Absolutely, hands down the best zoo we have ever seen. Lot's of animals and nice places to grab a snack. Restrooms could be cleaner but as far as entertainment for the family this is a real winner

Use the entertainment coupon book or app. There is 1 buy one get one free admission coupon. Also a buy one entree get one free for the dillions bbq. Four stars since the rides are expensive 6 a person is ridiculous.
This place is absolutely amazing. It does cost a bit to get in but that money goes toward the 4 trillion animals they have there. Love this place and we are getting season passes for christmas for sure! My kids are obsessed.
It's a bit overpriced, but there are tons of exhibits. There are rides inside the park (log ride, train ride, boat ride; but each is an extra $2-$5 per person). Plan a whole day there if you want to see everything.
Great zoo and wildlife habitats, many different types of animals and reptiles, as well as birds everywhere (both in and out of habitats). The rides could be offered at a little less of a price to entice more participants. Staff is great.
Always have a great time with my family and friends when we visit. Perfect for children of all ages and adults. Great environment and always find great deals on groupon
This is a great private Zoo they have a lot of different and unique animals that you don't see even sometimes that public zoos. The staff are really friendly and helpful and frankly more informed than at the Phoenix Zoo. I am very impressed with this entire place I look forward to coming back again with all of my children.
It s a big zoo with lots of activities to do. There s many rides for the kids to ride but it s a little pricey since you do need to pay $5+ for every ride or activity you ll like to do. Make sure you bring shoes that your not scare to dirty since the walkways are dirt and not pavement. The aquarium is also pretty large with a lot of sea animals to see. They have petting zoo great for the little ones and my daughter favorite thing to do was to feed the giraffes! Definitely recommend for children and adults.
Beat zoo in the Valley and aquarium is amazing. They continually invest back into the exhibits and a very successful breeding program. It's worth the trip.
So impressed with this zoo. So many animals I've not encountered in other zoos and most were out and moving when I was there. This place is way bigger than I expected and the aquarium and indoor components were great as well.
My mother and I went there at once, we saw a solitary jackal on its exhibit. But, hey, I wrote my story about Gilbert s boss, AKA Arnold, lived on his exhibit from Masai Mara, Kenya Africa at my story. My story is called, Zoo Sweet Zoo.
So I have to say that this might be one of the best Zoos I have ever visited. It's more on par with something like the San Diego Zoo than any other privately owned zoo that I've been to.
First of all, the price of admission is worth it. At first I felt the cost was a bit high, but after walking around the grounds - nearly 7 miles of walking without retracing a lot of my steps - there is a vast assortment of animals not commonly seen in other zoos. Having the opportunity to see a white rhino is worth the cost of admission alone. The displays are large but still very interactive.
We got to feed giraffes, and were lucky enough to stumble upon feeding time for the Lory Parrots, which was an amazing experience in and of itself. Such a great experience!
Concessions are thoughtfully spread about, so you're never too far from water, even if it costs a pretty penny. I recognize that the funds go back to taking care of the animals, so every penny is well-deserved.
There are birds, reptiles, fish, mammals, and more birds. There are tons of things to see.
Plan a whole day to make sure you get the most out of the experience and bring good walking shoes and your camera!
Absolutely no mask enforcement. I'd say 70% of the people I saw in the zoo had no mask and nobody cared. That combined with large crowds and no distance enforcement makes this a very BAD idea.
Dont waste your money, I'm here as I'm making this. The admission, and food is over priced. I would say the rides are too, but they were all shut down. There are no refills on drinks because you have to pay the same amount you did for the first drink you got in the first place. The don't give out cups for water, only sell $3.50 bottled water. Save your money for a better zoo or trip.
Awsome fun 2 take the family the best part was touching the stingrays n seeing the penguins just hearing the birds welcome u were awsome love it would go bk
Love the variety of animals. After the rain, the gravel walkways made pushing a stroller really difficult. Food is sub par junk food warmed by microwave and they only accept cash which we no longer carry so we had to use their ATM. The exhibit spaces need to be updated but they are working on it. For the high price though, we expected one less at least of the above.
Very worth going here my kids loved it the animals were easy to see. The giraffe enclosure was awesome. All the aquaiums were just perfect why go anywhere else.
I hope they make a splash pad that would be great for the hot summer days ..just a thought there was one at the Dallas zoo
This was worst zoo ever. Empty enclosures, smelt terrible, looks like its getting ready to close down. Big waste of money. Enclosures were small and dirty, needs lots of fixing.
A must do in the northwest valley!! The animals are loved and well cared for and there's lots of shade throughout the park to make the walk more pleasant for us humans.
Very much enjoyed my visit today however the only reason for the 3 star review is when at the Cafe getting a kids meal for my toddler since the great straw movement has removed them from at least your park it resulted in a toddler covered in his drink after the first sip and he was soaked in his drink. I understand how negative straws can impact but $4.50 for a drink... I should have a lid and a straw at least for the children.
Just tad bit on the expensive side. Entrance is expensive and food offering inside is unhealthy and super expensive. 32 oz soda $5, small pizza $7, nachos $7, 5 inch sub $8, 1 small hotdog with bun and small lays chips $8. Adult entrance $42, child $20.
All deep friend stuff. All canned stuff. Yeah they don't have patronage volumes to have a custom kitchen, but they can absolute have 3 or 4 food trucks line up outside during weekends and summer. That will be better quality and cheaper for customers. But as is, food is a major profit center for the zoo, but a bad deal for their customers.
