I love Winstar! Everytike I go its like an escape to China or Rome or New York I love the location style themes!

Our friends came In from St.Louis ,Mo.so a great place to go.Wish they had the pools open or even the jacuzzi .We all had a great time free rooms was a plus.Please improve the Rio room love the non smoking but where is the decor !!!

This Casino is really huge, you can get lost in it. It has lots of different slots and other games. You do need to pay attention to where you enter this Casino or you will have a hard time finding your way out. Lots of good food.

The casino is dubbed world's biggest and I can see why. It truly has games both card and machines as far as the eye can see and then some more. There is also "free self service beverage" stations that house soda and coffee for guests. The casino is themed according to region of the world with many prominent cities in display like London, Rome, and Rio. The only drawback I see if the ventilation. It is filled heavily with smoke but if that's your cup of tea, no cons here.

Very clean and the counter top game was fun. The self serve station was well stocked. Staff was very helpful in finding areas. I also like the different theme of each section, kind of make you feel like you are traveling across different country.

They have plenty of slots and it's really big. Very well set up. Clean and lots of space. You can't play every slot in one night. Service was great too and fast with the drinks.

Loved it... customer service is great and everyone is helpful and polite. Great atmosphere!

So crowded with games! Hard to walk around! We won't be back..stay at your local casino's its not worth driving to this remote place!

Great place! We always enjoy being at Winstar, gaming, concerts and the food.

Visited for the afternoon to do some gaming. There is a massive variety of machines and we never got bored. Machines seemed to pay out well enough, didn't feel like they were just sucking in our cash. Decent selection of places to eat and self service drinks make it a decent place to visit. Only downside is that the entire place is smoking so the air smells pretty bad.

Table games are back on but only three players allowed to play at all times with plexie glass installed on all card games.

It was a nice Casino and a large Casino. easy to get around easy to get help. prices are very good and very reasonable the only thing you need was to make it more customer friendly by giving you more winnings. (LOL) I did walk away with 900 more than we came with. But you must do a lot of gambling a lot of machines.

I had a great time! The casino was very large sectioned off by different places of the world. Plenty of courteous staff willing to help with any questions or concerns. A place I will be returning to again!

This place is fine except I sure wish they'd get all of the buttons working on the bar top video poker machines. Those machines are poorly maintained.

Had a great time of course. Not too crowded on Thurs. Hotel was very nice. I thought it was a bit pricy though. Food is expensive. Line for the buffet was ridiculous; the food must be really good. Everyone gets temp taken on entry which does make you feel safer. Planning another trip in May.....

In A Nutshell:

-WinStar World Casino and Resort is huge.
-It's located about 10 minutes into Oklahoma from the Oklahoma/Texas state border.
-It's a massive casino and resort that uses world city names to divide into various sections.
-Besides the fact that it's huge, it's pretty jammed packed every time I've been there.
-This casino has all the standard casino games w/ slight variations b/c it's not Nevada (i.e. craps, etc...)
-The slot to table game ratios feels about 70% (slots) to 30% (table games) so if you like slots, you'll be happy.

Overall, you'll need to exercise a lot of patience in dealing with some ignorant people, if you can do that you'll be okay.

Cool atmosphere.... other than that it's Smokey and if you are wanting to eat the buffet doesn't compare to Golden Corral that's bad. If you done have a lot of money you might want to steer clear of this place

Upon arrival, I struggled to find parking even though it was a Monday night. I didn t want to valet my car so I had to walk far in the dark since the parking lot wasn t very well lit.

Once I arrived inside, I was told that I would need to go to the players desk to register before I could check into my room. They gave me completely wrong directions and also suggested that I check with the bell person to hold my bags while I walked to the players desk but there were no bell people at the desk.

While I was lost, I actually ran into a very nice bell lady who offered to take my bags for me and walked with me to the players desk and apologized for the wrong directions that I had been given by the hotel front desk staff.

The lady at the players desk was very nice and helpful and great at explaining everything.

Aside from my poor check-in experience, I also didn t appreciate that as a non-smoker, I had to walk through all of the smoking areas in order to get to the only non-smoking area in the whole casino.

Overall, my first visit was ok and I m not sure if I ll return or not.

Enjoy my Windstar would love for Winstar to give back a little more need more places to eat

Hotel and spa were excellent. Casino was NOT Non-smoker friendly. The only non-smoking gambling room was at the absolute opposite end from the hotel and very boring and lack-luster compared to the beautiful decor of the other areas. Almost ALL the games are electronic slot machines. And the FEW other types of games they did have earned you less points! Kind of a rip-off. Kirby's restaurant was very nice. Hardly any good shopping-only 2 small shops with limited merchandise.

I've been to many many casinos...and I'm not bias because I live close to Winstar...but I've enjoyed myself the most at Winstar...and also ...I've won there the most then any where else.

Huge casino! Nice for gambling, but no free drinks while you play. The few restaurants in there are nice to have, and the buffet is huge. Being on the border of Texas and Oklahoma, it's always packed.

It was so much fun. Even during this whole COVID-19 situation they took all the necessary safety steps to ensure a safe environment.

This place is jam packed with every casino machine and game that your heart could desire. Free fountain drinks and coffee. Ok restaurant options. Did turnaround trip with family from TX. Easy drive and an abundance of parking. Didn't experience any shows nor stay the night this trip. Wish the inside of casino wow'd as much as the outside. Wear comfortable shoes. Lots of walking.

