Beautiful extensive collection. The purchased jacket was an offer that was nowhere to be found on the internet for that price. Delivery is very fast and nice that you can check the evening hours. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with after-sales service!
Last year I bought a Helvetica jacket with heating system, but after one winter the system no longer works !!
Have sent an email to Winkelstraat with the explanation. They asked for some pictures of me. But no matter how strange it is, the boutique knew immediately that it was not covered by warranty !!! They wanted to give me 20 for a tailor !!! That is ridiculous.
Outwardly, there is no damage anywhere.
Battery is okay light is on but not working.
Nobody wants to help me. That's why I spoke to my lawyer. There is a 2 year European warranty for such items. So it will be continued

Always orders that are made on a Friday, NEVER delivered time.
There is tomorrow at home, never received an order from Friday before Tuesday.
If you ask them about the sender data, you will be told that they do not even know who the seller is.

2 weeks have to wait for my order. That was not the right size so I had returned to exchange for a larger size. Eventually they said after another 1.5 week wait that he was on his way and would be delivered the next day but you guess it already .. Nothing received. Last Friday again a message sent with the question where my order remained and I got the answer that he would come in Saturday. But once again got nothing inside. I just had another message sent with the same question, which I received as an answer that my order was not available anyway. Really ridiculous that I have to wait so long for nothing. Last Friday ordered a coat for 1600 hours. The site itself stated that it would be delivered on Monday. Nothing seen on Monday. Called today where my jacket was, the answer was that too many orders were placed on black friday, so that coats had to be ordered afterwards. Why don't you just put the extra delivery time on the site? Or do you report this to your customers? Very sorry, I am looking forward to my new jacket but it will probably take a while.

What a drama jacket is torn delivers after which I send it back. Then, as a customer, I am blamed for this even though I had clearly taken pictures of the product when I received it. Definitely not recommended! I hope to hear from Winkelstraat as soon as possible because I hear little or nothing from customer service. I would like to remove this review when Winkelstraat properly receives my item in return as it should! By the way, in response to shopping colleague nothing solved !! I advise people not to order clothes here. I placed my first order 3 weeks ago. Mason garments that should be in the box went to another pair. One f's bommel belt was damaged. I receive an email after having heard nothing for a week and not receiving anything that the mason garments cannot be delivered and that the f of bumble belt can be delivered damaged with a 10 euro discount. I canceled the entire order and received a refund after a week.

Last week I tried another pair and ordered new adididas shoes. Already had a delay on the way to be delivered today according to track and trace (a week later). After staying away from the delivery person, I just called. My shoes appear to be still in Italy. Funny that delivery is planned at all.

I don't know where the shopping street gets products from, but it concerns a party that pushes boxes. I order everywhere because of corona and it goes well everywhere except here. Web shops had plenty of good discounts, I wouldn't choose the shopping street.

My review on trustpilot has been reported, because I gave a very bad review, how bad your web store is. But then I only do it via Google. Many more people also look at that. People who want to order via shopping street, beware !!!! they cannot deliver everything that is displayed on the site. You get a very nice email that the shipping label has already been created, but you can forget about sending the product! If you don't go after it yourself, they won't do anything either. An allowance, write that on your stomach. And if you call customer service and ask about the state of affairs. Then you get to hear that a colleague is very busy with it..Yeah Right, ahaha and I heard that for 8 weeks before I finally got my money back. I also think that the positive reviews are posted by themselves. I don't understand that they still have a 4.5 star rating. And the owner, you can respond to anyone who places a negative review by saying that you think it's a pity. But tackle the problem effectively. Because people are not just negative. If you cannot deliver something, you should not place it on the website either. Why is it possible with a website like FarFetch and not with you? Then you do something really wrong. Because even though you will arrive with a voucher of 500 euros, I don't have to. Because then you just get the same problem again. How can you make up for something like this with the customer? Winkelstraat breaks the rules (Correction !!! It was not the organization itself, but a lady named Megan who worked for customer service who did not comply with the rules). I recently bought a jacket from them and wished to pick it up at a collection point. Two weeks passed and still no message on my order account that my product has been sent. So I contact customer service where I was told that the package has been at the collection point for more than two weeks. So I picked it up to be able to return it because I am not interested anymore because it all took too long. To complete the return process I need a return form, but then I am told that my return period has expired while I actually only had the product in my hands for 1 day. According to them, my return period started when I arrived at the collection point. That's too crazy for words, I still have two weeks to fit the product according to the law.

In this way shopping makes super great choice and stock super customer service and delivery everyone come and see you will not leave without ordering

What a service !!! Never again ... my girlfriend had already said that after ordering an extra cost for a return that I no longer have to order there. But then see beautiful clothes and think is always good order just. But she was right what a bad service. Items returned and now it is missing and I receive a reminder fee from afterpay. Unjustified because I have returned everything correctly. Contact via chat has to wait so long and everything is not running smoothly ... not available by phone due to corona time. It seems strong to me that you pass on corona to the customer via a telephone ... simply super bad that you cannot speak to your customers by telephone. Fortunately, afterpay has stopped the reminder procedure to see me resolve it further. But through the chat you are told that just pay short. For something I returned? And then also have a proof of shipment and proof on the mail that I have to print out the return form and put it in the box. I'm not going to leave it at this. Don't be so quick from the reviews but everyone should be warned about this. A tip! Buy somewhere else but not at winkelstraat.nl do not be tempted by the beautiful clothing because if something is not right your package will disappear or you can pay extra. And service ho !! Hope they can be reached quickly by phone, but otherwise we will have to solve it differently. No problem, but I don't accept this!
