Winkelstraat breaks the rules (Correction !!! It was not the organization itself, but a lady named Megan who worked for customer service who did not comply with the rules). I recently bought a jacket from them and wished to pick it up at a collection point. Two weeks passed and still no message on my order account that my product has been sent. So I contact customer service where I was told that the package has been at the collection point for more than two weeks. So I picked it up to be able to return it because I am not interested anymore because it all took too long. To complete the return process I need a return form, but then I am told that my return period has expired while I actually only had the product in my hands for 1 day. According to them, my return period started when I arrived at the collection point. That's too crazy for words, I still have two weeks to fit the product according to the law.
