The most awesome and the most beautifulest place I have ever seen it's really amazing to look at.

Woo is not even close. What a fantastic place. This was a great trip. We will be back.

They have truck parking stayed@the resort great place to stay and relax before u hit the road....

The casino was huge!! Lots of restaurants and small bars. However no free music or entertainment. Rooms were large and comfortable.

We went there to see Seinfeld. He was awesome. The layout of winter was convenient and easy to find the show. I found the casino itself to be to smoky. They need to work on the ventilation. Nothing like the big casinos in Vegas in that regard. Still, it was an impressive establishment for my first time visiting.

We love the atmosphere and all the different penny and dollar machines available!

I really enjoyed myself. Nice selection of games to play, the dealers was patient enough to teach me how to play the roulette and blackjack game. The only problem I had was finding something to eat...but then it was Christmas morning. Plan to go back again.

Very nice Texas Hold em' poker room to play against others, and get time and experience in. That's the place to play. Must have at least $100 to get on a table.

Is huuuge, luckily I didn't ran into any smoker and they have a great variety of games. It's really pretty, we made some money and had lots of fun

I don't know what i was expecting. Went to see Patton Oswalt and that was fun. Parked in the wrong place and had to walk 1/4mi thru a dense fog of smoke, bells, flashing lights and desperation. Nothing like i pictured in my head of happy, winning people getting rich one quarter at a time.

I absolutely LOVE coming to Winstar. The people here are always professional, courteous and very helpful.
One thing though as a heads up to anyone coming during this crazy COVID-19 fiasco is that the valet and the shuttle are no longer available to conveniently move around this huge casino. You don't realize how much you use a service until it's no longer available so if you are coming with anyone that has a harder time moving around, just keep that in mind.
Also another very, very sad thing is that the Mongolian Grill no longer "stir frys" your meal, as in you get it all without all of the glitz and glam like I've always enjoyed everytime I come... but no worries their buffet is still operating as it did before which is a little strange but hey, we don't make the rules we just follow them.
All in all I appreciate that they are now reopened and I will always come back so you guys should also do the same. You will have a great time guaranteed!

Love this place, best casino I've ever been to, quite the Experience. You definitely have to stay a few days at the resort to truly enjoy the experince, one day is not enough.

It seems they increased the roulette tables . Quite a good experience!

Had a great time. I do wish there where more table games open when really busy. Shouldn't have to wait if there is a whole section not open. Food was awesome. Room was great.

Come ready to walk though. Lots of walking involved.

Also played at the gold course. Very well maintained and kept. Friendly staff as well.

Way too many people in the casino and absolutely no social distancing! Will not be going back anytime soon.

Had a lot of fun and loved it but we came back home broke LoL better luck next time

Don't have many of the slots I play. They seem to keep taking them out.

Stayed here 4 days and had a blast 1st class place.

They took all our money. Other than that I give them 5 stars.

Wish that there was a non smoking section to gamble in..

Just recently went here for the first time and stayed in the Casino Tower. It's old and can use a few renovations, but it was nice. The beds are very comfortable, but mine had hair under the covers. Yuck.
We booked a handicap room and there wasn't one available at check in, so that made us angry. We ended up in a regular room. The next day we had to move into a handicap room because my mom needed one. The manager (a woman) was very apologetic and asked what she could do. So I asked for the room to be comped and she did do that for us.
Johnathan the supervisor for the Bellhops was wonderful and went way beyond to help us, so ask for him. Minus the .50c Annie per hand at the blackjack tables, the stay was good. Slots are not loose at all, but it was fun.
Oh and the buffet was just ok. The Terrace Cafe was good for breakfast twice, but dinner was cold. Toby Keith's restaurant was not good and neither was the service. And wear comfortable shoes, the casino is HUGE!!!

The food at Chips and Ale were super greasy, not a good place for cardiac patients. At Toby Keith's I love this bar and grill, the service was horrible and the chicken was dry. Ordered water and beer. Ran out of water and never got a refill. Once we got our food I took one bite and the horrible waitress asked us how the food was and we never saw her again. She shouldn't work in customer service. The people who work the front desk at windstar should have told us about wheelchair service was available. I had surgery on my foot and walked because I had no other choice. The food at the buffet was very undesirable. The only good thing there to eat was the salad and you can really screw that up.

Plenty of staff there to help you with issues, absolutely huge place. There really aren't enough of some of the games I like to play. Seems like there are way way too many slot machines and not enough things like roulette and card games. And no craps, that's a downer. I believe there are approximately 20 seats in the entire massive casino to play roulette, and it's electronic. Went to a vastly smaller casino in Pennsylvania and they had 4 actual real roulette wheels with at least 10 seats each.

