We go a few times/year. We always enjoy playing the huge variety of slots they have and they give great comps. We don't spend large amounts but always get our room comped (minus the $10/night fee) and we get anywhere from $15-$75 play credits and free buffet credits a few times per month.

The atmosphere is exciting. I really like the theme. There are several downsides to this casino. I was never asked if I wanted a drink. I'm not sure if you have to order from the bar. The drinks are not free and the pay outs are horrible. The ventilation system needs an upgrade. We've been a few times and have decided to drive a little further and hit Louisiana.

Great place, from the servers to the food to the hotel..every person on the staff is extremely nice! The only thing i have a problem with is that most of the machines accrue points at a reduced rate. And some of them you cannot redeem your points on. this is very frustrating! The Saturday nite buffet was amazing though!

As newbies to the casino, my friends and I went with no clear expectations. However, the staff was super nice in assisting us on how to play games correctly and with a little bit of skill rather than relying solely on luck. The place smells like a smoker's convention but other than that, it's a great place.

Huge Casino with a lot of games. Plenty of restaurants and the hotel is wonderful. It's a very exciting place. You can see a show or go to the nightclub. There's so much to do. It's a great experience.

Biggest and best poker room I've ever been in. Unfortunately due to Oklahoma laws they cant give free alcohol, but food comps accrue quickly. Great dealers and more than enough tables to not have to wait very long.

The buffet was great. The casino is large and clean throughout. It's a fun night out. There biggest opportunity is to finally implement a texting system for table games and any restaurants that require you to wait. Would be good for us and them. People can continue to have fun and avoid lines. Would be five star if they finally wake up and be more customer friendly.

I really don't get the apeal of casinos at all. Way too many people, throwing money away to sit in smoke filled rooms in front of mind numbing machines. Saw multiple people pushing children in strollers through a smoke filled casino after 11pm. Didn't get a sense that many of the patrons were of financial means to trivially piss money away. This just isn't a scene I get at all so I really dont know how to review it for the sake of people that do enjoy this kind of thing. We were there for a show which was good and easy to get in and out of. The hotel rooms and restaurants were all overpriced but no more so than expected (roughly double what I would expect for the same quality in any other scenario).

Checking in to leaving my friend and I went just to relax rooms where really nice and clean, elevator staff excellent, greeters that took your temperature so friendly and bell boy was so kind to us showed us where disability parking was and waited at the door to bring our up bags, got ice. My very cautious about Covid-19 friend says he went and gambled downstairs and was impressed how he saw the staff cleaning off machines frequently. A+

WinStar is a fabulous and energetic place for socialites. Considering I was just promoted to Elite, I would have given four stars if the winning wasn't such a short rollercoaster ride. Five stars if I would had gotten a jackpot. Other than that, great places to eat. Parking fills up fast!!!

The venues chairs were really close together. They also wouldn't let us sit in our chairs and wait out the lines leaving the venue. I don't know why they cared were we waited since we were pretty close to the exits. Ringo was amazing though.

I enjoyed the hotel and was able to go to several Restaurants within the hotel which were very reasonably priced and pretty good! Gambling is pretty good & they have a a lot of machines for everyone. The only thing I wasn t happy about was the shower in our room wasn t hot enough & the water pressure wasn t that great. It s smokey in the Casino just like every other casino.

Not exactly Vegas. Not a bad casino but far too many people with only limited seating for games. The staff wasn't bad but not exactly accommodating. The room was adequate for a 3 star hotel but the bed was uncomfortable and dipped in in the center. If you are looking for a casino getaway, I would consider looking else where.

This place is enticing and they have great restraunts here and entertainment ....but its hard to win money here they know how to reel you in and take all your money...it's not fun if you drive hundreds of miles to go have fun and go home regretting you ever went. The whole reason for going is to win at least once in a while and as far as I have seen the past couple of years all they do is take your money!

