What a service !!! Never again ... my girlfriend h...

What a service !!! Never again ... my girlfriend had already said that after ordering an extra cost for a return that I no longer have to order there. But then see beautiful clothes and think is always good order just. But she was right what a bad service. Items returned and now it is missing and I receive a reminder fee from afterpay. Unjustified because I have returned everything correctly. Contact via chat has to wait so long and everything is not running smoothly ... not available by phone due to corona time. It seems strong to me that you pass on corona to the customer via a telephone ... simply super bad that you cannot speak to your customers by telephone. Fortunately, afterpay has stopped the reminder procedure to see me resolve it further. But through the chat you are told that just pay short. For something I returned? And then also have a proof of shipment and proof on the mail that I have to print out the return form and put it in the box. I'm not going to leave it at this. Don't be so quick from the reviews but everyone should be warned about this. A tip! Buy somewhere else but not at winkelstraat.nl do not be tempted by the beautiful clothing because if something is not right your package will disappear or you can pay extra. And service ho !! Hope they can be reached quickly by phone, but otherwise we will have to solve it differently. No problem, but I don't accept this!