I don't go for the games, I go for the shows. They have an excellent event center. The seats don't have armrests, which is nice bigger people (like myself) and they have leg room between the rows, which is nice for tall people (like myself) It is worth the drive.

Big selection, clean, lost 400 there and sat next to a guy that won 500 on the Harley slot hahahaha. But good prices, friendly staff. Definitely want to come back and check out the hotel and concert side of it. Oh, and the coffee really will get you going, definitely works ha.

The casino itself was alot of fun and huge. However, with covid there were only temperature checks and no one was tracking how many people were inside. It was jam packed with people. For some reason they decided to take away half the chairs thinking it would deter so many people from coming in I guess. All it did was creat chaos when trying to find a place to sit and play. I had to stand a significant amount of time which would be impossible if you were disabled. There were not many hand sanitizer stations and no disinfectant wipes. If covid wasn't happening I would have liked the place but just not enough done for safety right now.

My wife and I love getting away to this casino. Super clean and friendly environment. Our favorite.

So many games, so much fun. Even when I come home a little less in my pockets, the experience is always worth it. I love the food at the buffet. Only complaint I had was that my cake was dry like a piece of toast. So I just scraped off the butter cream icing, which was delicious.

It's a lot of fun if you have money to blow,. Good food places, if your a people watcher boy is this your kinda of place. Good luck with the slots!

After Covid the machines was not hitting big. People are wasting money on nothing. The lucky duck machine use to spin whenever you get a duck pic. Now it does not you can get a duck pic and win nothing. The machines are set up for you to lose now. I dont know why but after Covid big winning was over. Oh and the game card does not help you but it actually make sure you do not win while you are there. The bartenders they will over look you if you are not the right complexion period. These people are very rude and unprofessional towards some guest that comes there. I use to love this place and use to have it at 5 stars. Take it from me now keep your cash and download game apps for the same experience. The winnings is not worth the trip or your money. THANKS

I have to say the Casino is big and nice but I was underwhelmed when it came to the gambling experience. The Concerts were amazing its the reason I came they have great attractions their Table Gaming area and charging to play needs to change it ruined they experience for me I was on vacation and left the same day I came. The staff however was very nice and accepting all but for their dealers their attitudes were horrible at the table still some of them were OK thank God for dealer rotations and lunch breaks cause some of them were mood killers.

Great overnight rv spot with electric. Free 1 night if you sign up at casino.

Found a bed bug in my hotel room will never stay over night again. There are no adult hours for the pool or hot tub too many kids.

World's Largest Casino! So many slots to choose from. The restaurants are good. The Resort Hotel is very nice.

Great place if you like gambling! We went with friends, enjoyed walking around just enjoying the beautiful casino. Great margaritas!!

The machines are not winning the beds are very hard it doesn't even feel comfortable there anymore they don't give black people free rooms on the weekend anymore

If only i could hit big.. I have spent my entire savings trying and although i havent hit big yet... If i keep trying maybe i will some day. I honestly think id take home more by working there instead! Hire me winstar!

Big casino, big shows, but not very Vegas like. Usually crowded and very smokey. Casino action is decent but too many old people take over machines and play more than one at a time forcing you to go find somewhere else to play. Table games are good but hard to get a spot. Roulette is absolutely terrible to get into. Wasted 2 hours and never could get in on both the electric and table version. Food is decent at the restaurants but service is slow. Hotel is nice in the new tower. Old tower is nothing special. I think Choctaw is a little but more Vegas like and has a nicer hotel.

Kudos to every worker within winstar world casino for maintaining a very professional safe adventurous friendly and clean environment even during the pandemic. I LOVE WINSTAR WORLD CASINO AND HOTEL.

I only went by the Casino while on a personal travel trip to Shawnee Oklahoma. It's been a many years since I've been through that area, and I wasn't aware of the establishment. Now that I am, I plan to visit some other time and see what it's all about. The outer appearance is eye catching and inviting. Unlike other entertainment attractractions, it doesn't go unnoticed and it definitely sparked my interest!

Loads of fun. Lots of slots. Many table games. Many promotions. Great events center. Curtousy drinks are non alcoholic. They offer alcoholic drinks. Great restaurant choices. Just go expecting to lose and be happy when you win.

When you find a machine or two or three you like and it starts paying decent or well they cut your winnings down. Its okay for them to take ALL YOUR MONEY but you cant have back at least your investment. On the other hand i have won a few handpays. Just wish the winnings were more consistent.

