We love going here. Just don't like the cigarette smoke.

Large gaming floor, lots of games, and food. Machines seem right and don't pay much but lots of fun

Excellent place and great variety of slots machines!

It was great. Games are easy to pick up on. Rooms are clean. There's no smoking in the New York plaza which is fantastic for me.

Rooms are awesome, food good, staff friendly. Down side-limited seating so you have to drag chairs around if you want to sit playing the slots.

I don't go there inside. I don't do gambling. I parked there to meet someone from Texas n picked up a puppy. This place look like Trump's. A huge place!.

Beautiful place to just chill out..... although pricey and the rooms are just basics for the king size room. Nothing extraordinary.

Don't need to travel cross country when Windstar is only 5 miles away, with all your favorite games. I mean 1000s of slots. Love it!!

Had a blast. This casino is huge. Cant wait to come back. Players perks are great new comers

Nice resort. Average to tight slots. About average payout... The same as in Vegas. I encountered several machines that jammed the ticket, and long wait times for the tech to repair it. They won't allow coin changes at their kiosks. Finally.... Several slot attendants looked as if they hated their jobs.

Such a fun place to go for the day or wkend and wonderful places to eat.

We went for Christmas because they sent me a complimentary buffet to use and casino money which i think i was cheated out of because it said i had $40 total to play but i was only able to use $20.00 which went REALLY fast on the quarter slots. The buffet was really good.

Place is huge, like its own amusement park. Beautiful and will definitely come back again.

The smoke smell wasnt as bad as anticipated. You could smell it but couldnt see it lingering in the air. Staff was nice and accommodating.

A very big casino with restaurants and other great places inside there. Very clean. I love it here. It has restaurants that you do not see anywhere else. Good food with good prices. Some places are expensive to eat at.

I have been stooping in to Winstar since they opened. They used to have plenty of Truck Parking. I never bet alot , I just go to enjoy some time out of my truck. I recently went for my 50th Birthday and as always never won a dime and no comps were offered offered even on my birthday. They seem to think they are the only place to go to enjoy some time off. They are mistaken. Due to lack of any customer service I won't be returning.

I was going to see the backstreet boys and the winstar didn't cancel the event until 4 hours after people were hurt. They made no effort to form lines before the concert and informed no one what was going on.

Excellent place to have fun and win $$$$. For a day or the weekend. Love the comps.

So it was my first day time coming here. As a non smoker I was surprised to how much smoke was in the room. My eyes burned and I was coughing up smoke smell for 12 hours after my visit. I wish they would have had someone greeting for first time guests. It was hard to figure out where to go and get signed up. The person who signed me up was very polite but rushed due to a long line. The games were fun and I enjoyed seeing the whole place.

Best hotel and resort I've ever been to! I haven't gone to Vegas but it's probably not as big as Vegas but it's still a great place to play.

Pay for your hand, pay for your drink. The Walmart of casinos.

Had a wonderful time! Huge casino with many in-casino restaurants. Attached hotel is beautiful and has many rooms! Gorgeous pool! The only downside is all the cigarette smoke in the casino, but that is to be expected.

It's pretty much self explanatory being the world's largest casino soooo much to do sooo many games to play I win every time I visit here playing different games I love this casino

Lots of fun! We were able to get our room comped. Bring good walking shoes because this place is huge! Over a mile round trip. Something for everyone! Very nice rooms and pool areas.

It is a Nice place to spend time. It is an awful feeling when you loose money, gambling. Clean restrooms; good customer service.

I would recommend this casino and resort to anybody who likes to have fun gambling. It has great accommodation for RVs and has one of the best poker rooms I've seen.

People are allowed to have no mask on if they are smoking but if you don't smoke you need a mask - how does that even make sense?!?

Also, for my 1st time (and last) being there, it was confusing on how to play. After 5 minutes we had lost $40 and that was it for my time there. No clear info to help someone new & minimum spins of close to $1 per spin = I will never go back there again.

Actually left with more than I started with. Food is excellent and (almost all) of the staff are friendly and professional.

To smokey. Stuck in the dark ages. Will never go back. You need to have a non smoking area.

For a casino the rooms were very bad. No refrigerator old fashioned. And you had to walk a long way to get drinks. And the price for a room that was on concert night should not be double ,if you not there for the concert.

Awesome people who don't put up with people stealing from other people. Got my property back and kicked the thieves out of the hotel and banned them for from ever coming back!!!!

Had a wonderful time! Tons of games to play and room to move around. Entertainment was amazing, any type of food I craved was available. Thousands of people were there but it didn't feel like it was overcrowded. All the staff was helpful and polite. Can't wait to go back.

First time staying at the winstar hotel & had great dining experience with Trent. If you are looking to dine here, ask for him! Great service, friendly, gave good recommendations, very timely. Great service overall!

Love this place! It's more than gambling. Relaxation, entertainment, food, shopping....you name it and they have it.

A fantastic casino, friendly staff. The buffet was inspired 4 different owns in the world and is a huge selection of food and desserts.

Great casino with a large variety of games offered. Very clean and sanitized with the covid 19 safety measures in full effect. Security is very good both in the casino and the parking lot as well. I would highly recommend this casino to anyone!!

The room was great The service was great however way too many people. Also many people not properly wearing their masks. Not much social distancing.

Celebrated my BDay here it was great and one heck of a large casino! I would recommend this place to gamble and play slots machines.

Not as great as they advertise it. Youre supposed to stay 6 feet from each other but the machines are packed in tight. It was really crowded so distancing was a problem. They have one section that was supposedly "smoke free" but people still smoked. Needless to say, I wont go back.

2 hrs late on a plain room for $400. WINNIMGS and concert were good but for such a big place you would think they would have a conc ert venue and not just a lrg. Meeting room with chairs and bleachers.

Very nice hotel rooms... A little pricey but worth it! Great service in the casino, all around a great trip.

First time staying. Nice place, not that much better than the Hampton in Gainesville. My main quirk is that they do not give a veterans discount. So im giving generous 4 stars when really its 3

Casino isnt worth it anymore since COVID...they'rewards and bonuses are HORRIBLE! Ready for concerts...

This place is massive but they do offer free parking. Beautiful inside casino and out- I only wish they had a non smoking area.

Great hotel right in casino. Get upper floor for view and more quiet. Breakfast Buffet not recommended. Pricey and not good. Always crowded casino..lots to see and great bars.

It was difficult to get around the cigarette smoke. The machines were very interesting. I almost broke even.

It was super busy when we went and didn't seem like anyone was really winning, we were there for about 7 hours, it was still fun, but I've had much better luck at choctaw

Went with my wife and family in laws, we had a lot of fun. The rooms are nice and clean, and the casino has many game selections. Many things to do besides gambling.

Nice hotels, very large casino, but I couldn't get the wifi or tv to work after ordering a movie? Guess they want everyone gambling? I've experienced this at the choctaw in durant also.

Worth the trip!! This place is HUGE!! Very busy on Saturday nights but its the best casino I've ever been to!

Went back as soon as they opened and i gotta say im impressed by the cleaning and the enforcing of mask

Went there for a Bill Maher show and he was GREAT. But this review is about the casino. And it was at best clean and serviceable. Everything else was blah. Typical casino though. In regards to the stage Bill performed on, it was terrible. Bill did good to work with what they had, but the setup was bad and amateur. They converted a big conference room into a stage unsuccessfully using small chairs to cram in as many people as possible. Needless to say the seating was uncomfortable. But again, Bill's performance made it all worth while.

As far as the gambling side, I don't gamble so I can't comment. But I will say don't expect Vegas style. VERY FAR from it.
