Winstar is always fun to blow off a little steam. For the first time ever we had an issue with a machine, but the staff was very nice an handled it efficiently. No doubt we will return sooner than we should.

First time at a casino it was awesome had a blast definitely will be back

Very big and although I didn't play anything, you could see there were alot of options. The outside is very different and looking amazing. The landscape is also very well kept!

It was really fun and a nice atmosphere. I expected it to be a bit crazy, like Vegas. Glad it wasn't. I never go to casinos because I'm never a winner. I played with 2 $20 bills. The first one, on penny machines, made me $78. I cashed out and used the second $20 on a different penny machine and won $60. I would have never went in if it hadn't been for the friend I was riding with wanting so badly to go. I'm glad I did. It's the first time I've ever profited and I had a great time. Very clean and very friendly staff.

I was only in the casino part but it is Smokey so wear clothes you do not care about because it will get in your clothes. Also don't go between 1 and 5 because all of the good places will be closed. Overall it was a nice spot to gamble at.

We had a excellent time. We had a small party for my sons 21st birthday. So much fun and left a winner. They are doing a excellent job with the sanitizing. Keep up the excellent work. We will be back soon.
P.S. Kirby was excellent dining place to eat.

Really an amazing place to just go and see. Inside is quite smoky though. They have just recently added a no smoking area for gamblers who don't smoke.

Poker room was good. Lots of bad players to prey on. I wish they d get rid of smoking inside.

WinStar Casino calls iself the biggest casino in the world, but i genuinely think that it is utterly mismanaged to a point that i do not want to return ever. Some things like having to pay a dollar per game you play is just plain ridiculous, why should i pay for the tax when i am also paying the casino! Also, there was an incidence of blatant cheating when we went, where my buddy lost 100 on a blackjack even though he was 19 and the dealer was 18 but the dealer aaid that he had 19 too!

Loved it! Worth a visit even if you are not planning to gamble. They have multiple entries which depict different places like Paris, HongKong and many more.

Fun, even while losing. Needs more club benefits for the average patron, earn poi ts faster, and more access to free hotel stays as we have never been able to use a single one of over 20 free nights since it it always booked. Indoor smoking is also a deterent. Still would recommend but only take what you are willing to lose and play to win.

Worlds biggest and best casino right here. Fantastic dining and hotel experience. Good gameplay and staff friendliness. Tables are the way to go but slots aren t bad. All around great time! Way to go winstar

Had heard a lot from this place and all the hype is true! All in one package! Definitely worth the trip! Would go back all the time if I could!

Rooms are nice. I recommend the Pool Tower for a great view of the pool area. There are great food options available ranging from fine dining and casual dining to quick bite options!

First time here. I usually go to eagle pass or Louisiana. I was shocked how large this place is! Slots,tables,bingo,off track, they have it all! It doesn't hurt that we came home winners!

My husband and I always play the same machine "our machine" and it *almost* never lets us down. Last night we went on a whim after work and in a couple hours won 600 dollars. Totally worth being exhausted today, thanks again Winstar!

Great buffet. Other stop on the way to Dallas if you are looking for a good meal at a reasonable price. Very good variety and friendly staff.

The staff is great in the casino. Beer was cold. That cigarette smoke is awful, and the Buffett needs a whole lot of work. Not a good look!

Receptionist at checkin was a little snarky. Rest of stay was great

Slot play return was decent. Hotel stay was great. Covid protocols were great. Only con was that the buffet was horrible.

As far as there email system it has something to be desired send out up date for emails and there links dont work so they want you to come in to up date I think it's just away to get you to come in has tobe some way to up date

Went to see my favorite comedian. The seats were so close together that you had absolutely NO elbow room whatsoever. The railings were so loose that pressure of any kind might have sent you to the floor. Thank goodness I was there with my son and had a strong arm to hold onto. The big screens weren't big enough to see the comedian's facial expressions. On a good note, at least the audio was excellent.

