If you are looking for a property manager that only collects condo fees and completely ignores the members of the community, you should definitely hire Troy Painter and WPM Real Estate Management.
I live at 611 Park Ave. The maintenance team is great When I moved in they went above and beyond to help me. Also, the entire staff is always friendly and greets me with a smile and hello. The location, my apartment and building is great. I would definitely recommend 611 Park Ave.
Excellent management company that truly cares about its residents and employees!
Borderline Slum Lords. You would think spending almost 1500/month, they might fix/maintain property.... But they dont.
These are great apartments. I enjoy living in this building very much. The staff is always friendly and professional and the apartments are very nice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
I recently renovated my home and need a place to live during construction. WPM Real Estate Management worked with me to get me into a beautiful apartment quickly. The building was close to my home so I could keep tabs on construction easily. Everyone has been so helpful & friendly. It s made what is usually a very stressful event, pleasant. I will be returning to my home soon. I will miss some of the conveniences of apartment life. I have been truly spoiled.
Very nice apartments, happy to live here I moved here half-year ago and I enjoy living here so much that I don't want to move anywhere else. I love the beautiful view outside and sometimes I would walk around the community in the afternoon sun. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The Leasing Specialist is so nice and caring and she always asks me if I am happy living here. She wants to make sure that everyone living in this community loves their home and enjoys living here. We have plenty of parking spaces that are free of charge. Each unit also has front and back unit doors that are locked, this is rarely seen in other apartments and this makes me feel very safe living here. This community is also very nice, I always see children running around happily and cute dogs. The location of this apartment is also very nice, close to many large grocery stores. Love it here!
I have reached out to the person I was referred to concerning my security deposit. The manager at Fox Glen said she would contact the accounting person but I keep getting the run around. Its been over 2 months and I still don't have the rest of my money.
I have been part of the 101 Ellwood community (a complex managed by WPM) for almost three years and it has been a great experience. The complex is very safe and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I have never had problems in my apartment unit, and when I have requested maintenance for minor normal wear and tear matters (e.g., a light fixture), they immediately resolve it.
The community is very quiet. The pool is beautiful. It's a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The office staff are very helpful, courteous and professional, especially Dee. The maintenance staff is very responsive. If you decide to visit this community please mention Angela M.
I am so happy to be living in Fountainview. Apartments are newly renovated with washer & dryer in the unit. Easy parking, well maintained grounds, nice neighbors AND Eileen in the leasing office who is always there to assist.
WPM has resolved our issue in the fact that they allowed us an early termination of lease due to a cockroach infestation at one of their complexes, Butler Ridge. They assisted us in starting a new lease at another complex that is cockroach free. But the people they employ at Butler Ridge should be sincerely re-evaluated if WPM wants to keep their reputation... Managers Lajuan and Adelle have been negligent and rude to us every time we try to bring our concerns of the infestation to them. We were told expressly- "What more do you want from us?" after telling them we STILL had cockroaches after mentioning it for 6 MONTHS in a row with no actual resolution or serious extermination.
Worst management company I've ever dealt with as a tenant. They won't ever answer your calls -- only respond via email. They locked our FOBS two months before our stated end date. In general just completely incompetent/mouth-breathers.
RIVERSIDE APARTMENTS .1405 GARCIA CT,
ABERDEEN, MD 21001....I give the property 3 stars since i didn't move in. The grounds were perfectly manicured the appliances are fairly new depending on the Phase you move in (phase 1 or 2). However, as it pertains to the leasing agent P.J., she quoted me all the wrong information, wrong move in specials down to apartment availability hence the only reason I filled out the application. The property manager J.P is rude and it explains why his staff is sub par. They should also try hiring a better accountant.
I absolutely love living in this community. Everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend living here especially if you have children.
I live in Fountainview Apartments and its a wonderful place to live the grounds are beautiful and well kept...My apartment is very spacious with ample room for storage. Eileen in the rental office is very professional and helpful
I recently moved into one of their managed condo communities and I have had a hole in my ceiling for over a week due to the lack of gutter cleaning by management. There has been little to no communication unless initiated by me. It s been a week and nothing has been done and there is no time frame on when it will be complete. The office seems to be very unprofessional and lacks care or concern for the resident.
