The hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean and quiet. The casino is very large, good variety of games. The food isn t too bad either. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. This is our 3rd trip and we can t wait to go back. : )

I had not been gambling in years! Winstar sent me a comp for 2 nights and 2 meals. I took them up on it. That is not why I am giving them such a positive review. Here are the reasons I am giving it 5 stars. When I got there the staff was extremely nice on every level , I got lost and a woman cleaning floors stopped everything and walked me to where I need to be. The room was very clean and had a sticker on the door jam to show it had been sealed. I don't like buffets as a rule, their buffer was excellent as was all of the support staff. EVERYONE wore mask as did the customers at each elevator on the hotel room main floor the crowds are regulated getting in the elevator, and anyone getting off with out a mask is quickly handed one. The other guest were as equally polite. I played four slot machines the first night I was up near a hundred dollars, but did not cash out and lost a hundred. The second day I was up 157.00 so cast out being down for the two days only 43.00. Still I felt I should try to loose a little more the last machine I played of 4 I only put in 20 dollars and quickly won $560.00 so I cashed out. I had been winning on all 4 of the machines, but this time I quit while I was ahead. All in all I have been leary of non Vegas venus, but I can say the experience at Winstar, was well worth the effort on it's own. Winning half a grand was just a bonus. The only complaint was I prefer to sleep at 68 and the thermostat would only go to 72. I will still go back!

The service was in every way incomparable. All of the staff was pleasant and considerate. The resort had a wide variety of restaraunts and the individual sections based on famous cities put the imagination to shame. Our room was very accommodating, although the temporary cleaning staff did not clean the apartment to the general impeccable detailing that they are removed for, but the management immediately resolved any issue we may have had, we spoke to the long term cleaning staff and the floor manager and everyone was just 100% incredibly pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I must say to any of you considering visiting, if you see any problems at all please bring them up to management as soon as possible. They are truly amazing and they just want you to have a great visit.

My husband and I love coming here. We get a room and spend ALL night playing slots. Its nice to be able to go back to your room periodically and then just come back down and keep playing. Matadors pizza here is just exceptional and we love love love the calzones!

Last visit we both left with more than we came with and that was including expenses. Great hotel, always clean.

Huge Casino, many slot machines, excellent buffet, higher than average chances of winning

Half the casino was closed this morning and employees were kind of rude about it.

I had fun. Didnt realize that it would be so smoky.

Had a great time playing the slots and just walking around. This place is huge so have your walking shoes on! Gonna check out a concert here for the first time ne t month so hopefully that will be another good experience at winstar. I haven't hit the jackpot yet but hopefully I will soon! Check out the hot dogs in the New York city section they are pretty good.

What a large casino. Great place for those who like to gamble.

Fun place to visit. The casino floor is large and decorated differently in each area according to different countries, it makes it interesting. There are numerous food options at many different price points. There are nice sit down restaurants, as well as fast food, deli and buffet choices. The staff is attentive and friendly and they keep the entire place clean at all times. Over all its a fun place to visit.

Always a great time! Would like to see more blackjack tables available. The buffet is a must

This Casino is huge. If you live in the Dallas FW area it's only an hour or so drive, way closer and cheaper than a Vegas trip. Also the buffet was one of the best. The buffet at the Luxor hotel, which we had gone to while in Vegas earlier this week failed to come close to the quality or variety of WinStar's buffet. Also, since Winstar is local, you get that Southern hospitality, every one smiling and willing to help you. I highly recommend a visit to this Casino

So far , so good. I've been gambling in California and in this one the winning chances are bigger.

First casino I've ever been to in my life and it was amazing I highly recommend trying your luck at the tables if you have the cash

Great casino with lots of slot machines and a bar(which is pretty nice) be warned there is smoking inside you also have Blackjack roulette and others, I gotta say it was a pretty cool experience and I will definitely be coming back and you see lots of security guards so it feels pretty safe as well. 10/10 Gambling Goodness.

GIANT casino. Lapping the casino a few times made my step count for the day. Lots of different kinds of food and beautiful decor. My only complaint is having to pay a service fee of 50 cents every hand that I was dealt.

Overall a fun place but they blocked off the two slot machines that we wanted to play because the same two people that were sitting on them the whole night decided to go eat dinner, nobody else could use them... ridiculous!