The largest casino in the world and I understand that the rooms are just as big and nice as the hotel and casino itself is. My only complaint is that the rooms are so far away from the casino floor that if you forgot anything or needed to go back to the room for something it would take a good half hour or so just to go from Casino to the room and then back and that's considering that you are close to the edge of the casino area and not in the middle or where the other end from your hotel room. And my one other complaint is that the free rooms without an upgrade could really use a deep cleaning for smoke and interior visually aesthetic pleasing needs. Otherwise this is a great place to stay and I would stay there every time especially. LOL

Had lunch @ the terrace view cafe. Normally the service is great, had a 30-40 min wait. Once my order made it to the table the fries were cold our server did bring more fries but I was already done with my meal. Thanks to the server being so nice I still tipped her. The cashier showed no concern after telling her about my experience. Hope this doesn't happen the next visit or it will be my last. Had a party of 3

I recently stayed at the hotel. I had a reservation for two days. The morning I was going to leave I heard an announcement that they had rooms available for that night. I went to the front desk and asked about it. I was told I could stay one more night in the same room. When I asked how much it would be I was told it was complementary. Great!! I had a great time there and was looking forward to going back. When the charges came through on my credit card, it was $175 more than what I was told it would be. After calling them for a week, I finally talked to some one. Sure enough, they charged me $165 for my complimentary room. They refused to make it right! I m so disappointed. I won t be going back.

As with any casino you win some and you lose some. I hit my biggest win ever last night $450! Of course I gave it all back but luck doesn't usually run with me, my husband yes, but not me. We went to take our 18 year old son for his first time and he had a blast! He only took $60 with him and walked out with $250. I'd say he had a pretty good night! Huaband won $800 so needless to say we all had a blast. We will definitely be going back. We have two more teens that will be 18 next year so we already have a couple of trips planned next year.

EVENT PLANNERS BEWARE! I travel to 25 states to present workshops for educators and have had over 80+ events at hotels in the past two years. This was by far the worst experience I ve ever had.

As if planning events isn t stressful enough, I had a sales manager-Morgan contact me a week before my event. I already had 35 participants registered who had already booked rooms for not one but two nights at their hotel. Not to mention paid $1000 for the meeting space. She told me if I didn t respond to her email within 48 hours she was keeping my $500 deposited & canceling my event. I have a copy of this email. Thank goodness, I saw this email. Considering I travel for work, I m lucky to have seen the email and responded with her timeframe. 35 educators had gotten subs, made reservations and travel arrangements to be there. When I saw the message, I had a complete panic attack knowing that my paying customers had made these plans, and I would not only have to refund their registration but quite possibly their travel expenses.

Morgan explained that Djana another employee called my phone repeatedly, and I hadn t answered. Which is exactly right, because they only called me during my WORK hours. Why not email? These calls were solely about adding on food and beverage orders which I made very clear in the beginning that I was NOT interested in.

I would love to tell you this was my only problem with them! But it gets worse. The day of my event they came to the door with my participants seated, crossed their arms and sternly told me to tell my participants to remove all food and drinks from the meeting space! Food and drinks that were purchased at their hotel! My participants (after seeing these two in the back, arms crossed and clearly upset) said it looks like you are in trouble. Once I got back there, I asked them to have the decency to take the conversation outside the meeting space away from where my paying customers were sitting! Once they did, I asked for their boss.

When I spoke with their supervisors, they said they accidentally left off the part where my participants couldn t have food and beverage in the meeting room in my contract. And that their old contracts included that verbiage! Hello! My contract didn t include that. Yet, after my event ended this afternoon, they came and ask me to not allow food and beverage tomorrow & suggested I purchase coffee, sodas, water/drinking station for the group. The contract never mentions not being able to bring in food and drinks. It s not my fault they left it off, and I shouldn t have to pay for their mistakes.

At other hotels, for bringing them business, I always get upgraded rooms or am allowed a late check out since I need to change clothes after events. And they wouldn t even allow a late check out! What a great thank you I got for bringing them 35 rooms plus my own for two nights. That s 72 nights for them. And I can t stay an extra thirty minutes and change clothes? Ridiculous.

But not 1/2 as ridiculous as those two sour women who completely ruined my event.

We have a much larger event planned for the summer with hundreds of participants, and I wouldn t come back here if the rooms were FREE!

Second time I visit this casino with it's not because in a real casino you have odds of winning, here in this place you don't, slots don't even give you winning to keep playing, roulette is fully electronic wheres the fun in that? The eximente is when the person spends the little ball! I wish they would make casinos legal every where like this they would have competition and would stop rigging the slots to take your money, there nothing about luck there! They just take your money!