Meadow creek in westmonster has been the worst place I've ever rented manegement sucks
Our family is very happy with Fountainview Apartments. Our neighbors are all nice, quiet, and clean. Everyone will greet you with a smile. The children love playing in the huge courtyard and playground. There is plenty of shade and sitting areas, and it's very beautiful with all the mature trees and well kept grass. Our patio is very large, allowing us to keep a nice garden. We enjoy our large living space, and have found it to be exceptionally spacious and affordable for the area we live in. There are windows on two sides of the apartment, allowing plenty of natural light. The pantry is the largest we've ever had. The staff is so amazing. There has never been an issue they didn't immediately take care of and then follow up on. I would especially like to say how welcoming the management office was when we moved in, including a sweet gift on our move in date that included some amazing essentials. We wanted to purchase a new dishwasher for kosher reasons, and they offered to install it and maintain it during our lease for free. I was amazed with their consideration for maintenance in relation to Jewish holidays to be sure they never conflict, even when I may not have thought to ask. Eileen ****** has been very welcoming, helped us settle in, showed me where I can find my way around the Baltimore area, and helped me meet other tenants. She plays a major role in making Fountainview feel like a community. I could go on, but really just so happy with our decision to live here.
I've been a resident at Boston Crossings for a year. Quiet and clean community No insects or rodents.
Brandie and Yazel in the leasing office are great!! They always have addressed any issues I've had in a
timely matter and are always nice and respectful. Looking forward to many more years here
This was the best decision we could have ever made. The community is nice and quiet, we have an on-site gym that
my husband and I use daily. We simply love the staff, Jessica is so helpful and all the maintenance people are really
nice and helpful as well. The grounds are kept impeccable and anything we have needed has been handled.
Recently out of college and I found my perfect home away from home. Excellent fitness facility and pool area where you meet friendly faces. From retired to just starting their careers, everyone is pleasant and happy. The staff has the utmost respect for all their residents and are quick to help in any way they can. In terms of apartment, I don't know what I'd change. It comes with a huge kitchen with lots of storage, in unit washer and dryer, and spacious bedrooms. It's all brand new, kept well and you feel safe and cozy as soon as you enter the community driveway. Very happy to have found this place.
We have lived here at one of their properties since March 2018 and are truly looking forward to our years here at this property. We have lived for several different realtors over the past few years, and no property compares to Union Flats. The staff is wonderful and responsive, the property is gorgeous, the apartments are so spacious, and we love how pet-friendly they are. This is truly a great place to live, you will not regret it.
Simply the best. Everything you could possibly need and the most helpful staff that has ever existed. I have lived in numerous apartments and my two years at 520 Park were my favorite. I wouldn't be leaving if it wasn't for a new adventure taking me to Miami. The location is great, especially with the marketplace and Ceremony Coffee on the first floor. Parking is easy. You can purchase a spot or I actually got by with street parking for two years and never needed a permit, so if you can't scrap the extra money for a spot, it is probably one of the few places in the city that street parking is doable.
PET Friendly.. this place even has a dog washing station and poop bags hanging as you walk out the door... I haven't had to buy poop bags now for two years!! It really is the little things. And CLEAN, CLEAN CLEAN.. When i walked through the building's front door after a long day of work, I would take a deep breath and think to myself how clean and fresh the building feels/smells.
The WPM staff make themselves easily accessible for you with whatever you need. They put COMMUNITY as a top priority, for everything, in terms of safety and to the many free social gatherings they host. They even held a CPR certification training for residents for free!
Before I moved to 520 Park, I searched so many apartments, and while this location was at the tippy-top of my budget, I realized that what you get for the price is unmatched. As I look back, I wouldn't choose to live anywhere else and I'm truly going to miss it here.
