My friend and I booked a combination 50 swedish massage/mini pedi. Only my friend's massage was in the system. Her mini pedi and my combo were never booked. I ended up with a wrap. The person provided the service was incredible! We were lucky enough to be fit in for full pedicures a couple of hours later. We had lunch in the restaurant and went back up to continue the pampering. They worked hard to accommodate us and made it a pleasurable experience.

Here for a wedding and service couldn't be worse. Bartenders ignore us and seem to cater to older clientele. Wouldn't recommend for anyone young tying to have a good time. Would leave zero tip and zero review if I didn't feel like i needed to let other people know about my experience.

Not at all happy with this place. It was my wedding night and our hotel room there was a gift from a family member. The only thing good about the room was the view, which of course was outside the room as I can't recommend to spend much time in there cause the ac unit had a unwelcoming smell coming from it and we could clearly hear our neighbors in the room next to us. When we got there they said we needed to put down a credit card which is normal. I had mentioned that the room was already paid for and they agreed. The next day they charged my card for the room and acted like it never happened. It took several calls to get it all sorted out and fixed after we had to go fill out paperwork. Would never stay there again. It's two stars cause they did fix the payment issue and the view from our room was very delightful.

Went for a spa day with my sister. The relaxation room had some shbby furnishings, the massage tables were uncomfortable, the robes were a little ratty, and it felt like people were just going through the motions.

Would easily be a 4 or 5, but noise control is needed. It's a beautiful place surrounded by scenic vistas, but both times we've stayed there post-wedding partiers running the halls at 3am. The hotel needs to control noise levels at night.

From my experience this place is amazing. The hotel was packed when I visited and the staff was still very attentive. The pool area is clean and the room service is quick. Not to mention the food is very good. All in all it was a pleasure to stay and worth the price.

September 1st attended wedding here. I left my Oakley sunglasses on table at reception (my fault for sure). Other guests at table gave them to staff at lost and found because they weren't sure they were mine and figured I could pick up in morning. Next morning I went to collect them and was told they weren't in system and put my information in the system for when they were recorded. I tried to give them benefit of the doubt but at this point I have to assume someone stole them. For a place so expensive and passing themselves as high class, they obviously don't pay their employees enough that they don't risk stealing from guests. Other than that, the property is nice and my filet was overcooked for dinner.

Went to the Woodcliff for Easter brunch to try something different.
We usually go to shadow lake for holidays. The Woodcliff is a beautiful hotel but the brunch sucks. Food selection was very minimal and the quantity wasn t there.
No breakfast food at all.

Beautiful hotel! Walls seemed paper thin at night and we all woke up with sore throats from the AC or some dust in the air. Suana and hot tub were very relaxing. Tasty buffet dinner in one of the banquet rooms!

I attended a wedding at the Woodcliff. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff was accommodating. My main issue was the salon. The bridal party all had our hair and makeup done and our main hair stylist was not very good. She spent only about 20 minutes on my (very long and thick) hair despite being scheduled for a full hour. My hair did not stay in all day as it was supposed to. She used no product in my hair and hardly any hair spray at the end. I'd never go to this salon for hair or makeup in the future. Definitely not worth the price. The rest of the hotel was great though, so overall a three star experience.

My girlfriends and I bought a package for the spa ...

My girlfriends and I bought a package for the spa in the woodcliff hotel for our friends 30th birthday. The package was for a 50 minute massage and a pedi or mani, we ended up with only a 25 mins massage so needless to say we were very disappointed. Obviously we didn't say anything then because we didn't want to ruin the birthday weekend. The spa receptionist Devion was so rude to us I was absolutely mortified! When you arrive you check in and they are supposed to give you a robe with slippers/flip flops and they said they didn't have any slippers but the two guests who were behind us received them. We mentioned the issue during our pedicure when the birthday girl wasn't around and the manager gave us a breakfast comp. And only charged us for the 25 mins massage not 50 mins. We went to the breakfast the following morning and they didn't have any food at the buffet. Unfortunately the spa was awful but the hotel was very nice as well as the staff. This is just not what we expected from the woodcliff, I would never go back!

