Its really cool seeing the fish and the foods great
This father beautiful animals but very expensive games should not charge for games because the tickets are not cheap at all
Great day at the Zoo with the family. Only thing is bring in cash if you want to eat inside the zoo because the restaurants only accept cash. So you don't have to pay for the atm fee
Great place to bring the kiddos. Very cool to see a lot of animals in close.
We loved it we surprised the kids with a trip. The staff was super friendly, the place was clean, and the animals where very well taken care of. We loved all the baby animals everywhere.
Love this place! Great selection of animals and educational information.
Very nice place with lots to see. Only negative was high admission fee ($40 adults)
Great Zoo! So many animals. Favorite zoo of Arizona!
I love this place. The safari ride makes the entire day worthwhile!
It is a great place to take your children and there are several shows to attend. My favorite is the Lory feeding. Look on your map for show times. It is also a great place for adults too.
I would highly suggest the Safari Train and the Safari Tram. Worth the extra cost!
Great location, super care of animals, just the Bear needs water to play in/with.
It's a lot of fun! The long walk around is nice and lots of places to rest and catch up. Lots of awesome birds too!
This zoo is amazing and unique. You have to experience it for yourself. Give yourself the whole day since it's soooo big, make sure you bring hats and sunscreen!
Great place for a good walk animals were just recovering from lunch. Plus they have good cafes for burgers and fries
Absolutly amazing! So many animals and it was a fun date for my boyfriend and I!
An amazing place to see animals of the world. We come here every time we visit Arizona! Fun for the whole family.
Our family loves this zoo. Check Groupon and Living Social for discounts. Make sure you stop by and feed the giraffe. Check times and plan your day for other feedings and shows. Top your visit off with dinner at Dillon's. You can fine with the sharks, eat at the bar with the alligators or out on the patio with the flamingos. Stop by the petting zoo to pet a deer. It's hard to see and do everything in just one day!
Better than we could have hoped for. This place is huge. We spent just over 6 hours here and still didn't see everything. There were so many different things to see and do. There were no shortage of animals. Definitely worth the price! I would say the only con is the entire place is dirt. Lots of dust, so just be prepared. Check Groupon for deals!
Lots of birds and Safari animals. Plus, plenty of fun rides for the family.
Fully impressed with animals, staff, grounds. This is a private zoo, owned by one couple, yet it competes it my mind with San Diego Zoo and the big-money zoos. Well done. I will be back.
Nice place but entry fee is too high and rides should be less. Disneyland is actually less for the day
The animals were great feeding the Giraffes very fun. We did not do any of the rides or food. Each ride is minimum $6 and cash only.
Havent been here since i was 10, it waa fum going back. You purchase cheaper tickets on the groupon app. Entrance isnt free on your birth month. You cam bring your own food in. Oh, save your money and go to petsmart and try to.find the pellets that they use to feed the amimals.
I thought it was a little pricey but we were there for about 9 hours.
This is an awesome zoo. Tons of animals and they were all out and visible.
A wonderful zoo. Well worth your money. I love feeding the giraffes
Awesome. Has expanded a lot since the last time I was there. Lots to do. Wear comfortable shoes
Their prices are a bit steep...but reason behind the zoo and why the owner started it, is an amazing story.
Just the right size of a zoo for Seniors and kids. Has most of the attractions that most zoos have. Shaded walkways. Several food establishments for different preferences. Not cheap, but well worth the money for an entertaining day.
A pretty great zoo but the average price of 200$ for a group of four is way too much in my opinion
I came to the zoo with my family today we were on vacation as we often do in AZ so we have been to several other attractions with the family (Zoo, Butterfly World, Sea Life) so we were excited to check this place out. It was disappointing from the moment we saw the small old signs getting us there to the moment we stepped inside to pay for the over priced tickets and saw the dated decor and dusty gift shop.
But lots of great birds and monkeys over and over again, then my second concern was where are the zoo keepers, lots of people but little safety for the animals from people and kids. Also noticed that there were very few duplicate animals that are larger and must be more expensive to keep. 1 lion, 1 panther , 1 rhino etc.. these animals need a mate or heard as they often get depressed and lonely. Also people were messy and slobs just throwing there trash around really it's a zoo people use the trash can so you don't hurt the animals. Over all would never visit or recommend this place again, I just left feeling sad for the animals and $120 less!
Great family place. So huge. You can spread out and not have to worry about social distancing outside. So many great choices for the whole family to be entertained. Beautiful wildlife.
Great place for family and fun to see animals you can feed some of the animals also! It was fun me and my family had a great time.
This place is huge once inside, from the outside it looks very small. We spent the whole day and didn't see one last section.
We enjoyed the WWZoo . We are safe there, as are the Animals. It was a great experience. Plenty of animals, birds and the Aquarium was awesome.
Food is very good surrounded by zoo with
Flamingos and several animals to view recommend sitting on their patio.
To much to see! Non stop fun! Food every where and drinks are not flat and watered down! Worth every penny!
Lots of animals to see but be warned it is pricey on food and its cash only but other than that had a fun time there
Most amazing zoo I have ever been to. My 2 year old daughter loved it & so did I. They have ever species of animal you could ever imagine.