I own a condo in English Country Manor II in Bel Air. A woman named Banoo is in charge of our condos, and she is very rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. There is mold on the siding outside of my condo. For the last three years, I have contacted Banoo, advising her of this and requesting that she schedule powerwashing company to remove it. The first year, she said she'd have to get approval from the board. When I didn't receive any follow up, I emailed her again, and she didn't respond. The following spring, I emailed her again about the mold, and she didn't respond at all. This year, she scheduled a painting company to, according to her email, clean the building in preparation for painting. I was home and watched them power wash and they completely skipped over the mold! I emailed Banoo, and she responded that the mold would be painted over, and she would ask them about it. I responded that the mold was on the siding, and was sure that they wouldn't be painting the siding, but that they needed to come back and power wash the mold off. No response. I emailed again today asking for a follow up, and haven't received any response. They power washed the mold off the front and side of the building, but not the back which is just unacceptable. Many of my neighbors have similar complaints about Banoo and WPM since she works for them. Banoo has frequently complained to me and my neighbors that this isn't her only property, that she has many other properties to manage.
***Update to review: still no response from Banoo! Left detailed voicemail yesterday for her boss Barry Yatovic but never received return call. This company is the worst! Their website presents a completely different picture than what the reality is. Pics show the issues I'm trying to get addressed. Also mold/mildew on siding. This is basic building maintenance that has been neglected!
Living at 101 S Ellwood is great I love how beautiful the property is, how they have a parking garage, and how close it is to everything The staff are super friendly and the neighbors are as well I especially love the fact that this building is pet friendly!
I've been here for about 3 months, and I could not be happier! I love the loft layout. Lauren (Leasing Specialist) is super accommodating and kind. I haven't meet everyone in the complex, but everyone I have met so far has been very nice as well. It's a nice little gem that's kind of tucked away, but still close to EVERYTHING! I work at JHU and it only takes me about 7 minutes to get to work. I'm really looking forward to the summer because everyone tells me that the pool is the place to be. Last but not least, Harrison (the maintenance guy) is the man. He is always a pleasure to speak with and is very responsive to any needs you may have. All in all... very happy here!
WP&M has been my management company for nearly 10 years. In that time I have had quick, almost immediate responses to my maintenance requests. Management at my apartment complex has been extraordinarily professional, respectful, and helpful. Most important to me is the fact that it's safe and excellent for raising children in. When my wife and I decided to start a family a few years ago, the safety of the neighborhood played a major role in our decision. We honestly couldn't think of a safer place to raise our child, which is what we appreciate most about living here.
The property I live at really has a community feel, neighbors generally look out for each other. It's quiet and peaceful here; most residents are working professionals or retirees who want it to stay that way. Thankfully, there isn't any drama or bad behavior from the residents. Also, shopping is close by and so is access to highways 83 and 695. This isn't the first apartment I've lived, in but with all the positive experiences I've had here I wouldn't move my family anywhere else.
Couldn t be happier Great apartments. Staff is courteous and timely with any requests. Love the courtyard!
Worst property management company out there... Total disregard for quality service and tenant satisfaction. I'm surprised they still have clients.
I have been working with them in the new apartment complex where I live. The staff is amazing and always go above and beyond for you. The property is clean and safe. Couldn't be happier.
Coming from New York City, I find living in Fountainview (a WPM facility) to be a breath of fresh air. The buildings and grounds are well-maintained, clean, inviting, and very usable, especially for a family with small children. I have found the maintenance workers to be incredibly responsive and helpful, as well as the office staff. Eileen Berman, the leasing specialist who works onsite, is a great resource for residents, and her care for the Fountainview community is evident. Unlike my past residences, parking at Fountainview is always available, and very convenient to my apartment. I would recommend Fountainview to anyone looking for a pleasant, welcoming, and safe place to live in the Upper Park Heights area.
At the heart of historic Mt. Vernon, I currently reside in their property called The Severn. Not only is the staff very responsive, friendly and has helped me a lot since I moved, but it has all the amenities you need. I enjoyed the pool in the summer, I like the security of a fob system, laundry, and I've never had any issues with mail or packages. I just signed my lease for another year. I definitely love all the charm that this building has to offer and I'm looking forward to my time spent here.
I agree with the other reviewer 100%. The level of unprofessionalism is UNCANNY! Troy is nonresponsive and mildly rude on most occasions. I've left voicemail for him and Heather with no response. I've been trying to have a teee with huge falling limbs on a weekly basis be addressed by WPM as the HOA of this property with zero results. I've taken pics of 6 foot limbs falling feet from my car and have been 100% ignored. Called the main number to speak to their supervisor. Got her voicemail, left a detailed message. It's been 3 weeks with no return call. At this point I need to contact my state officials
..there has to be something done about this.
