Our 3rd Booking to Swandor Hotel
On our first arrival, we came from England as two families at 2 in the morning.
They were given the old uncleaned rooms and they showed 4 rooms in 2 hours and they all had the same problem and the next day they fixed their bugs and everything went perfectly. We gave 10 out of 10 as two families.
The meals were in the setting of a 5-star hotel.They offered all world cuisines as an option A la carte restaurant was beautiful (fish restaurant)

From our first experience, we guided hundreds of people for this hotel.
Our second reservation was canceled due to Thomas cook bankruptcy. We had to go to another hotel.
Our third income is between August 3 and August 13, 2020
We directed my brother and his family to this hotel for their holidays.
With the first Swandor we came to, we now give 1 out of 10 hotels very differently.
The staff are unaware of each other, they do not have a team spirit, this is due to the hotel not keeping its old staff.
We were placed in our room without a problem
The measures taken are very good (I called the hotel before coming to the hotel and we made the reservation after telling that the certificate was obtained especially that the 60% occupancy rate would not be exceeded.
BUT, they filled the hotel to full capacity on our 3rd day, I complained about it, but they defended themselves because the state allowed it from the customer services section.
3 times, others stole our sun beds with our towels, we were forced to sit down and discuss with others. We fought with the people because the hotel was completely focused on making money and ignored the health of the people and filled the hotel without complying with the certificate they received.
Meals are the same every day, like 3-star hotel meals, classic lunch chicken doner meatballs, fish and a few juicy dishes, minced meat, doner kofte a few types of juicy dishes (not related to the world cuisine as we first came and later when I learned, the restaurant manager and manager changed the prune)
There is nothing to do with taking out food with the pandemic, because if they cause the pandemic, they cannot make those meals.
We complained that our room was noisy, they said okay, let's change it, it lasted 3 days because it was not written at the reception ....
Yesim Hanim called and said, let's give you a la carte food for free, your mind will change.
Italian a la carte is a complete fiasco
A menu that was not related to Italian dishes prepared in two hours (the main course made as steak and fish option) was Italian ravioli, the only Italian ravioli with cream pesto sauce as an intermediate hot.
Even the person responsible for all the restaurants and bars was there, and instead of solving the problems, he left quickly, leaving the staff with problems unfortunately.
People left without eating and waiting
We wanted a cake for our daughter as the main course she vomited at night.
We went to the Al a carte fish restaurant
We learned that there is no such a la carte fish restaurant, it is a normal open buffet snack bar. Is it that we can bring it to you, he said don't bother but how can I order food without a menu?
Employees are under pressure and are doing their best by working long hours, and I find there are those who fully organize the water. I have tried to motivate the staff who serve us (including the cleaners of the floors, working in all departments, by giving them type as much as I can, because the people who serve you are ineligible especially in this hot and pandemic period)
There is neither a deficiency nor an exaggeration in what I have written, and I do not expect anything in return and I have shared these problems with customer services, but the employees can do something up to a point, but if the management does not do anything about it, it will go worse Swandor.
1 out of every ten people complain, 9 people go elsewhere without telling.