The staff were nice and the atmosphere is beautiful. My friend and I got Swedish massages. Our experiences were completely different. She was able to get a foot massage , I did not, amoungst other things. They also cut out 50 minutes short because the lady at the front desk kept us there FOREVER , trying to check us in! Our amenities were not in our room! (Strawberries and champagne). I was looking forward to a relaxing day but instead I was met with complete disappointment at every turn. We were offered $25 gift cards from the spa for our next time . There won t be a next time for me. Oh did I mention it s our birthday, smh

The Woodcliff Hotel is an older 4 Star hotel that needs some updating and staff training. We had a 2 night stay at this hotel. Upon arrival we found the fluorescent bulb in the bathroom did not work. It did eventually go on (15min) but was dim and on its way out. Maintenance was told and we were informed it would be fixed after our stay (really?!). No soap in the bathroom so after 7 hour drive to get there I had use the bathroom by the light of my cell phone and wash we a bar of soap I found in my luggage from a different hotel. The next day was not much better. We left our room at 8am and returned at 3pm to a room that had
not been attended to by housekeeping. Super annoying as we were about to get ready for a wedding and now had no clean towels or fresh bath products. A phone call promote a supply of both. When I complained that the room was not cleaned I was offered the opportunity to leave my room for a while while it was attended to. I declined as the room was vacant for 7 hours and now I needed it to get ready for a wedding. I suggested the room be cleaned in the evening while I was out and it was. The room itself was dated and immediately above one of the party rooms. The first night I felt as though I was part of the party below me as it was loud and the bass from the DJ made my room vibrate. The second night I was at the party below my room so it was not an issue. The management was responsive and asked proactively about the service when I voiced my issues they gave a $50 discount off of the stellar rate of $179 per night. All in all the cost of the hotel was not in keeping with its ammenities.

Hotel and grounds were beautiful. Perfect venue for weddings. I had excellent service from each and every member of the staff I had a with. We were a large group of 20 or so that arrived over the course of an hour to an already busy bar/ lounge for lunch. I saw only one waitress, and one bartender. It did take much too long to get everyone's orders taken and to them, but they worked hard until they did. Great job under less than a great situation. It helped that the food was really wonderful

Staff did not inform us that the Jacuzzi was broken when we arrived, which we were looking forward to. The Horizons restaurant took an hour and a half to finally get our foods, which were overcooked. The waitress stated the chef would not make any substitutions or additions to our meals when ordering. Extremely overpriced garbage that lacked depth of flavor or elegance for the price point. There was also a terrrible squeal from the heater in our room. I took a video and showed it to the front desk, and they did absolutely nothing. They promised to remove a roomservice fee of $37 from our credit card, but never did. I contacted the General Manager via email and phone to express my dissatisfaction, and 3 weeks later I have not recieved a response. The best part of our trip was Samuel the bellhop, and spa elan. We will not return, weve been to a number of 4-5 star hotels and this place is definitely not that. It may have been, but poor repair, management and food quality bring them downscale to a microtel level accomodation.

A very nice hotel. The view is good. The yard is well maintained. It is colorful in fall. The hotel is also lively in the spring. Meeting rooms are excellent. It is a quite place. It has a spa. It is close to Eastview Mall. The rooms are enough sized. The pool is heated. The restaurant is a expensive but the quality of the food, service and ambiance is excellent. They have live music at the restaurant during weekends.

It was really nice, but the room keys don't work half the time and the elavators were having problems, so my friends and I spent most of our time, walking up and down stairs. But other than those two problems (which can both be fixed) it was a really nice hotel.

Our room was not ready on arrival, told the first time 30 minute wait. Checked back and it was another 30 minute wait on top of the first. We were compensated with a reduction in room cost, but still an inconvenience. WiFi coverage did not work at all anywhere in the building.

The room was clean. Beautiful decor. The massage was weak and lazy. The woman at check in was not helpful with my questions. She also failed to inform us of the hours for the breakfast buffet. Which we missed. When I called in not 30 minutes after check out to inform them that I had left a pillow which I brought with me I was transferred around. Left on hold for 5 min waiting for house keeping only for them to transfer me right back to the front desk who dismissed my question staying that I would get a call back. Which I am yet to recieve. Not going back

Great location just off the highway, great views in half of the rooms. In order to get great service here, you need to ask for exactly what you want, but if you do, you'll get it. Cleanliness was excellent. Feels very classy and has every amenity you could want, for a price.

On the positive side the beds & bedding were wonderful. Nice bathroom & refrigerator & coffee bar.
BUT I lost most of a night's sleep due to extremely loud popping & plunging noises that came from the metal HVAC unit & different places in the walls. On a safety note also there was a significant long wrinkle near the entry with a a bunch of smaller ones - in the carpet. This is a major tripping & fall hazard.
Upon check out I shared the above information with the desk clerk. She acted surprised but did not express concern or apology for my disappointing experience.
Frankly I am very surprised that such a quality hotel with be found with such a faux P as when it comes to guest rooms, especially given the attention to other details.

Great rooms, lovely spa and beautiful restaurant. Second visit for my daughters wedding. We called and requested early check in 2 hours in advance and were told no problem. Upon arrival our room wasn't ready. Nor was tje bride and grooms. Finally and hour after check-in they were ready. Also on Sunday during normal brunch timimg tje resteraunt closed from 10:00am to 11:30!! So we had to find somewhere to go eat breakfast. We asked for late check out and were told no. Also at no time were there enough valet or bell hop personnel.