This is a brand new apartment complex that is very near to the Carlisle pike. It has great amenities like the clubhouse, pool, gym etc. The staff here is the best. The only issue i have is with the building construction. You can hear neighbors walking easily. Apart from that, it is a nice place to go to.
When you rent the townhomes in Gray Haven you are promised two parking spots in back of your home. My husband and I find it so much easier to park there instead of on the street. For going on 4 weeks I have been contacting the office and telling them that one of the neighbors who own a private home across the alley from us, have not only been parking in our spot but in our other Gray Haven neighbors spots also. They park multiple vehicles out there. Each time I call the office I am told it will be taken care of that day. Taking care of it means they put a notice on their front door that says if they continue to park there they will be towed. They still have not done this. It is beyond me why they will not do anything to help. My neighbors have said they also complained and nothing happened, even though the office said they would take care of it that day. If you go to rent from them and they tell you about the wonderful parking -don't believe it!
Apartment is very nice and neighbors are quiet and courteous. The reason for the 1 star review has everything to do with the management. They are extremely difficult to work with (as a tenant and as having them manage a condo for you), quite unresponsive when it doesn't fancy them, and very unwilling to work with you. The tenants they like are ones who seemingly rent an apartment and then move out for a year.
Their reviews on their own website is slightly deceptive as they will only post the reviews they like.
Please take every precaution necessary if you are even contemplating renting with WPM Management still running the place.
Me and my family just moved into gray haven town homes they are great, really clean, queit and over all a nice neighborhood. I would definitively recommend
I live in Boston Crossing. I really love the area, my neighbors are respectful, for the most part, and its not overly expensive. I may have to consider moving into another property, simply because I am not making enough, would like to know if WPM has any other properties that work with lower income individuals?
I have lived at Union Flats in Harrisburg, Pa for a little over three months now. I am very happy with my decision to move here. The buildings are secure, there is very little foot traffic through the building, and even if there was, I wouldn't hear it because the walls are very thick. The apartment is well made and the kitchen is my favorite. The countertops offer a lot of space and make it a joy to cook. I would really recommend checking out this apartment for your next choice, and if you decide to come, you will not be disappointed.
I love this 611 Park Ave apartment community because the staff is very attentive and they care about the residents. The building is clean and the neighborhood is lovingly. It feels like a real family oriented community. Love thelocation
Not happy with the way things are being run in our community. By the way condo fees go up every year regardless whether or not things need to be done.
The leasing team was a great help with answering questions and coordinating our move in. Any maintenance issue we have experienced has been resolved quickly and professionally.
Even though we are going through a pandemic the staff at Glenmoor Oaks has found ways to keep the community connected in unique ways. Everyone we have encountered has been warm and welcoming.
They have been mis handling the water bill and im having this investigated. 150 and up water bills..somebody is scamming
This Brand new apartment complex is a great place for living in greater Harrisburg area which is closer to shopping, work places, schools and major high ways. This complex has very good amenities such as clubhouse, Business center (available 24X7), salt water swimming pool, well equipped fitness center and fire pit. This place just makes you feel like staying in a luxurious vacation homes. Staff is very nice and very attentive and easily approachable in terms of leasing and repairs. This complex has plenty parking spots available which will be helpful when guests try to park their cars.
Hi All,
I live in park place community in owings mills and managed by WPM real estate management group...its a large community with so many houses mostly built 5 years ago but does not have minimum facilities like play area for kids. HOA association charges $101 per month here which is very high compared to other communities around and didn't even bother to provide any small enhancement from last 5 years.
Customer service is also so bad...when we try to reach out to folks in WPM office on phone it always goes to voice mail.
The Union Flats apartments are beautiful, the location is perfect, the amenities are amazing but above all the staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I ve lived in a number of apartment communities and I have never felt more comfortable than I do here. I truly feel like I moved home, not just another apartment. Thank you Steph for all that you do!
Their property at Union Flats is nothing short of amazing. This is hands down the best apartment complex in the area. We could not even begin to imagine living anywhere else, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful, friendly spot to live. Not to mention, I don't think you'll find a better staff anywhere else!
