel is updating rooms. Room was dated but clean and lots of space. Location next to airport is excellent if flying out in morning.

Went for a mother's day event and the buffet was amazing with many choices and live music was great.

Walls are thin. Every time someone closes a door, my room shakes. I only had 3 hours of sleep even with earplugs. Good location from the airport.

Diana was super nice and friendly, she helped us with whatever we needed. Just because of her we would definitely go back!

Returned to 915 to do some paperwork and so the most points offered by SWA was Wyndham 3,000 points 2 days. I arrived 2 am and the night clerk was very nice and provided me with options for a room. (NOTE: If you want to be in and out of the front desk, have your ID and the credit card you used to reserve the room. Don't take out papers or phones with reference numbers just those 2 things). The city has been running 109 temperature(s) so the pool was in full force. Great pool size with good features for kids. As you enter the hallway, you start to smell the age of the hotel. The room is good size with outlets for phone and computer on the table. The television has local cable channels and can swivel facing your desk in case you're working. Next to the bed you don't have a lot of outlets just one on one side to charge an item. You have a microwave and refrigerator in case you need them. The sink area good size and room cones with a safe for your valuables. The shower was weak and had plumbing issues yet it did its job. It was approximately $100 a night and a few steps away from the airport. It still has its many pluses yet showing its age.

Great established hotel that is conveniently located right next to the airport. The 'waterpark' was slightly underwhelming. Large slide not open every day. But the pool has a lagoon-y feel and was well stocked with towels and sectioned off hot tub and additionally seperated toddler pool with mushroom waterfall features. Rooms were dated but comfy and well stocked. The staff was exceptional at every interaction. There's a bar, restaurant, gift shop and hair salon in the hotel as well for added convenience. It was a good stay for our family (3 older kids) but the double beds and low ceilings in the rooms did make it feel slightly cramped for a family of our size. In the future I'd probably get us two rooms. Would rate higher if the slide had been open during our trip as it was what drew us to the hotel.

For the price of this hotel I expect cleanliness at the least. The entrance is nice. The food is ok. The carpet felt like there is a layer of sticky, dirty film. This is my biggest issue. In the 2 hours, between bath and bed my kids feet were black from walking barefoot on the room. I had to buy some house slippers. Room smells like cigarette smoke

Clean and nice rooms. Pool with a big waterslide. And a great restaurant. It's only a few hundred feet from the airport.

This is a great place to stay if you are planning a flight out of ELP. YOu can pack your car in their lot for $25 no matter how long you trip is, and you can either take their shuttle tot he airport, or just walk to the airport.

Nice room. Decent food and bar. Awesome.Swimming area. Extremely close to the airport and will shuttle you there. Shuttle arrived very quickly.

The staff is awesome but the property needs a server makeover the rooms are clean .just needs to get a fresh makeover