Was good. Thought the admission was too high considering you have to pay for all the rides.
This place is way bigger than I anticipated, and had much more to do and see than I anticipated. They've got some animals that most zoos don't have (or at least not on display). I like the open islands all around the park -- I could watch the spider monkeys and lemurs for hours. I appreciated that most of the animal babies were out on display with their parents instead of inside their nighthouses. The tram was a great value, and gets you very close to some of the animals along with some knowledge that they can share since they work there and know the animals' histories. Skyride gets a nice different view, and gives your feet a break.
Cash only for rides is unfortunate, but I understand they don't want to make their infrastructure more complex. I just wish they would have punchcards or tickets for rides for sale at the entrance so they can be paid with a card along with the admission fees.
Came on what I hear was a rare crowded day. Mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, we got amazing sightings of fabulous animals I ve never seen before. However I did not approve of the exotic animal breeding, and I think the animals could have had habitats more suited to their needs.
I love this zoo, the animals are so close and it has a natural feel. We have annual passes and come all the time.
It was good but then again who carries cash around these days
Very clean zoo keepers was very knowledgeable Lovely place to take the family
This is a great experience with a very wide assortment of animals and lots of entertainment for adults and children! I will definitely visit this zoo again!
Don't forget to take quarters there if you want to feed any animals, and get there early for the rides.
A lovely little zoo and aquarium. Because it is privately owned and operated it is a little pricey to get in and every single attraction or ride is extra. The exhibits are pretty good and they have some good showcase animals like most of the large cats, giraffe and rhino. Notable absence of elephant and large primates. The best ride is the safari tram, get on the one driven by Tammy, she's an awesome guide. The aquarium is nice with some interesting fish but nothing like you would see in a major aquarium. One funny thing was the huge number of macaws and parrots. They are everywhere. You can't go anywhere in the zoo no matter what the exhibit and no see a cage with them. They are sort of like filler animals. I'd go in cooler weather. The two new sections lack adequate shade and the sun will get to you after a while.
Nice but very expensive 40.00 for tickets , I've found in other states zoo prices are much cheaper, and they have senior discounts.
Nice park, the food is crazily priced $9 for kids meals, $2 for small unrefillable soda, $4 for fries, and the rides are overpriced, $6 per person for most of the rides in the park. Tip, there is a nice restaurant in one if the aquariums that is very good and priced normally.
There is a wide variety of animals and they are easily accessible, not caged off like in the Phoenix Zoo. It's a nice good park, I would recommend going, the aquariums are very nice and they have a sea lion "show" which is less of show and more education but it is free and the seals are nice, the venue is small and trainers friendly and a good experience.
You can bring in your own food and drink which is a bonus.
I recommend going! Just be aware of prices
The animals seem to be well taken care of and there is a lot to see so little time.
It'd been over 20 years since I have been here. I absolutely LOVE what they've done. I took my 4 yo granddaughter and she loved it.
It was so fun!! I took my granddaughter for a date there. Excellent choice!! The staff was pleasant and helpful! Thanks for a well kept zoo and aquarium!
I went on a field trip with my son and we had a good time. Will visit again soon.
Not many waterfountains and bathrooms around but the expirence is amazing!
Had a wonderful day with Daughter and son- in-law and husband. Good way to spend a day.
Fantastic took us 5 hours to get through everything wonderful exhibits
Always a fun filled family time when we come here! We come from Tucson as often as we can to spend the day here taking in ALL the cool and interesting animals. There are so many awesome activities to do here, from many hands on things to great educational experiences. This place has grown soo much since the last time we were here, but it kept our attention well over 4 hours of fun. Wildlife world Zoo & Aquarium is most definitely recommended!
I like the Phoenix zoo however this zoo is much, much better.
The new aquarium exhibit is pretty cool! Unfortunately, the rest of the Zoo is nothing like it used to be. Getting run down and the animals hide in their enclosures so that you don't get to see them. They have parrots all over the park which is kinda cool, the ones that still have feathers are fun to talk to. The admission price is up to $42.00 per Adult!
This place is HUUUGE. Best zoo I've been too and I've gone to many. San Diego zoo has no competition.. I will be coming back to town just for this place thanks
Bring cash, lots of it. This was a great experience for my family with lots of animals in easy to see enclosures. The big issue I had was that after the expensive entrance fees, the extras start right away. Every experience is extra and cash only (no credit cards). It is a great zoo with a wide range of animals, just be prepared to spend a lot and bring cash because they haven't figured out it's 2016 yet.
Tons of exhibits to see. Will be a whole day adventure.
Great place to learn about animals and enjoy the great AZ weather. The price is a bit high, but has allowed them to expand continually over the last few years. Rides are a separate charge and cash only.
Not impressed that when I took my daughter a lot of the park was closed down due to a storm. They should have let us know before paying full admission. Aquarium was about all that was open and fun.
Zoo is awesome but too damn expensive! Seems like a once a year experience
It was great! My family and I really enjoyed our visit. We feed a giraffe, saw a sea lion show and saw penguin feeding. There are many rides also. We had fun!
Great visit. Great variety of healthy, well cared for animals, birds, reptiles. plenty of places to rest.At least 4 refreshment areas in zoo.Great place to spend a day as a Snowbird.