The Glenmoor Oaks community has been awesome!! The ladies in the leasing office remember our names and say hello whenever we see them in passing. This makes me feel like I am home. The apartments are gorgeous and my most favorite place is my balcony!!
The staff is super friendly and quick in responding to your maintenance requests.
The ambience of the apartment makes you feel home which you look forward to to get back at the end of a long day.
Last but not the least, the location of the apartment is particularly great for Homewood students as it located right across the East gate of the Homewood campus.
It is a two minute walk to the St.Paul s street which is a great place to check out, especially for food lovers.
I forgot to mention about the Barnes and Nobles bus stop, which is just a minute away, from which you can get all possible bus routes that take you to the different parts of the city like JHMI campus, Fells Point, Penn station, Downtown, etc.
Totally worth the price!
I really love it living here. The staff is friendly and so are my neighbors. Every time I call the rental office with and concern Dee makes sure that it is assigned and fixed right away. I made a good choice moving here
Polite, courteous, and accommodating staff. I m unsure how they re so adept at memorizing names. Moving is much easier than expected.
Five Stars! Union Flats is the nicest apartment complex in the area. The facilities and staff are top-notch. Stephanie and Maria are very warm and friendly and go out of their way to help. The maintenance crew (Cameron and Charlie) and groundskeepers do a wonderful job. I've had every request for help answered the same day. Also, since the place is very new, everything is already in great condition. I looked extensively for apartments before choosing Union Flats. Once I saw it, I knew I'd found my home. I've never heard my neighbors from inside my place. And, every resident I've met has been very friendly. Blake W.
This complex is great, i have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. The staff is vary helpful and resourceful, the neighbors are friendly the management of the property is vary family oriented. They bring together the community like a big family with cook outs, scavenger hunts. I am so glad i decided to start my life with this community an watch it grow grow more everyday
Well the apartment im in at dunlea apartments are amazing just wish you guys could help us while were having trouble trying to pay rent due to the pandemic from being laid off from work instead going oh well just send whatever you can and then go well when this is over were going to due file for evictions anyway that is wrong in so many ways
I've been living at The Charles Apartment for 6 months. The rooms are spacious and my apartment wooden floors which is a plus. The apartment is right across the Johns Hopkins Homewood campus.
Pro:
So close to the Johns Hopkins University home wood campus. You literally cross the road and you are on campus.
Management is friendly and courteous.
Maintenance staff are friendly.
Location feels safe and campus patrol is within the vicinity.
Convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies are within walking distance (Honeygrow, Chipotle, CVS, MedStar Hospital..)
The location is accessible to the Collegetown shuttle, free Charm City bus and MTA buses.
Cons:
Maintenance issues sometimes take longer than 24 hrs to get fixed
Not very suitable for families with young children since the building is in close proximity to roads
No parking garage, swimming pool or gym
Overall, The Charles is a great apartment and the management is awesome!
There is crack cocaine being sold on the premises, the property manager Lisa Dawkins has repeatedly lied about having the premises investigated, money is being taken illegally from some of the disabled residents, false reports are being filed, employees of the property are having sex with some of the disabled residents for money, and people are currently living with residents illegally but the property manager Lisa Dawkins has repeatedly lied about and ignored this on several occasions. She is the worst property manager and has a vendetta against my mother Cynthia Bush who has been one of the best residents for 9 years and has over 30 letters from in-house residents to prove it.
My girlfriend and I moved into 1111 Light Street a few months ago and couldn't be happier This is our first apartment and we really enjoy the place. The staff has been excellent as well, responding to emails quickly and having great face-to-face interaction. As we are new to the area, Brad and Metrea did a great job recommending places for a night out or a good breakfast. The apartment itself has proved to be very comfortable, the design is modern, simple, and laid out well. The entire grounds along with the fitness center, rooftop terrace, and outdoor yard are very well kept. No doubt this was the best choice in Federal Hill
Just wanted to say Thank You for operating such a great and awesome Management Team at Union Flats Mechanicsburg! Here is my review of your property.... I moved into Union Flats with my girlfriend, and our cat, rats, and guinea pigs at the end of May 2018. The apartments, facilities, and amenities are all top notch. It is so refreshing to have a pool, workout area, and a common place to utilize during the week and weekends. The ascetics inside and outside the apartments are awesome and functional. In addition, pets certainly are made to feel comfortable and welcome as well. It certainly feels as though all people in this community enjoy talking, sharing life stories, and feeling at home at the end of a long work day or week.
