There were no room at the hotel, we stayed nearby. I really like the casino it was clean spacious and so many options. Loved it and I'm not a gambler but enjoyed our time there.

Great Atmosphere! Awesome Concert Venue. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great food options. Overall experience was wonderful. Definitely coming back.

I went yesterday only stayed for a hour. Did not see any machines being wiped down. Lots of people with their mask on their chin. Plus lots of people smoking which means no mask. Will not be going back for a long time. On a good note I did come home with 248.00 extra .

Expect better service from a Motel 6.

Staff and front desk service is extremely lacking in every regard, and rude to boot. Valet took 20 minutes to even help us, and they weren't busy at all. Front desk staff was condescending and outright rude.

The hotel itself smells like a hospice center. That disgusting disinfectant smell that is covering something far worse underneath it. The hotel looks run down and beat up.

We didn't even make it to our rooms. We cancelled our stay and walked out.

As a guest you can expect better treatment in a 3rd world jail. I wouldn't even recommend this place to an ex girlfriend.

Clean. A little smoky but not too bad. No free alcohol given like in Shreveport and vegas. Found there was a non smoking room in the very back. I'd give it five starts but they took all my money. Also, sign up for players card and they will send you free play coupons in the mail.

Too crowded, smoke free section filled with smoke. Plus, no one was winning....not.a.good time at all.

Winstars the Best! You can find anything in the gambling world, Your heart desires!!! It's the only place my Better half and I will go.

The room was holiday inn quality with a New York city price. The casino was fun, played alot of tables and the dealers were friendly, entertaining, and helpful. I will go again, but perhaps get a suite someplace else compared to the cost of the room.

Great place to go lose your money. Huge floor, lots of table games, more slots than you could ever imagine. Wife and I had a blast.

Was accused of stealing when I was trying to bring a voucher to the desk. Later that night I ordered late night room service for me and my mother and not only was our$14 nachos bare but I called room service back to bring up cheese and salsa for the chips and another $2 charge for cheese that had an old chip in it and very old Pico. Very disappointed.

Some of the machines that are popular move and even disappear. Their rewards program isn't very giving either. It is a fun place to spend the day if you're ok with not winning.

Nice place of you like to gamble. They do allow smoking.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. It's a great place for the wife and I. We get away, and its not a long drive from where we are in texas. Food is always good, but we do miss the place that had the Philly by the main entrance.

Nice casino. But if you forget to cash in your casino vouchers you only have 2 weeks to cash in voucher. Long drive back to get my money

Their machines devour money and dont even give a darn cent back.

In general it is a great place. However it is very awful when one is loosing. Lolz. In the contrary it is cool when one is gaining

WinStat World Casino resort located in Thackerville, OK is my favorite casino. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been to several casinos in the US but this one is by far the best. It's conveniently located, they offer a loyalty rewards program, celebrity guest, several restaurants, overnight accommodation, and plenty of gaming to satisfy any guest. Oh this is family friendly atmosphere so bring those kids along.

Always a good time at Winstar. I had the pleasure of seeing the Temptations this past Sunday what a great show.

We ate in the buffet Monday the 9th of November. After leaving the table some time later my husband realized he had lost his money clip(with several hundred dollars )drivers license credit cards etc. About that time he heard his name announced to come to security. We did and they handed him his clip, and iPhone, with everything accounted for. We did go back and tip the young lady at the buffet who had turned it in. We are so grateful for honest servers, security personal and hostesses!! Thank you. We loved our room and stay while at Winstar We will come again!!!!

The hotel left me sleepless. A couple was arguing all night in the hallway and the constant noise of the elevators was absolutely annoying. The food was good!

Staff very courteous, rooms are nice well stocked with amenities, Casino is huge! Good variety slot machines and table games. Only negative is no sport betting and bingo only on weekends.

We stayed in a nice 2 Queen room for 2 nights. The first day was spent at the pool. The resort pool was so nice and clean. Very attentive waitresses. All the restaurants were very convenient also. Would go again and again.

You can drown in tobacco smoke, but not a single place to medicate. Very discriminatory against medical marijuana users. No problem to be exposed to infinate tobacco smoke but cant medicate as a licenced user anywhere? Unacceptable! Its 2019 winstar time to get with it.

Once you get last the fact that it smells like a bowling alley, fun can definitely be had. There are rows and rows and buildings full of slot machines. The employees are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed.

Outstanding facility. Lighting outside at night it's very similar to Las Vegas. Lots to look at and Explorer inside. Inside environment is very much like Las Vegas.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Casino and hotel are very clean and tidy. There is always fun stuff to do and great food to eat. The place is MASSIVE!!!! But it just means there is variety! Great way to get away and enjoy a fun vacation or escape. :)

Loved coming here for a quick night of gambling. The interior is gorgeous with defining marks of architecture from around the world and is well ventilated throughout the casino so you aren't bathed in smoke the whole time. Only real complaint is that I wish they had better options for quick bites to eat

I love their building theme - international. It makes me feel like I'm almost traveling to different countries! This place is huge, I definitely got lost since im not from around there. It's fun though!!

Definitely a fun place to go and blow lots of money lol Been here three times and plan on going back soon

Huge casino, different themes, wide price range for everyone. Get ready to smell like cigarettes smoke.