We typically go to Choctaw however decided to give Winstar a try. Their casino is large and is like going through a hallway style mall. Several places to eat yet it suffers from them closing by 11pm or midnight leaving you with the cafe in the hotel, an IHOP Express, and one other place. This isn't terrible, but depending on where you are located on the casino floor you may have quite a hike. The smoke free are is sizable however the slot machine selection is a bit anemic. We had a disappointing experience with the first blackjack table we attempted to sit it. The dealer was not only disconnected, but she was actually quite rude and off-putting. A couple of the pit bosses later told us they would deal with it and that is not how they do business. This seemed to be genuine from our interactions at other tables with exception to the actual poker room. My wife played at several tables in there late in our visit and she felt the same behavior was being exhibited. We sat down at a few slots and were disappointed there as we noticed the same thing we have been told by several people we talked with at Choctaw. As an example my wife played the Buffalo slot machine. She started with $100 in the penny variation. She blew that that entire $100 without a single free spin sequence. She never won more that 400 credits in a spin either. We have played this slot at a few casinos now with much better success and fun. The same behavior was found to be true at the Willy Wonka machines and others. We obviously don't expect to win big all the time nor walk away not being down, but when you run the base 75 credits per spin over the duration of just several minutes blowing through $100 without any free spins or specials that is not fun at all. We will be giving it another shot, but all in all so far the experience hasn't been great, just on the low side of Ok.

Walked Into Casino, driving back to Kansas. We were in the casino 15 mins. And hit 1500 on 1 machine, 500 on another and 800 on another. Better then Kansas Star. Slots are controlled to much there.

I drove out to this casino a while back with my girlfriend and when we got there I was amazed by the site and all of the different lighting and fixtures they had. It was full of slot games and card tables with plenty of people having fun. Only thing I would have changed is that my girlfriend would have not forgotten all of our money and I might have actually been able to gamble. I will definitely be going back to get the full experience.

The place looked great, had the standard casino feel. No windows to keep you gambling, not to mention lights and sounds galore. It's a great place to go to just keep track of time.

It was ok. The buffet os like golden coral restaurant in texas. I did not care for it. It was so smokey it gave my friend a headache. But we had fun.

Went for a concert and I don't gamble so my review is just based in the venue. Larger than what I expected but it was a huge hassle to have to leave the auditorium to buy a drink.

Parked our camper for 4 nights and it was blissful! Pool and hot tub. Dog run/ human running trails. Oh and a timely and clean shuttle service from the RV park to the casino! We had a blast, friendly people all the way around. The bathhouse/Laundry house was clean and definitely showers were hot and good water pressure. Daily trash pick up at your site. It was a go! We will definitely be back... funtown RV park at Windstar!

I bring my mom here to gamble once a month. She is a senior citizen and this is her form of fun.

It's Huge! We had a great time. Just spent a couple hours there before heading on down the road. It was a Saturday evening and they were crowded, not enough parking spots, so be patient. Smoking is allowed, but if you like there is a non-smoking section. That's where I played. No free mixed drinks! When did casinos stop giving drinks? Anyway, I played the hot roll penny machine and it was good to me! I came out $5 ahead and played for about 2-3 hrs. Lots for dining choices! Have fun and good luck to you!!

Fun experience. Good buffet. A bit pricey but good. Tons of slots, card tables and grest poker room. One dealer on the black jack table made alot of mistakes and lost a bit before I decided to move tables. Was never paid for mistakes.

Came home with more money than we went with...good sign right there! Had fun, good drinks and great buffet. A day's outing. Give it a try

No free alcoholic drinks and paying $1 ante for each hand make it not worth gambling in Oklahoma

Room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the casino. Good was good with several options of restaurants.

Friends were in town visiting from Chicago. Really nice, big clean rooms. The gaming machine formation had changed. Everyone had a mask on and the atmosphere was comfortable.

We stayed for 3 days. We enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel room was nice and clean. My only compliant was there was no microwave in the room.
We had breakfast at the Cafe and it was delicious! All of the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. The hotel staff did their due diligence with keeping the surfaces clean.

I had an event in the new WinStar Convention Center and it was amazing! With new state of art technology and great event staff everything went smoothly. I didn't have to worry about anything! I can't wait to have another event here next year! **THANK YOU WINSTAR**

Good for a quick getaway. Loved seeing the Temptations! The event center was roomy, but a few of the ushers were definitely confused on seating arrangements. The casino is maassive and a jacket or sweater is much needed. I was freezing! It is great if you look to only slip away for a 1-2 day trip to gamble and shop a little. The day we arrived they were super busy and had an extremely long wait to check-in, but the staff was great and swift with moving everyone through. Only con is the Terrace View Cafe late night. That is a separate review, so all I will say is don't do it!

We visited this casino on a saturday evening and it is absolutely beautiful.