I love living in this quiet, family oriented area. The town homes are super cute even though they are smaller than my family is used to. It doesn't feel too cramped for us and we love it here Initially, I loved these homes when I saw the rental rate and they had really great reviews, which is rare unless you can afford to spend a lot on rent monthly. When I finally came to visit, I knew this would be my home and so far I haven't been disappointed.
I have been living here for a little over a month. I have a one bedroom and I find that it is perfect for my needs. For a one bedroom apartment there is ample storage, and the walk in closet is huge. The location of Union Flats is convenient to all of life's needs but is located far enough away from the main road so that you don't hear the traffic. The fitness center is open all of the time and I'm able to access whenever I like. The staff is wonderful. They will assist you in finding an apartment that you love.
WPM is an extremely poor management company. For six months, I was charged for work not done on my condo. WPM erroneously paid for the work then charged me for it and continued to send collection letters after I wrote, called and emailed them about their mistake.
WPM does not send me the community newsletter or give me access to my community website. Prior to this year, I was able to access both with no trouble. Do you think WPM has tried to address my issues? No! Without any proof, contact with me, or trouble shooting the issue, they declared it my computer s problem. They have washed their hands of it.
Poor, poor management. I hope to persuade my community association to let them go!!
Working in property management makes me a stickler for things that the average eye cannot pickup on. Jessica has been nothing short of amazing. Whenever I have an issue, which is seldom... she
gets back to me as soon as possible with a concrete answer. She wastes no time with ensuring my home is in tip top shape and treats it like her own. I know I may drive her crazy, but she nevergives off an attitude or frustration with all she has going on. The maintenance team is GREAT also. They are clean, concise and get it done. I could go on and on and rave about Jessica and her wonderful maintenance team. I enjoy my stay here and my home is so pretty and comfortable.
Unresponsive, unprofessional, and uncommunicative management company. I have been waiting for three months for must-sign legal paperwork from them. Separately, it took me four months to receive and sign my lease renewal, which occurred two months AFTER my lease was supposed to begin (lived two months without legal paperwork/coverage). This wasn't for lack of trying.
Don't bother trying to work with Tamika at 611 Park or The Severn...unless WPM is in a position to take your money. Never slow to cash a check!
Worst management EVER. They manage my condo association. I came home from work tonight at 6pm to a LETTER taped to my door that they were doing spray foam insulation at 8 am TOMORROW morning and I have to be out for 24 hours. Really?!? 12 hours notice was all you could manage? Absolutely ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. Now I have to find a last minute hotel and a last minute place for my dog to go.
WPM Property Management is a top-notch real estate management company, they manage Butler Ridge Apartments, one word to totally describe WPM and Butler Ridge Apartments is EXCELLENT! They know how to make the residents feel like they matter, and their prices are very reasonable. I looked elsewhere, and I am so grateful to be at Butler Ridge Apartments!

I moved to 101 Ellwood in June 2018 from Florida in order to start a new job. I didn't have time to come up to Baltimore to look at places before signing a lease, so I contacted Carolyn in the main office and she was nothing short of FANTASTIC. We talked about all of the different unit types that would be available around my desired move-in date, she even gave me a FaceTime tour of the building and my now-apartment The community is so fantastic, I've made a bunch of friends in my short few months here, the gym is incredible, the parking garage is a godsend and it will be even more so when winter arrives . We are just steps from Patterson Park, and walking distance to Canton Square. For me, it's SUPER convenient because it's so close to I-895. Oh, and let me tell you about the apartment itself. I'm in a unit with nearly floor to ceiling windows and an amazing view of the surrounding neighborhood. There's so much natural light, my electric bill is a fraction of what I was paying for less space in my old home. I love that it's a LEED certified building, and so does my wallet. Kenny is amazing, too My first day I had a bed and boxspring delivered from Amazon, and he helped me move it up to my loft--he really went above and beyond then and he does every day for all of the residents. I can say without a doubt that it's the best apartment I've ever lived in, and I'd 100 recommend it without hesitation.
