Unfortunately, I am disappointed with after-sales service!
Last year I bought a Helvetica jacket with heating system, but after one winter the system no longer works !!
Have sent an email to Winkelstraat with the explanation. They asked for some pictures of me. But no matter how strange it is, the boutique knew immediately that it was not covered by warranty !!! They wanted to give me 20 for a tailor !!! That is ridiculous.
Outwardly, there is no damage anywhere.
Battery is okay light is on but not working.
Nobody wants to help me. That's why I spoke to my lawyer. There is a 2 year European warranty for such items. So it will be continued