Best casino on the Tex-Okh border... win or lose. Timepass is for sure. Make sure to play in slot machines. Parking is easily available

Toby Kieth's I Love this bar and grill. Is an awesome place to unwind and have a couple relaxing cocktails with friends the staff is friendly and THEY treat you like family. The casino is loads of fun as well.

They don t appreciate patrons who play aggressively and more , correctly and enough by being stingy on comps and coupons and mailings! All the amount of money I throw in the slots and other games and only receive $10 /wk free play in the mail! I rarely go to choctaw and receive $40/wk free play in the mail! Shame on winstar! Ridiculous and cheap. I ll start going to choctaw more from now on!

The place was clean and very nice decor. How ever we were wanting to play craps at a table. After lots of walking we found 5 tables , only 1 was open and it was crowded 2 and 3 people deep. If you want to play slots they have thousands. We left Disapointed.

Machines have too many technical problems, which really stinks when you only have a limited time to spend there.

We always love the service and fun here, highly recommend!

Love going early in the morning. The place is not busy and very quiet besides the music. And love being able to play any game I want to. Plus love the free self serve drinks and coffee..yummie

Will be back. It's like a small City. Loved this place. No way you can see all of it in a day or two. So many different activities here. Gambling, eating, movies, shows and so much more. A must stop.

Cool themes in different sections of the casino. The hotel shuttle operated by the casino is Inconsistent. Restaurants were affordable and food was good. Helpful staff.

I was invited to stay at the resort over the past weekend. We drove from Texas (1hr30min) with our bags packed thinking we were gonna be on a nice vacation. When we made it to the hotel it was kids running in with floaties aired up and swim wear ready. Upon coming in they were checking temps (isn t that accurate) and providing masks but it was people every where the line to check in was 3 lines wrapped around the corner and down the hall. Social distancing wasn t being enforced to the point I just walked out and drove back home. Who wants to stay at a sold out hotel as if covid 19 isn t upon us. I fee like the hotel has a responsibility in ensuring they make the best choices to keep the transmitting number down of catching covid 19.

This place is huge. Lots of great people watching. Everyone who worked their was really nice. Came back with my pockets a little lighter though.

I did not go to the casino. I actually went to the hotel to use the restroom...LOL! Anyway, the staff was very friendly and provided gloves and masks to all casino and hotel visitors/patrons. They even took everyone's temperature as they entered. Winstar is one of the few places behaving as though there's an ongoing pandemic.

There is no comparison to Choctaw Casino. Winnstar could learn something as for how to treat guest. I guess they have grown to much to fast.

Worth going and staying the night for sure! Hotels rooms lovely, pool area is inviting and gambling choices for everyone.

Always a good time. Would really appreciate it if they had some lockers you could rent for jackets, purses, and winnings that ended up disappearing. There's something about 3am, 76 different brands of cigarette smoke, and the blaring noises that makes logical decisions die and $500 worth of wins somehow end up being lost.

Self percolaimed world's largest casino... Should be renamed weekends largest PARKING LOT! Jesus, what a walk! No shuttle, you're in for a trek, not to mention when you finally get to the casino, it's ginormous. Crappy ante and crappy maximums on table games, but it's a good time of you have a few coins

We really enjoy Winstar. It's close to home, has a large playing floor, some upper end shops, and very nice rooms.

Great place to hang out with friends and family have fun maybe win some money.

Not much on slots and that's about 97% of what they have. Plus there is no sports betting allowed in any casino in the state.

This place is huge. Went to see Charlie Wilson and he was amazing! He has so much energy and is extremely funny.

We didn't do much gambling. But was a fun time seeing the sights. The steakhouse was so good!

They have curbside pickup now. Don't just come to you curbside pick up your money so you don't even have to go in.

Nice casino. Decor and art were impressive. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because they allow smoking inside.

I am a little bit salty because I lost my money in the slot machines.. however, I always have a good experience here. It's a perfect weekend getaway or mid week getaway if you want to get a free room. Be ready to walk alot because this place is huge. Free soda and coffee for winners and losers like me.

food was available 24x7, There are refreshment corners every where for free! you don't get tired of playing.

OMG... THIS TRIP WAS EVEN MORE AWESOME THEN THE LAST ONE.(APRIL 2017). THE STAFF HERE IS SO FRIENDLY. CHECK IN WAS A BREEZE. THE ROOMS ARE HUGE AND QUITE. THE BEDS FEEL LIKE YOUR SLEEPING ON CLOUD 9. THE MAID SERVICE WAS PERFECT. THANK YOU WINSTAR STAFF.