So take your own food but you have to sit outside to eat, not allowed inside food areas.
Inside the tour trams are additional $6 for child and adult. There are 2 or 3 of these to view the zoo.
Save your money and go to San Diego zoo. When you add it all up and compare the experience, it's just not there for me.
This zoo is great but I m sorry $40 a adult is outrages!!! Let s start with logic the wildlife world zoo is not even HALF the size of the San Diego world zoo! The ticket price for the San Diego world zoo is $60 for almost a TWO DAY EXPERIENCE! I used to go to wildlife world zoo all the time but there s no coupons no discounts nothing! You are completely absurd! This zoo is a rip off! Come down with your prices! You lost my family and I and I m sure you re losing more!
Good zoo.. however.. 3 stars because the "sea lion show" was no show... we all crammed at the gate for the 330 show just to have a little girl as a volunteer clap her hands to demonstrate positive reinforcement.. the was no show of the sea lions of any sort.. I actually felt stupid for sitting thru it till the end.
Animals were great, some areas smell bad, it would be nice for the rides and restaurants to be open or at least signage informing guests they were closed.
Love this zoo! Lots of animals, especially big cats and you are really close to the animals. The viewing is excellent. They have lots of indoor exhibits as well and the aquarium is exceptional. Maybe the only downside is there are no apes or elephants and it is quite a drive, but I like it way better than The Phoenix Zoo.
This was the worst excuse for a zoo unless you are a bird lover. The animals are in dirty small cages and have nothing to entertain themselves. The animals they advertise don't even exist. Every ride was broken or broke while we were there. You leave feeling very sorry for the animals and the huge hole left in your pocket book.
While we did enjoy our visit. I agree many do not wear mask at all so what is point of all the signs staying we have to wear them. I probably won't go back with covid anytime soon. Outside of that my review is based more on how they deal with covid than enjoyment of park. We enjoyed most exhibits and animals. We ate at restraunt which we liked. The park is pricey but outside of mask thing it was a nice day with my family.
Very expensive day out! Well maintained. The critters seemed happy. The indoor exhibitions were very nice as well. It was easy to photograph indoors entry even with senior discount was a budget breaker
Fun place for the kids just kind of sad since it has been getting worse by the year they don't really take care of their plantation so makes the place not look the best and didn't seem to have as many workers anymore compared to a couple years ago that I went.
I'm a native and have never been here before. I regret to have wasted some much of my time without going. You can tell they care about the animals, they have wide open spaces and is well maintained and clean. I loved seeing employees in scuba gear cleaning the aquariums and the other employees who were cleaning the other enclosures. The wide variety of animals here is amazing. I wish I had gone sooner. Worth the drive out there for sure.
Love this EDEN out in the WEST VALLEY. The aquariums are truly spectacular, and going to see what babies are in the nursery is always fun. Great Rides. If you want you can feed the Giraffes or the sweet lorries. If you want to feed yourself head in to DILLON'S. The food/Service are great, and every table has a view of the SHARK TANK! They're so cool to watch.
PLEASE SHOW ALL ANIMALS THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE!! BARRIERS ARE THERE FOR A REASON. HAVE A BLAST!!
This place is huge. It s a lot of fun to walk around and see all the animals They have every animal and bird you can think of. Clean and organized place. Very fun
Over $40 per person to get in. In my opinion, not worth it. Way too much walking required and almost no food options. Don't go hungry, perhaps bring your own food. Rides we're all closed too. No vegan options other than fries. Very dissatisfied. Go to Phoenix Zoo for half the price instead.
Our family had a blast today! We get the season passes because they pay for themselves in 3 visits and then we won't feel the need to be there all day long. We don't do all of the rides and extras, though we usually have quarters to feed some of the animals. Our kids love the playground!
If visiting with kids this is a MUST. There is a train that takes you in some pens with animals amd guides you around a 1/4 of the zoo, a tram also does the same for another 1/4, and a sky lift that overlooks 1/2 the park. Kids can also pet and feed many animals including Giraffes!, deer, goats, chickens, fish, manta rays, and more. There are penguin feedings and sea lion shows as well as a baby animal nursery. We have been to many large zoos around the US and this was the most interactive and kid friendly. Very very highly suggest going. They do have food and drinks, but a little bit costly.
This place was okay, but once you get in the door it costs more money to do anything. I hate being gouged like that. I expect to be gouged for drinks and food like any amusement park, but you usually don't have to spend more to do more. One price should cover all. Not worth another trip.
It was super fun my daughter loved it! If you do go its definitely an all day thing but so worth it everything takes cash. The animals were super friendly and adorable. Very clean and friendly staff. Delicious food and good pricing good timing too. Be sure to bring quarters if you want to feed animals, so much stuff to do and entertaining. Overall I totally recommend!!
It's a good zoo, with a lot of birds, if you're looking for a place to see a lot of different birds, and see monkey acrobatics, and shaking trees. This is the place you want to go, all the animals seemed genuinely happy aside from the bigger animals such as tigers, and lions which were in smaller enclosures and we're pacing back and forth as if they were bored and unhappy.
We went there for my nephew birthday and we all had an amazing time, pretty pricey but worth it, it's also a great way to get good excersize in with all the walking