I rented an apartment from this management company a couple years ago and it came to a point in my life where I could not afford to pay the rent so of course they started the eviction process showed up in court and I talked to their representative and told him that I understand the money and move to another apartment as soon as I could I'm here informed me that all is well and I can leave so I left a couple months ago I get a bill for over four thousand dollars they say which is ridiculous because they had my security deposit deposits to remove whatever I left in the apartment out and to paint the apartment which was $825 so I'm trying to bill me for $4,000 they lost a bag online I'm not paying
I live in the Croftom Mews condo complex and its a total joke. Trash times are completely erratic, I received a "final warning" immediately after moving in for silly issues I was never told of and my neighbor is a rude and grumpy old man who never knew i was living here until he complained about my dog barking for 5 minutes. Which i am sure i will get a notice from the association for. I own this townhouse and I cannot wait to sell it already.
We liked this community very much. Nice apartments with friendly management and staff. Very responsive maintenance team.
I ve has a great experience dealing with them at the 101.Ellwood Apartments. Very professional.
I've been living at The Charles since Fall 2018 and I have never encountered any big issue. It s a Great location for Johns Hopkins Homewood campus students. There is always a security guard on duty during the night. Packages are never lost stolen, there's free coffee downstairs, pet-friendly, and nice maintenance staff. I extended my lease for a bit longer and I plan on staying here till I graduate from Hopkins.
Currently renting at Rosedale Gardens STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN! This place is ridden with mice. From the day I moved in I had mice in my apartment who inhabited the place before I did. Despite how clean I have kept the place they do not go away and could not be caught. Mice in the bed rooms, kitchen counters and stove top. Absolutely disgusting. My children are afraid to stay here as we have seen too many mice run threw the house while we are awake and active! They own the place! Despite reaching out to the leasing office and having the exterminator here weekly, nothing has changed. The leasing office refused to accommodate my family by allowing us to transfer to another community. I also reached out to the corporate office and they did not help me. This place does NOT feel like home for me or my children. But more like a ratty motel that we are forced to live in. I wish I would have done better research before signing a lease with this place. There are so many reviews about PESTS! The hallways are left full of trash as well as the outside grounds which doesn t help the problem. Dumpsters are always overflowing .The neighbors are loud and smells from their apartment seeps into yours . I have strongly considered breaking my lease. Maintenance does not respond to requests, as I have been calling about an oversized toilet lid that falls over when you flush for months (hazardous to my children). I WILL NEVER LIVE AT ANOTHER WPM PROPERTY AGAIN, nor do I recommend it to anyone who wants to live with some decency. This place is not somewhere you can call home. STAY AWAY! Stay away!! GET OUT!!!
Two separate experiences with places managed by WPM. They were dropped by the building I lived in for another management company. Probably because things at the apartment building were headed south. Nothing got fixed right away, you can check my review of 2 East Wells if you want more details.
Just moved into a condo whose condo association has WPM manage the condos. We've had nothing but bad luck with them. We are having issues at the condo that requires assistance from WPM and they aren't returning emails, voicemails, and the only people we get ahold of transfer us to a voicemail that never gets returned. I wouldn't recommend living at a place they manage.
I love my neighborhood and my apartment is nice and cozy. They help with any questions or concerns immedialtly. The staff is amazing. Hamilton Park is one of WPM best properties.
Amazing Rental Experience
It's wonderful, the rent is very affordable and you get more than what you re paying for. The three bedroom unit I live in is spacious and offers plenty of room to entertain my friends and family and the amenities included are wonderful. The staff that works for the property are kind and very attentive to your needs or concerns. The up-keep on the property is A plus. The maintenance team is absolutely outstanding and quality of work and response time are suburb I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a nice 2 or 3 bedroom home that wants to live in quiet neighborhood and believes customer service is as important as I do.
