Nice facility. Came home even. Most I've talked to always say they lose. It was spur of moment trip. Didn't eat at facility. Dr Pepper was good.

So I went for a concert and yes it was an outside venue-not a problem. What pissed me off the most was having to wait not 2 but almost 4hrs in line with bad cell connection only to be notified by other concert goers that it was cancelled. The facility told us nothing!!! They handed us hot water bottles to drink (which I didn't drink) and their employees told us that they didn't know what was going either. Yes they did tell us to check social media but how could we when I couldn't load anything. Not just me but many concert goers where having the same issue. I understand weather is unpredictable, but if people have already gotten hurt I would have been fine being told that it would have to be rescheduled due to safety concerns. Then I would have gone inside gotten some drinks and played a bit just to make the best out of the situation. BUT NO, there was no communication, I saw 2 people in light blue shirts trying to explain refunds and saving our tickets for later dates. I place no blame on the entertainment at all. I place the blame on the facility for not communicating.

Don't go early in the week, the games don't pay and you'll leave broke and angry. Thursday to Saturday are the best days for winning. Don't play early in the morning, the games don't pay. The games will start paying off after 4 pm, until 1-3 am. If your goal is to take home the cash don't use your players card!!! That's how they track you through the casino and regulate your winning. However, if your goal is to take advantage of the perks, bonus play, free buffet at the Gran Via, which is a great place to eat or, even a free hotel room, then use your players card at every game. Good luck!!!

Go here all the time with my friends I love it. It's fun there's so much to do the decor is amazing and you feel really safe the whole time which is definitely nice

I go often but this was the best time yet. I won 3 jackpots! Room was nice and clean and the employees were awesome.

Nice place i think my expectations were high. No microwave in rooms, a little costly at restaurants and shops. My biggest complaint is that driving around the place is frustrating. I will visit again to gamble but stay at Best Western instead.

Was a pleasure to play and win..safe environment and the best hospitality ever..im from cali and the southern treatment was a welcomed experience.

It was fun and they have a great variety of dining to choose from. Don't go first part of month- machines just take money. Lol We had fun though

This is a great casino for food and fun! It has clean facilities and nice staff. They do not rent electric scooters which is very inconvenient. Sometimes we choose to visit Choctaw Casinos instead since they do offer that amenity.

Very nice, you must wear a mask, if you don't have one they will give you one. Temperature taken at door. Great place to have fun with friends.

My love took me here for the day. First play was the most I have ever won in my life. It wasn't much in some eyes but more then I thought I would win.

Customer service was excellent!! Clean and Covid safe. Rooms were clean, chocolate on bed.

Im a non smoker, you shouldn't have to walk thru the smoking section to get to non smoking. It should be the other way around.

The seating for concerts is all one level making it very hard to see. Would not suggest for any one to go to see a concert or performer there if they are under six feet tall.

It has such a calm but fun atmosphere. I wish I could go every weekend. Im not a fan of the smoke though.

Decent right now, a bit crowded at the blackjack only tables, and seating for 3 at any table on the floor including Roulette. Couldn't find a seat at any table and lines were forming around the Craps table. I didn't have a problem playing any slot machines, everyone had masks on, place is clean as it always has been. Still had fun.

It's good fun and all, but like --- my lungs always feel like wet tissue paper when I leave. I wish the smoke free section was a little bigger or they had a better air filtration system. Also, they're selling an "impossible burger" that isn't actually an impossible burger. Thought that was weird.

Can only speak to the gaming experience of the slots which I loved. This place is absolutely huge, and so much fun.

Huge casino which has a pretty big non smoking space. Staff is friendly and helpful. Many restaurants to choose from. Very good buffet and steakhouse that we have tried so far. Also very clean.

A plethora of gambling options, including slots, electronic games, video poker, blackjack, poker, roulette, & craps. I know there are a few I am forgetting, or didn't notice. There is also bingo and off-track betting. A live band played the Friday night we were there. People were dancing, drinking, and having a great time. Dealers and staff were polite, and courteous. I've never won at the end of the day, but it's an entertaining place to spend a day or so if you can afford it.

