My review on trustpilot has been reported, because I gave a very bad review, how bad your web store is. But then I only do it via Google. Many more people also look at that. People who want to order via shopping street, beware !!!! they cannot deliver everything that is displayed on the site. You get a very nice email that the shipping label has already been created, but you can forget about sending the product! If you don't go after it yourself, they won't do anything either. An allowance, write that on your stomach. And if you call customer service and ask about the state of affairs. Then you get to hear that a colleague is very busy with it..Yeah Right, ahaha and I heard that for 8 weeks before I finally got my money back. I also think that the positive reviews are posted by themselves. I don't understand that they still have a 4.5 star rating. And the owner, you can respond to anyone who places a negative review by saying that you think it's a pity. But tackle the problem effectively. Because people are not just negative. If you cannot deliver something, you should not place it on the website either. Why is it possible with a website like FarFetch and not with you? Then you do something really wrong. Because even though you will arrive with a voucher of 500 euros, I don't have to. Because then you just get the same problem again. How can you make up for something like this with the customer? The problem really lies with you and nobody else. So once again I give you 1 star !!!

Okay, well we will see. Hereby my order number: 401302773..I mainly contacted Megan by mail (1983 ...... @ gmail.com). I would love to hear more about this.
