Having a road-front business, it's important for me to keep up a certain je ne sais quoi to maintain adequate foot traffic sales. When my street-facing sign broke from a storm, I was frenetic about finding another. These guys assured me that they could recreate my sign expeditiously at a very reasonable charge. Having now gone through the process, I am confident that I got a good deal. The sign was completed in the promised time-frame, and has held up to weather conditions well so far. The colors are still vibrant months on, and I cannot observe in any cracking in the nooks and crannies of the lettering. I like that they checked local regulations and were able to get us the tallest and widest Pylon possible. Customers were having trouble finding our location, and the pylon they installed for us changed that. Everyone knows where to turn in ahead of time now. I d recommend them to any business needing a sign.
They are absolute quality all around. The service personnel were really friendly and seemed to actually take pride in their jobs. I was worried the sign we wanted was going to be too hard to fabricate or end up not looking how I wanted, but they shocked me with an amazing job. The cost was well worth it.
Great service. We handle a pretty large operation in the area, so we need a lot of prints and signs made pretty often. Even with the high volume of orders and different designs that we give them, everything is always delivered and installed in perfect condition and on time. The staff here are really courteous and they always make sure to clarify if they aren't sure about something.
I highly recommend them for any sign work. I ordered a awning and interior sign from them. Both came out the way I wanted, and the installations were surprisingly fast. The awning seems quite rugged, and the interior sign is quite spiffy.

Passed inspection the first time when coming to install our sign which was a big relief. We asked for something on the cusp of breaking regulations but still within legality. They made sure it didn t go over the specifications as well as making it look very nice.
They are thieves. I did work for them as a subcontractor and never got a dime.
I talked to staff at a few local sign companies but none had the prices I wanted except for Regency. The sign I received was well made and to my specifications, all within my budget, which I mentioned to them up front and they worked with me on it to where we were both happy.
We performed subcontract work for Regency on 2 AAMCO locations in the St. Louis Market. Regency provided PO for the work with agreement to net 30 terms. 9 months later we are still not paid, they do not answer their phones, and we are now forced to file in St. Louis County court to get payment. DO NOT DO business with this company. They are criminals. If you think they can manage a national account...they are not paying their vendors... how long will that last??? And you are going to end up in court with liens on your property for the unpaid improvements. Our U.S. commerce system is based on trust. This company should operate in some other country where fraud is accepted. Not here.

We wanted a real head turner to stand out for our theater, lots of lights, the whole 9 yards, etc. Some of our board came up with a complex idea, and Regency worked with us to make it a reality. Our sign is dimensional and lit on all sides with our graphic logo and theater name all brightly lit as well. Absolutely splendid work.

I had them put in a pylon for my shopping center. A decent sized crew came out with some heavy equipment and worked hard to put it up quickly. The quality is definitely something to brag about. I was worried it might be affected by storms and the weather, but after seeing it finished I have no doubt this will last for years to come.

Our company purchased a brass interior sign from Regency. It s pretty heavy, and they were able to give it the rustic look that we specifically asked for. Couldn t think of a better company to recommend for a durable and bright awning. I wanted a very bright orange for the material, as well as green lettering. I get not response either from email or phone regarding invoices, over 5 months out. Amazing they call 6 times a day when doing the installs. In an effort to contact the project manager, immediately sent to AP without even having a conversation, with no results.

I contacted Regency about installing and fabricating a pylon for a big shopping complex I own. The old one was weathered and ugly. However, I also wanted it taller. They did everything they could to make it slightly taller while still being within the code. Great quality work, and I d say to anyone looking for a sign, hire them.

Hired this company to put a pylon sign out for our complex. They came out in a big cherry picker and with other equipment and set everything up. More people have started visiting than ever which is great. The sign looks sturdy and is easily visible from the road. I m happy with how they handled everything

Regency Signs knows as USA SIGNS which went out of business because they owed so many subs so much money now they just changed their name .
I ordered what I thought was a rather complex design with many colors, expecting an average job for the price given its complexity. The process was smooth with assuaged communication, and they were sure to confirm that it was up to my standards at many junctures. I was pleasantly surprised by their holistic commitment to customer satisfaction throughout the whole process. The sign came in a timely manner with ergonomic yet highly protective packaging. Decals seem to use quality inks, but I have yet to test it for weathering. Prompt service is nice, and customer relations are amicable. Good company to hire for any midsize to small signage needs. I was very pleasantly surprised by the service above everything else, and will be sure to order from them if I require any more larger jobs completed.
They do not pay vendors! We did three jobs for them in March 2016 and have yet to receive payment. We've tried getting in touch with the individuals that placed the order and their accounting contacts. We've called and been hung up on, been told someone else needed to sign a check, were informed that someone needed to get the check in the mail, and have spoken with two or three accounting representatives at this point.
Funnily enough, one of the original individuals that requested a site survey last March called back last month and wanted to know if we did site surveys. She'd forgotten that they'd worked with our company in the past and had yet to pay a VERY outstanding balance.
If you are a sign company and Regency contacts you to do any kind of work, we'd suggest sending them elsewhere.

They made the cutest sign for my donut shop which has a heart along the borders of a donut. The colors are so bright and it s impossible to not notice the sign when you visit, which is exactly what I wanted. It s become so popular in fact that people actually stop to take pictures of it once in a while.
Not many companies are this good at what they do and have customer service to brag about too. I was catered to in every way, so much that I worried about hidden fees. There weren t any of course, but that s how great they treat you. I could have revised my sign at any time which was really nice to know, though I chose not to as I liked how they made it.
Regency did two beautiful signs for my new business. When I was first looking for signage options they were able to provide multiple renderings and quotes for different styles. This helped me see exactly what the signs would look like. I continue to get remarks on how gorgeous the signs are.
I found Regency through a recommendation from a friend, because I wanted a couple of big banners and some posters made for my daughter's baseball team. The people working there were really attentive, and I managed to put in my order without a problem. Not only were the quality of the prints great, but they also managed to complete them ahead of time.
Did sub work for these guys. Few jobs they paid on. The last 2 they decided not to pay me. My a/r is high with these guys with no payment in sight. Hired a lawyer to pursue legal action. Do yourself a favor and work for any other sign company......unless you like to send your crews out and get burned at the end.

Great company to get high end signage at a great price. I do a lot of high end signage and they helped out by not only fabricating the sign, but they also got my permits and got me a installer in my area. I have done a lot of signs with the company and would not choose another.
Did several surveys for this company and never got paid. I called them every day and they said the check was sent out. This goes back to november 1015 this is no way to do business . I wish I could give them a negative -5 that's all they are worth.

It s a shame our building won t let us get a bigger version but it was nice that they handled all the regulations for us. All we did was talk and pay.
