What a drama jacket is torn delivers after which I send it back. Then, as a customer, I am blamed for this even though I had clearly taken pictures of the product when I received it. Definitely not recommended! I hope to hear from Winkelstraat as soon as possible because I hear little or nothing from customer service. I would like to remove this review when Winkelstraat properly receives my item in return as it should! By the way, in response to shopping colleague nothing solved !! I ended up with the boutique itself with a lot of effort. The only thing Winkelstraat could do is send an email with the same answer.