I love the architect it's beautiful specially at night. Took my daughter for the first time. Enjoy spending the free cash and the free eating free food

Concert venue is reasonably good, but on the small side. Section D has a bit of an unusual row numbering system so make sure you understand what you are getting when you select your tickets. (3 sections 1-16, 17-32, 33-49; so 16 and 32 are back rows, but 17 and 33 are front rows)

I travel the country as a truck driver. I can honestly say this casino is the closest thing to Vegas outside of Nevada. The gaming floor is absolutely huge with an incredible array of games. There is a wide variety of restaurant options as well. People working here seemed very cordial. I appreciate the very large parking area for semis on the south side of the complex. With all those wonderful things I have to say this is the tightest Casino I've ever been to. I must have played over 12 machines, and did not even get a nibble. I never expect to win big but it would be nice to get even a little winning streak. Several times I would put in a 20 and it would straight disappear without even a minor hit. The facility is very very nice but I doubt if I'll ever play here again.

It was fine, they have taken out a lot of the machines I like to play. Just doesn't seem like it use to be when my sister and I use to come.

Great place to go. The gambling was fun and the place is huge. Plenty of places to eat and get drinks. They also have a great venue for concerts and shows.

The hotel was fantastically comfortable!! Clean, well serviced establishment. Casino floor was also top of the line. I will be back

There is so much to do, couldnt pkszibly do it all in one trip. The amenities are favorable.

Love staying here.....you get the best customer service, chocolates, and food!!! The gambling is also great!!

It was nice ! I enjoyed it it was hard to hear the lady explain benefits when signing up for membership but it was great! I'd go again! Lots of restaurants inside and lots of slot machines mostly digital but there are a few of the actual slot machines those are vintage!

This is by far the largest nicest casino with the most gaming options on the planet! The staff is awesome and amazing and the fun is over the top! I recommend WinStar World Casino to any gambling enthusiast for a short stay or an extended getaway you will have fun either way.

Smoky casino ....If you aren't a smoker it may be a bit harsh to stand all of that smoke and it gets in your clothes and hair so it goes home with you but is really nice and beautiful.

The self serving beverage station needs an attendant maybe? Just seemed like we're sparsely stocked with a need of wiping down. Other than that which is a very small thing the place was excellent

Outstanding security staff! They were so helpful when someone picked up my wallet from a slot machine, they traced who took it, called them by their rewards card, and I had it back within the hour. Great Room! Casino was clean and fun! will definitely be back.

We love going to Winston! It's a short drive and there always something to do there! The staff is always kind and willing to do whatever they can! Even better the valae is complimentary when you stay at the hotel. We stayed in the north tower with a view. It was a great getaway!

No one will even pick up the phone. 5 minutes on hold. Ridiculous. In this economy you would think they d want business.

Had.so much fun!! Not very busy at all!! Masks mandatory, temp checks when u walk in also! Black jack tables limited to 3 people per table!

Took my daughter for her 19th birthday, we had alot of fun spending time together and blowing money. She had a blast and wants to go again soon. Just went for the slot machines

This place is HUGE!!! Be aware if coming on 35n or you will miss the exit. We were there 5 minutes and the wife hit a jackpot! Of course this is not typically how it works, but hey!! We had a good time!!

When we checked in everything was well until late sunday night, when i went to get in thr bex and saw a bug. I called the front desk, but it went to voice mail. There was a constant drip in the walls. I am thinking its the ac unit condensation. Very irritating. However, the food was great. There are no microwaves in the rooms just mini fridges. You will enjoy yourself. Bring plenty of money when u visit.

The largest casino,beautiful,friendly and i even won alittle would and is going back loved it.

I like to gamble and window shop.it is so interesting to watch other people and get out and about .

Even though I don't ever win, it's always fun and exciting to play and see all of the near stuff they have there

I love this place. I've both won and lost alot of money here but overall it's always a good time. The place is huge and has almost everything. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 starts is because they stopped offering double deck black jack. If you haven't gone yet, definitely give it a shot.

Went to see Ron White he was excellent as always.
However if the casino was as good as the entertainment I would go more often those people know how to take but not to give just my take.

Great place. Ate at Toby Keith's bar n grill- great food. played roulette- did nothing but win a lot of money. All employees we talked to were nothing but friendly. Great place. Hope to go again soon.....real soon.

If you've never stopped here it's a must stop. At least once. I'm a truck driver and parking is great. Easy in and out. Casino is nice and people are friendly. The shuttle personal where awesome I got a ride to and from truck area.

Lots of fun...easy to win and easy to lose, but the place is huge...top name entertainers and great staff !!

Winstar World Casino is worth the trip. The hotel staff are great and room service delivered an excellent breakfast of omelets and fresh fruit. It's great for a girl's trip and even better when you stay in the beautiful hotel with that significant other.

This probably the nicest casino I have ever visited. It's definitely the biggest. The only thing I did not like was that it seemed the machines did not want to pay out much.

This Casino is awesome. Tons of Games, restaurants, everything.

Gorgeous Property, its amazing what are money has built since 2004. We keep contributing to the light bill at least...one day we might hit... They just kerp expanding. Hotels are very nice, pools are luxurious but not great for adults. Great restaurants.

It's a really nice casino located on I -35 on the Texas/Oklahoma border. Go check it out and have a great time. It has everything you need.

Fun lil "getaway"...... An hour and a half drive from Dallas! Spend the night play awhile, have dinner play some more!!

We went to have their buffet and by far it was extended cold .The waiters never brought us drink refills.. Never going there again im sorry but I rarely bad to any place but this one really disappointed me.

Be prepared to walk, walk, and walk some more. Good luck!
