Great place to visit a little on the pricey side if you don't have a season pass.
Great place to visit a little on the pricey side if you don't have a season pass.
Awesome place, and here you can see the animals and pet some
We went their for a Christmas party it was excellent.
Large zoo and aquarium. Lots of baby animals. Onsite restaurant is a good family option.
It's a great place for family reining and a all-around great time
the price is out rages, Not much to see, it like if you wanna have fun you gotta pay for each item a waist of $160 buck for 3 people a rip off. I do not recommend no body coming here waist of money.
We took our grandson here. He had a blast. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is i think it is a little pricey when you have to pay for each ride separately. There was 3 of us and we only rode 1 ride because it was 18 dollars for it for 3 people. Add that to the cost to get in and wow. But that being said it is a great place to go.
This was just an overall fun experience for our little family. It was just incredible! There were so many sections to go visit. We only made it 2/3's of the way thru the entire zoo. It's nice that they have plenty of inside exhibits as well in the arizona heat. Food was a bit pricey but hey it's a zoo. Would recommend to anyone new or anyone looking to have a whole day of fun!
Just spent the entire day here with my fiance and 2 year old. Was so much fun. Wonderful aquarium, exhibits, children's area and restaurant. Just like with any attraction you're going to pay top prices. It's worth it in our opinion.
Expensive admissions and everything in the zoo or aquarium is additional charge, family of four is easily a $200+ day
I was very impressed with the size of the park! Was there almost all day and still didn't see everything. Bathrooms need upgrading and cleaning.
It has rides but don't spend your money here if that's your reason for going. Awesome as a zoo; super big--especially compared to Phoenix Zoo, but rides are expensive and few.
The lions dont have enough room to roam. Not does the fox it was sad to see its trying to run in its little box over and over. The overall zoo was ok.
We spent a Friday here and enjoyed the newer safari tram for a break from walking. Unfortunately, a lot of the cafes were closed and some people think masks should optional still.
We had fun feeding the giraffes, fish and stingrays.
One of the better zoo's I have been too. Animals were active and the interactions were amazing.
Best zoo ever! So much to do and get close up to the animals. You need to get there when they open to do everything. There is a little of everything. So many baby animals! Only down fall is cash only.
Spent a little over three hours here with a couple of little ones. Didn't get to see it all. But would recommend it for all ages.
Took the grandkids here
Was fun day....lots of attraction and interactive things with animals
Just wish they had change machine to get quarters to feed animals.
Great Zoo. Like that much better than the Phoenix Zoo. Get to be a lot closer to the animals, there are more animals oh, there's also some cute rides and a great playground for the kids to play in. We spent a lot of time in the aquarium which was really cool.
Disliked the of military jets flying over the zoo. Really enjoyed the zoo.
Sooooo cooool. This place is too big to see in a day. Huge selection of creatures.
Free parking, outside food and drink allowed, great shows, park for the littles, and very clean. The animals were amazing and the proximity to the animals is great.
It was so fun at this zoo. I've been twice and will return for a 3rd time
Very very cool place. You have to either take a date here or your kids. Worth it.
Over priced and hit or miss on what animals you will see
I have been coming to this zoo for 17 years. The expansion just blows my mind. I visited the zoo yesterday after not having been there for a few years. Cannot get over how big this zoo is. Worth every penny!
So much to see and do. Beautiful animals, reptiles, birds. There are really fun rides also. Kids and family friendly.
Love, love, love this zoo. So much to do and you don't have to pay extra to go into the aquarium, see or touch the sting rays, it's $0.50/ handful to feed the giraffes/ducks/koi fish if you so desire. Worth the trip to drive over.
Very nice. Need the whole day to see everything. We spent about 5 hours there and had to rush to see it all. will be going back soon!!!
Always friendly staff. So many new attractions they are putting in. Very clean and kept up. Kids enjoyed all the feeding areas and even has a playground for the kids.
Was not worth 85 for two adults. Most animals weren't even out & we seen more birds than anything
This is a ginormous zoo. Stayed about 4.5 hours and probably still had stuff to do. Admission is about 40$ for adults. There are a lot of animals and their aquarium is very nice too. Their train ride is fun and so is the sky ride. Their petting zoo is pretty fun. The baby goats jump on everything and head butt you when you're not giving them food. Good place to spend the day with lots to do for adults and kids.
Good time. A little expensive for what you get. Then you need to pay extra for rides. You can bring water and snacks in
Very interesting. Was extremely hot and a water bottle was $4.00. Seems pricey because it was necessary. They do have a large selection of animals and aquariums. Good place to have kids go for a great learning experience. Staff very attentive.
Great place it was clean animals seam well taken care of I love that they had a lot of new born animals there and that they expanded the place hadn't been there for a while but coming back and seen all the new additions made me feel exited hands on animals made the visit more fun with every animal they had facts to learn about them and the whole thing was not only a good walk but very educational great place to bring family and friends!!
Twice i have been here and most likely i will be visiting again as our little one enjoys coming here. Some may feel entrance fee pricey, but there are ways you can find deals to save money if more than 1 person is going to bring down cost 50-60% of regular price. It's totally worth it. Carry some cash in hand if you are planning to buy lunch inside. Otherwise you will end up using the ATMs which charge you couple of dollars to pull some money out.
We went on a Sunday and it wasn't crowded. We were able to have a more intimate experience with the animals...played tug a war with the monkeys, lol...
