Kicked me out for being too drunk? I've never had that happen and this caught me completely by surprise. I was bugging absolutely nobody. I visit bars every other weekend. Never has this happened. I'm very disappointed.

Yummy

What I Ordered

What I Ordered
- Rattle Snake & Rabbit with Jalapeno Peppers and Spicy Peppers on top
- Groot Belgium Fries with Blue Cheese Walnut & Bacon and Pesto Mayo dipping sauces

I didn't even notice it was rattle snake and rabbit! It was soooo good!!! I don't think it was $8 good though... Too small :( Fries were a little too soggy and salty. Dipping sauces were just okay. Not sure if I'll be back. I can get more for my money elsewhere.

Meat and bun, simple, comforting. Sometimes you just need a good sausage and this is the place to go! You really can't go wrong with whatever sausage you go with. You need to get their belgian fries, they're pretty f**kin' good. Beer selection is on point. I normally go for the IPA's because you get more bang for your buck. The seating is mostly communal except for a few seats outside. If you have the room, you gotta try their ice cream sandwich. The combination of the apple pie ice cream and oatmeal raisin cookie is heavenly! I keep telling myself that I don't have a sweet tooth anymore but, I keep on hearing, "you gotta try this" and the ever popular, "let's split a dessert." And so now I've discovered this delectable sweet that I could see myself craving. It gets loud during the night time with it's club like ambiance. For that reason, I prefer having lunch there instead. For years I pronounce this place as, "Worst-Coochie." But recently a friend told me the correct pronunciation, which is, "Verst- CoocKa." Either way, it spells awesome.

It can be a bit loud and crowded, but it's worth it to enjoy some German beers and food with friends. I always bring out of town visitors here because it is so effortlessly cool and it really checks the box for HIP URBAN BEER GARDEN, a box that always needs to be checked for out of town guests. Get the Kolsch wheel if you have multiple guests or just two of you. Delicious.

Great food great German and Belgian beers. Enjoyed the selection. After a certain hour at night the dim the lights (like other restaurants) but I'd prefer more lighting. All in all, great place to grab a bite (variety of sausages and wieners to choose from), have a beer, and doodle (crayons and long drawing paper covers the communal tables) while chatting and eating.

The sausages we're 3 of the greatest things I've ever tried. Lamb, rattlesnake, and duck were the ones my friend and I chose to share and I was blown away by each in a different way. The beer was quite nice and had an interesting selection. Over all I highly recommend.

This place use to be on the top of my list while visiting the Arts District. It has now been trumped by a bunch of new pubs and breweries that have popped up. I still give this place 4 stars for the awesome selection of beers and the assortment of glasses and goblets they come in.

OMG this place is amazing. We came hungry and got three sausages (shared between two people), fries and beer and it was absolutely delicious! I live the way you can customize your order and the atmosphere is so cool. Loved the DJ and low lighting, I'll definitely be back!

If you come here you MUST try the Rattlesnake and Rabbit. Most likely their most sought after dish, it has a more pleasant taste than what you would assume. Combine that with a nice beer, belgian fries, and a ecentric atmosphere and you have found yourself a place to go when you get that late night hunger.

Parking might be a little bit hard to find if you are not wishing to pay, however there are public parking lots available for around 10 dollars.

This is a definitely a place you must try with friends.

All sorts of delicious sausage options, even some delicious vegan ones! The fries are amazing... My favorite dipping sauce would be the chipotle one. There is a bit of a wait time but overall it's worth it. Lots of beer options too!!

This place is quite decent. I visited it this past Saturday. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well as a bar. Parking is street parking, metered.
I heard they have a garage to park in the back but it's pretty limited space.

This is my FAVORITE Indian restaurant ever! The service is top notch, the food is delicately made, and Martin is one of the kindest people ever! In the Westwood/West LA area there are few places that have blown away my expectations and this place has truly done so. If you are looking to have a relaxing evening and enjoy delicious Indian cuisine, make sure you come here!!

Yum!

My friend recommended me this place because of their unique sausages. So I tried two different kinds. Rattlesnake and rabbit sausage, and pheasant with herbs. The rattlesnake and rabbit one was surprisingly good! Pheasant was fine, but I'd choose the other one. Better be patient a bit because the line is pretty long.

Great pub with awesome beers, bratwurst and sides. My friends and I ordered the classic bratwurst, duck and rattlesnake with pork. Wow these dogs/sausages are all gourmet. Filled with plenty of flavor. I loved the fatty duck. So rich and delicious. The rattlesnake was a little tough but also very good. The pub has a very dark setting, but there is also an outside are with heating as well. I'll definitely be back to try their other menu items and beer

I adore this place! They prepare great dishes, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that place is very trained, I love a lot trying all their food. The dishes are always fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the guests is efficient. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was unsatisfied. Highly recommended.

This place is all I need. Simple, well-made sausages are to be found here, as well as exotic sausages and some in betweenThere's a bar in the eating area if you're wanting more German beer, or if you're there for a drink with your friends.

It was a hike from the city center, but the food was worth it. I got the bratwurst and small fry, amazing! Tasted just like Germany. They have a great beer selection and tons of sauces to add to your meal. Definitely recommend the curry ketchup!

Great atmosphere and food!

Located in the arts district is this amazing little restauran. You walk in and are greated by happy employees, one will even let you sample beers in line. There are tons of different sausages you can get and they are all great.
The seating is great as well, there is usually a live DJ, and you can sit outside if you want. I would recommend this more for a nice lunch than dinner however.

This is my absolute favorite place. (The pictures don't do it justice, the lighting is a little dark!) The outdoor seating is really nice and quaint and the food is so good. The salmon belly burger is a must. The gnocchi and kale dish is also really good, (you can't go wrong with a butter sauce.) I think the desserts rotate, but the bread pudding was my favorite.

Wursktkuche has a great atmosphere once you get inside (finding the true entrance was a little tricky). They have a nice selection of beers to choose from and really unique meat choices for their sausage. The fries were really tasty. I also like how the dinning area is set up for private tables or more family / German style shared tables if you wanna make new friends. Prost!

I actually thought the fries and beer were the best part. The sausages and such were good but the truffles double dipped fries were amazing with all the special sauces. Be prepared sometimes for a huge weight... I'm not the biggest fan of long lines so just a heads up. I wouldn't wait in line to get the food when there's a lot of options in little tokyo to eat. Come at a good time and it's well worth it.

Very nice location, located in the downtown district area of Los Angeles. It really doesn't look from the outside how genuine it is on the inside. It's huge with plenty of space you could definitely host some type of party here. It has a unique feel. This is a restaurant that you must attend one day.

This place is diamond in the rough and I make a point to drop by each time I return to LA. I grew up in a suburb of LA, so I know the area pretty well. While there are pockets where you can find good restaurants, Los Angeles is so sprawling that you often need to travel miles on a freeway in between worthwhile eateries (unlike famous food cities like NYC and SF where you are always a walk away from a Zagat-rated resto). Well, all I have to say is that this gastropub restores my faith that LA will one day have a food scene comparable to that of SF.

As you've probably gathered from the other reviews, this place has an awesome selection of sausages and beers. You will not regret visiting. Your belly will be full of brews and bratwursts, and your soul will sing.

This place was so delicious! I had the beef classic burger and the beef was so juicy and tasty. We also shared the trio fries which had regular fries, sweet potato fries and zucchini/onion fries. ALL SO GOOD. I highly recommend getting the trio and sharing it. To top it off, we had a mint chocolate milkshake which was bomb. No complaints whatsoever.
The place was casual, clean, and nice. You order in front and take your number to a table where they bring the food to you.