I am writing this review fist and foremost as an apology to the staff of WPM . I wrote my prevuous review in error, thinking you were WPD (a horrible property management company located in Chicago). I am deeply sorry for this mistake, but I must acknowledge the professionalism, thoughtfulness and urgency that was used in responding to me. This seems like a great company (wished you manged my property), and I again apologize for any inconvenience or bad light that this may have caused, hopefully this review makes up for that.
I have to say that this is the most frustrating Company to work with, or should I say Troy is the most frustrating person to work with. Unprofessional, non-responsive, not helpful in the least!! These companies are hired to make thing easier for communities and he makes it anything but easy. Better to take your business and run, not walk, but RUN to another company. Owners of WPM should take a real hard look on how someone like this reflects on their business. Let me tell you, it is NOT good.
The property manager Laura is very efficient with excellent communication. The price is great for the area!
I have been living in Union Flats in Mechanicsburg for 2 months now and have loved this property. The apartments are luxury, brand-new, and beyond comfortable. The level of security offered is wonderful. The gym is very clean with all brand new equipment. But beyond all of the material reasons to love the place, the people that work in the office and maintenance are wonderful. Kind, accommodating, and quick to action. I would highly recommend anyone to living in this facility.
Wpm management Tasha would not approve me because I was $20 off in my income requirement. They promised me would only take three days to get back to me and they took 2 weeks almost 3 weeks to get back to me with their decision I had to keep calling and calling and calling. I was told by the secretary who answers the phone to go ahead and apply and I would probably be approved not to worry about the income requirement. So I wasted $25 why would I do that accept a follow their lead. I don't appreciate how I was treated and I think it's very unprofessional how they do business.
I live at the meadow creek apartment complex in Westminster. I've been there for over a year now. My favorite part about the property is the outside surroundings. It's very nice and clean. Great place for kids and pets
My favorite things about living at The Riverside Apartments:
Child friendly pool, walking trails, playgrounds, the open floor plan of the apartment the nice ladies in the office and efficient maintenance team as well!
I have no idea how they run their business, however someone driving a truck with their name and logo on it Marked # 23 Just ran me off the road. If you re going to advertise your business while driving, don t be a D on the roads.
Union flats apartment complex is brand new with all their appliances uptodate. It has many amenities such as pool, gym, business center and much more. The area is safe and its not that far from grocery stores and shopping centers.
Union flats is hands down the best apartment complex near the Harrisburg area, I have been very happy there since I moved in.
I'm a unit owner in a condominium WPM manages. The condo fees are above average and the service is below average.
When repairs need to be done to common areas, they do not seem to look for competitive providers. Everything takes twice as long as the estimate we're given even though the financial statements show that we're paying a premium.
When improvements are done, they don't have a designer. Our "upgraded" hallways consist of grey tiles, grey carpets, and pale green doors.
For common services like key fobs, parking passes, booking the elevator, etc you have to call the receptionist. Roll the dice on whether she picks up. Leave a message. Rolls the dice again on whether she returns your call.
Resident managers often treat requests as a personal inconvenience rather than a customer service opportunity.
If I were involved in the decision making process, we would have another property management company. I mailed in my application in to run for the board. I called in a couple weeks before the election to check if they had it. Of course it went to voicemail and they didn't return my call. When they finally told me they didn't have it (they lost it) it was too late. Better luck in a couple years.
I'm relieved to be leaving the condo. Find another company.
I have to tell you besides the receptionist at the corporate office in Owings Mills, this company has been pleasant. I absolutely enjoyed being a resident of Butler Ridge apartment homes in Reisterstown Maryland. Never had too many issues besides the fact that the floors were super thin. The corporate office is super helpful for the most part, the receptionist is horribly rude and has a really nasty attitude though, Almost every time I visited this location or have called in and spoken with the receptionist, I ve had to deal with someone who comes off as not liking their job. But as for Diane and a few others I ve encountered, they ve always been helpful.
Union Flats Apartments in Mechanicsburg PA. is a great apartment community and I have had a positive experience. All brand new buildings with great amenities and responsive staff. Would definitely recommend them in the Mechanicsburg area.
Seeing how management at Union Flats cares for the property and its tenants, they clearing take pride in their work. Starting with the initial tour, through the application process, to well beyond moving in, management has been nothing but enthusiastic and helpful. I haven't lived in such a great place before and I doubt I'll find such a place in the future