I really enjoyed the Wildlife World Zoo! The setup puts you closer to the animals than say the Phoenix Zoo. The rides were affordable ($6 per person) and the food prices weren't inflated too badly.
THIS PLACE IS GIANT. Be prepared to walk a lot but there are several places to sit down along the way. I enjoyed the extra space and variety of animals.

Alway so much fun, clean and the employees are so helpful
Great place to visit, Lovely Zoo, undergoing expansion and modernization now. i like to visit at least once a year, kids love it, the Monkeys!
Nice park to visit. Love the variety of animals and the mature trees for shade. Although, the zoo has become extremely expensive and the rides/attractions cost even more.
The kids enjoyed getting close up with the animals. Surprised there were new things coming. It has been a go to for us for a while.
This is no ordinary zoo. You can't get this type of experience anywhere else in Arizona. Your get very close to the animals and there are a lot of interactive exhibits. Before you go make sure you check around for coupons . I know that every so often HIckman eggs will have a two for one in their egg cartons.
The aquarium is better than the zoo. Rather sad chain link fence enclosures for many of the animals. Some, like the big cats, you can hardly see inside the cages due to vines trying to camoflague the chain link. Then they try to milk you for extra cash for cheap, carnival style rides.
The sea lion show was great you have to check it out if you go. Times vary. Check show times at entrance.
Really good to go on a weekday. Not many crowds. This zoo has grown so much and added so many attractions since I last visited about 5 years ago. Wish it wasn't so expensive though. Otherwise I would go all the time.
My family couldn't really enjoy ourselves. They hand you a paper once you buy your tickets saying wear your mask, stand 6ft from people. Yet they let people walking around without a mask or sanitize the rides . I just thought by reopening the zoo they would take extra precautions on protecting us . Honestly they need to take COVID-19 more seriously and not just try to make money so easily and not caring what could happen to families .
Very big zoo. Only Saw about half of it. I feel like they could've had more water fountains though. Guess that would ruin them marking up bottles of water though.
The kids had fun. The rides are expensive and not all of them were running on the day we were there.
The entrance price is definitely fair for the best zoo I have EVER been to. The rides are overpriced and so is the food ($4 for hotdog and stale bun, $5 large soda no refills). The zoo is really great though. You get so close to the animals and MAN there's a lot to see!!! Employees in aquarium were very friendly and informational and it was on par or better than Sea Life in the mall especially considering the Sea lion show which is cool. We had a group of 10 so got $2 off plus another coupon from website and saved...ended up spending less than if you were to go to Phx Zoo and Sea Life plus IT WAS BETTER! Very thankful to have this in the valley. **but give the giraffes a bigger encloser huh??**
Had a nice relaxing lunch. Fun watching the sharks swimming right next to us. Beautiful flamingos outside.
Delicious BBQ brisket and mac and cheese.
Went to the wildlife zoo in Phoenix Arizona great place to visit if you're. Ever there lots of wildlife great for kids and adults as well. Nice train ride and a great aquarium all an all had a great time there.
Yesterday was my first time at this zoo. My family and I had a good time but there was a few things we thought was off. The grounds at the zoo were clean but there was bird feces everywhere like on banisters and benches. My poor son wanted to sit at like every bench because it s still super warm out and this was his first time without a stroller. I would say I had to tell him to watch out for bird poop at every bench we tried to sit on. Also, a lot of the animal enclosures looked like they needed a good cleaning. A good cleaner and a sponge for a lot of the enclosures. Also the sea lions water is green?? Maybe I am too California but I always saw bright blue water for the sea animals. One last thing, they have a HUGE alligator in a tank?? There s tons of scratch marks all over this tank. What do you think he s trying to do?? Escape because he needs to be in a bigger enclosure?? What do you think that alligator is trying to say?? Help I need more room!! I understand because of COVID there might not be a lot of workers...but it would have been nice to have someone waking around and saying hello to families. Just FYI.
There were more birds then anything, several of the same animals were in different areas so you saw them multiple times... the aquarium wasn't much to brag about.... ours back home is WAY better. Didn't feel like it was worth the $80 we paid for 2 adults to get in.
So many interactions with the animals that are included in your visit, and a wide array of animals of all ages! Well worth the drive.
Was a great experience!! The only thing was missing was an elephant and giraffes !!
Nice zoo to visit, many animals to see. Zoo is kept clean. Zoo has rides but they are too expensive to ride which no one is riding. Lower the ride price and more people would partake!
Just keeps getting better! Great place to relax and unwind without driving for hours.
Awesome zoo, better than the Phoenix one as the parks entrusts the guests more and allows for a closer engagement with the animals.
The bird feeding is a MUST.
Just ate Dillon's.. waitress was good..doing her best.
Great entertainment, but it's expensive to get in and then every thing special costs even more.
Loved it!!!!! Family had a great time! the zipline was fun so was the Gondola ride kids had a ton of fun!!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Lunch by the shark tank in Dillions is a must for the kids!
Old school feel. You get to be really close to the animals. Tons to see.
Our 4 and 6 year olds loved it! Great little shows with some fun interaction with the animals!
So much fun!
HIGHLY recommend.
I suggest getting there in the morning & doing the outside stuff first, then the indoor aquarium with A/C. I think this is a fairly new facility. Lots of animals. The outside enclosures are difficult to see in in the afternoon, morning possibly would have been better.
So fun and you get a real, up close experience with the animals.
Closer for West Valley residents than Phoenix zoo takes more than a whole day to explore a lot to see and do.