The people in there are very rude it's over crowded not at 50% and half of the people didn't even have their mask on so I guess they don't believe and the guidelines for CDC I had a gentleman that was about 65 years old I was waiting for a lady to get off of Lucky Duck game and he really cut in front of me and started to cuss me out when I asked to why did he jump in front of me his words were I don't give an f just move around that's what he told me when I was there first the only reason why I did not hit him it's because I was taught by my parents to respect my elders but I guess his upbringing was to be disrespectful to other human beings there were not at the same race yes I am Hispanic and yes he was white and I felt very bad that he treated me in that form there's no excuse for any human being to treat another person like that but I guess there's a difference between me and him I have God in my life and he doesn't

But it has not let me win in along time so I will not be going back for long time

I enjoy this place, always have a good time when I go, It is a huge place everywhere you look you have slots and if you like table games I've seen some. I know they have a full poker room even tho I've never been. Fun atmosphere all-around. Win or lose I have a great time.

When you play a machine you have plenty of room . not bunch together. You can smoke . A great buffet

This is the best casino I've ever been to. Other than the fact that there isn't currently a Sportsbook, this place is amazing. I saw Jerry Seinfeld here a couple of years ago and it was an amazing venue. I can't believe how many slot machines there are, it's insane. The dinner buffet is absolutely amazing for the price.

Great place , fun overall . Sodas- free refills . So far I keep coming back about 4-5 now . Handsanitizer dispensers are everywhere from the tables to the walk ways . Hope to hit big soon . Good luck guys !

I'm not a gambler at all I just went along for the ride. However I sat down and this game like me!!!!

U can't win any money the people there very angry. The service is not very good.

Spent 400 dollars in 30 mins every time the machine said i won 2 or 3 hundred it never credit me that much. I still donated the recipes to the charity's on the machines

It was a well needed trip there just to enjoy the day and of course. Everything was great even though we didn't hit it big!!

I had so much fun here!! I went in for a massage because I have been dealing with a pinched nerve for a while now. We ate at a place called Kirbys while we were there. Everything we ate was so delicious. We had the fried mushrooms as an appetizer, I ordered the pepper steak and their soup of the day was a creamed asparagus soup. Ot was bu far the best soup I have ever eaten and the best steak. I've been to a few high end steak houses and this one tops all of them!! I cant wait to go back!!

Had a great time with my wife and mother for her 60th birthday. We played blackjack the majority of the time and the staff was very friendly and accommodating as this was the first time any of us played a real game of blackjack. Lol will definitely be back.

It was a lot of fun. Seams to be heard towards out of state people more , which is a Little disappointing. The Texas people mostly . Great restaurants, great fun to people watch.

Lots to do and plenty to see. Gargantuan place with a theme of different places from around the globe. It is well maintained and clean. As far as hotel casinos go, it exceeded my expectations.

I've gotten lots of free perks since signing up as well as my wife. The staff have been very friendly and courteous. It's always a pleasurable experience coming here.

We had this planned for months, anniversary gift to ourselves. How disappointed were we. The staff at check in were abrupt, almost rude. The room smelled and the air conditioner was not cooling the room or helping with the damp smell. The big buffet was $42 for the both of us and it was cold and old. We didn't come expecting to win a fortune, but someone swiped my $40+ ticket. All in all it was not any where near as fun as we thought it would be. Bigger is definitely not better. First and last trip to the biggest casino in the world.

We were pleasantly surprized by the nice greeting at the door and helped like we were vip ! We did not win big- but we felt like winners! We saw a lady jackpot several thousand dollars and that was lots of fun to see her joy! After playing atlantic city- this was a 4 star visit!

Huge slot machine selection. Roulette table is done with a playing card as a reader....they do not use the ball which actually lands on the color. Hotel rooms are clean and modern. Great close get away!

I love the outside layout of the building. Easy to get in also.