Huge casino! Easy to get lost inside if you don't pay attention. Great variety of slot machines!

Hotel was a pretty massive disappointment. Room smelled weird, had super low ceilings, the water pressure was literally nonexistent. The room offered nothing at all above a standard hotel room and as someone who travels for work I would say the hotel was actually far below what I would rate a typical chain hotel such as a holiday inn. For 300 dollars a night I expected much more. Will not stay at this hotel ever again.

Love this place. Besides the smoking it's a good place for entertainment as well. Can win really big. It's no windows so you can easily lose track of time while playing. We played from 8am until 6am we didn't even know lol

Great getaway..they $.01 to $10 machines and several restaurants with reasonable food..and a No Smoking section..I have asthma so it was nice. Oh plus I have knee problems. They have wheelchairs and a Shuttle to carry you from casino room to casino room..Nice!

We went for an afternoon of slot machines and also got a bite to eat. The atmosphere is fun. The casino is clean and smells fresh. And we enjoyed our sandwiches for lunch.

It was on my birthday plus a holiday weekend the place was too crowded and most people were not in there mask.

It has really grown since we first started going there 10+ yrs ago. They have a lot of restaurants added and I noticed most of the slot machines are new.

So big and so awesome everything is great and so nice to look at. The food places are great as well. The employee's are super helpful and respectful and understanding. There is a lot of different kinds of games to play so the variety is good. Anyone would enjoy coming here. I had a great time.

Always a fun time! My husband and I utilize this casino for date night or a quick getaway when we have a sitter.

I didnt take enough money to lose. I heard machines going off that sounded like someone won something big... but no one came to attend to the person there. But I dont go to Casinos enough to judge sooo... it was nice. Wish the customers didnt leave the parking lot looking like a Mardi Gra night on Burbon Street tho. Trash everywhere when we got back to our car around the 2am.

Fun venue for concerts. Hotel rooms were very nice. Casino still too Smokey for my liking and no free drinks like Vegas.

Nice casino, beautiful views around the casino, nice pools, the hotels are also nice as well . I like that they have different opinions for places to eat. They also have a few nice gift shops that my husband and I like to go to. I would give them a 5 star but because of the fact that when you first walk in though you inhale a lot of cigarette smoke...that would be my main concern/complaint but now they have a non smoking room with quite a bit of slot machines not near as much as the rest of the casino but still I do like that the non smoking room is at Rio and like I said to my husband "ahh fresh air" ! They need to do this with all of it and just have nice seating areas outside for smoking. Also it would be nice to see Penny slot machines that are actually 1 penny!

I keep coming back thanks to those rewards emails they send me! I'm either not very lucky or they aren't very generous here. Be prepared to be SMOKED OUT. The smell of cigarettes is unbearable and people are disrespectful about it. The Italian restaurant inside has good food and service with reasonable prices.

I worked there for 8 years and now I m having to step out of the field due to health issues. They are a great group of people working there, wish I could have stayed longer; I recommend anyone that wants somewhere to work, to give them a try. If you re there for the games then I believe you will find any game that suits your fancy. Thankfully they have several restaurants and bars so you don t need to leave to stay full and your thirst quenched. You may find other casinos that, due to their smaller size, can spend more time and money to look flashier, but I feel that for the enormous size of WinStar you won t find a better place to spend some time and have fun; maybe even walk out a winner! Love this place. Beautiful rooms and phenominal gaming and food!

This place is HUGE! Lots of games and slots of all kinds. Food and drinks available everywhere.

The hotel is still working around COVID mandates and trying to keep everyone safe. So while our room was very nice the elevator can take 20 min. Since they only want 4 people on at a time. The pools are over crowded with kids without adult supervision since all the schools are closed.

The casino was running smoothly and we had a great time in there but were not warned that all the food places but IHOP would be closing between 10 and 11pm. So we had to leave the resort to have dinner the 1st night.