The place is great. Huge. Wear your walking shoes if you want to tour the place.

Only negatives were the fact that you had to pay for drinks (points to Louisiana for keeping it OG) and the table boss at the craps tables complaining that people were cheap for not tipping (after some dude tipped tons and made it rain on them less than 30 minutes before that).

The rooms we got were awesome, well kept and comfy, with coffee maker in the room, and the food was delicious.

Would definitely go again to show it off but if I was going just for gambling then Louisianna would be my first option. My groups value the free drinks of La. as much as the scenery.

Enjoyed everything from finding a parking spot to checking in. Really clean and beautiful room. We had a 2 bed room. Room service was great. Steak and eggs for a midnight special was a treat.

Can spend hours in all the countries! Good food and very clean for the volume of people!

If you are a smoker this place could probably be a four star joint for ya. But if you're not...it is going to be difficult for you to have a four or a five star experience when you find it hard to breath and a shower is mandatory after leaving the casino to feel human again. I am guessing there is a direct researched and confirmed correlation between smoking and gambling.

Huge place and great card room. They used to be a 3 star place but they invested some money back into the place. I did see Jerry Seinfeld and that was a great show.

My girlfriend went to stay and play with her sister, got a promotional player's card and spent money on it. Enough to get a complementary "one night stay at the hotel for ANY night of the week" it had to be used in two weeks. However when she called to schedule it, they said they had none available in the time we had to use it. What's the point of this promotional player's card? What a joke! They wouldn't even offer us a room at a discounted price! Sad!

I like the casino, very big! I haven't had any luck yet! Alcohol drinks are not free!

played slots for 4 hours and not one drink provided. and at the tables you have to pay to play ... u lose even when you win.cheaper to buy a flight to vegas and drink for free while u win

Used to be fun to play before Covid, now they've got the machines clamped down and nothing pays out.

We stayed for 1 night at the hotel on the property, valet was complimentary, the front desk attendant was super professional ,and he gave us some useful information about the casino. if you have a sensitive nose ,and you cant handle the tobacco fumes good luck we stayed on a non smoking room and we could still smell cigarettes ,again if you can't handle it you will not have a good time . The casino floor is has loads and loads of games very fun ,slot machine's are lacking instructions.I had a great time and will definitely be back .

It was fun and very big! Lots of machines to play and they have plenty of places to eat at. I ate at El Fenix inside the casino! Definitely will visit again!

Love how each room has a theme, makes it easier to find people if ur in a big group. Con- the game room is very cold, and the food options in the casino weren't great the only place I liked was the pizzeria. The WinStar hotel rooms were clean and great deal if you go during the week days. Stayed for one night probably would have like another night to explore more. Found out their was a non-smoking section in the very far corner past the New York section.

We went to Toby Keith bar and grill. It was great. Had the chicken fried steak. It was massive. My wife and I split it.

It's a good casino, and has a lot of slot machines, if that's what you are looking for. They host really good acts. Decent restaurants with food ranging from cheap to expensive. It's very smoky, and very loud, which you'd expect from a casino. Very crowded on weekends. Lots of parking and easy to get in and out.

WinStar is the place to go when you get that itch for gambling. It's the casino where you can visit and play the penny slots. Their hotel cleanliness is top of the line. The food court is one of the best. They have top of the line entertainers. What are you waiting for go have some fun.

Need a week to go through this casino. It is so gigantic. Outer facade and inner decor divided into different cities themes, such as Rome, Venice, Paris etc.
Highly recommend Winstar.

They didn't give me anything. The buffet was wonderful. We enjoyed it.

For this being the biggest casino. You can't even win $500.00 it's a rip off!

Only casinos in America that charge you 50 cents a hand to pkay table games. We run but slots are really tight and your odds there are considerably worse than a casino in any other state in the country.

AVOID this place. They aren t ready. Drove an hour from Dallas to get here. Waited for an hour for a table and then dealer let some other dude jump in. Literally didn t play a single game for that drive. Never again. Go to choctaw if you re in DFW.

Enjoy it everytime I get a chance to go there I will the worker's are so nice and helpful so if you're looking to have some fun this the place to be love it better than the ones in Louisiana.

Awesome place to attend a concert. The venue was clean and you could see the stage from anywhere in the room. Great place for food and fun.

Like a smaller Vegas all in 1 building.It was alot if fun.

Parking can be tricky & of course the food is overpriced, but overall we had a great time at Trevor Noah's comedy show.

The place was massive, I've been several times before just never put a review in. If your looking to lose a couple hundred bucks in less than an hour than this is the place for you. At least I had fun doing it :)

PERFECT if you're a cigarette smoker. If not, you'll be miserable.

Attended a concert in the "no smoking" Global Event Center, but since they share A/C air handlers with the main casino, I might as well have been at my aunt's house in 1986. Cloudy as heck -- and not because of the fog machines from the concert.

Enjoyed the concert. Tight quarters. Reasonably-priced beverages. But I won't be back unless I either take-up cigarette smoking or take a gas mask. Seriously. It was *that* bad.

Took a guest to have fun. Within an hour both of us went through $200. Each with the largest payout less than $20. Not much fun. Not worth the drive. Will not bring back other guests that are here for a visit.