All in all I would return but after the world normalizes a bit more.

This place was huuuuge !! I enjoyed going and they had pretty good standards for keeping it clean! The only negative thing is you have to pay for your drinks here unlike Louisiana but it will not atop me from going back aoon.

Had a wonderful time. Was there at the convention center for training. The food supplied was amazingly well above my expectations. Had fun at night as well. I will gladly come back if that's the way I'm to be treated. Definitely deserves the 5 star. My hats of to WinStar Casino and Schluter Sytems for a memorable experience.

Only went for the fireworks show and was extremely impressed as were the whole group of us!! (Family of 8)

First time in this Resort, have drove by many times. We went to the Toby Keith Restaurant for steaks and were not disappointed at all. With machine in the area and the wait staff was ready to help. For veterans, if you are low on cash after a long trip. Have no fear, Veterans get a free burger and fries and a soft drink. They support the warrior program. If, you have minor kids, no problem. They allow you to take your kids through without a hard time as long as they are in arms length, nothing else said.

Staff was nice and friendly. Place is week kept. The restaurants inside offers great variety to choice from, including a buffet. There are plenty of parking.

The location of the casino is perfect. The service at casino is great, there is always someone willing to help. The rooms at the hotel are clean and comfortable. It is hard to get same day reservations.

So glad they were open during the pandenic.Hate the smoking in the casino.we all have our habits but geeze go outside.people want to breath.sad i lost$$$in december so my christmas will be dim this yr just like the pandemic destroyed our yr of2020

Always clean. This is one of our go to places to get away from the metroplex and the state for a while.

Clean rooms. Not sure the elevator precautions make a difference. They push t hff e button for you going up then from there you can touch everything..... smh. But the effort is there. Fun casino.

Favorite Casino around the Dallas Area, staff is very nice. Also the facility is very nice and huge, with a lot of options of things to do.

I like the casino but the hotel front desk staff is not good at all not customer oriented in anyway not customer oriented at all...

You're better off going to Red River Inn and Suites. They don't have microwaves, or a breakfast, and cost an outrageous amount. The fridge in the room is pretty much hidden inside the cabinets so most people never even know they're there. The staff is also extremely rude. Save yourself money and hassle, go somewhere else.

Had an amazing time here. Didn't spend too much but they were certainly friendly when I walked in the door being a first timer. They showed me around and helped me out. Free beverages, minus alchohol. You pay for alcohol. It certainly is a place I'll be visiting again, so much to see!! Even the chandeliers are beautiful.

Despite living in Oklahoma for years I'd never been to WinStar. While driving back from Dallas I decided to stop by on a whim to see the place. From the outside it appears nicer than almost every other casino in Oklahoma, but I was still leery. It is a very large building but there is multiple easily accessible entrances with tons of parking. Once we got inside I was pretty impressed with how clean and well staffed it was. At 10am on a Sunday it was decently busy. The casino is split up into different "cities". You can walk from Cairo all the way to London with each section having appropriate decor. Each city also had its own bar and restaurant to match the local food. All in all I was impressed with WinStar. It's not on the same scale as a Vegas casino, but you can undoubtedly have a good time there...

Grand Via Buffet not great. They are scared bad about Covid. Overboard and not polite about it.

Wednesday breakfast is the greatest ever.
Hotel is very nice and the cleaning staff are on top of keep your prepared when you return from a swim at the pool are the fine restaurants. The resort is wonderful.

This is the worst casino we have ever gone to. The machines don t pay out nothing big. You can t even enjoy playing. We will never be back lesson learned.

Can't wait to back! The wife and I go at least once per month just to get out of town. In the summer they have awesome pool parties if you stay in the casino hotel.

Cigarette smoke is heavy in the air, and security over harasses people for there ID. People are generally pretty rude here. They get 2 stars just for the free soda fountain.
Liqour poor's are regulated by computerized spouts and are rather weak. Dont buy liqour here.

This place has a lot to offer besides just gambling. They have an RV park. the motel has a pool. Several different restaurants and a coffee house even.
