I wanted to order something thought read some reviews well my conclusion there is an answer to the reviews but no solution and if you order from a site such as a shopping street, they are in my opinion responsible to return the money asap and responsible for the order not one boutique luckily I didn't order anything, .. pff

My order has been on hold for 2 weeks. Called customer service and cannot clearly state what is going on. They will sort it out and send an email ...... nice and customer-friendly, NOT really.
Paid but no service! Never again via this channel

Fast delivery. WRONG JACKET RECEIVED THE PHOTOS ARE WRONG ON THE SITE.
I HAD A JACKET WHICH WAS MORE FITTED BY THE BOUTIQUE WHERE THE CARD WERE SEMIOS AND DELIVERED WRONG. I HAVE RETURNED JACKET WITHIN TWO DAYS. BEFORE IM DID THIS I HAVE THE BOUTIQUE !! SACKE TIME CALLED ON A SATURDAY THIS NICE FEMALE EMPLOYEE SHE MVR IS NOT A PROBLEM EVEN WHEN ONE ZIPPED PIECE OF JACKET. I ALSO BRAND AIRFORS !! THEY SEND BUT BACK I DO ADJUST THE JACKET. BUT I INDICATED CLEARLY I GO ON WEDDING TRIP 14,15,16.17 DECEMBER. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED THEY LEAVED ME NO JACKET AND ALSO NOT THE JACKET I ORDERED THEY LEAVED ME. O YES THEY WANT TO MAKE ZIP FROM JACKET THAT I HAVE NOT ORDERED. I THINK I WANTED 10 CALLS AND 10 MAILS.

RESULT IS THAT I OBLIGED TO KEEP A PURCHASE JACKET COSTS AT AND ABOUT BETWEEN 260 AND 280 EUROS!

SO BEFORE YOU PAY HERE THINK 10 TIMES. I DO BAGS WITH SHOPPING STREET AND NOT WITH SACKET TIME BOUTIQUE. I ORDER A JACKET AND I WANT TO RECEIVE IT.

AND I WILL ALSO LEARN MY VOICE AS A CONSUMER !!!

Incredibly poor and impersonal customer service. Order placed, confirmation received .. and then it does not come. Contact you, you will hear that the order has been canceled, weird that you will not receive an e-mail from this. You expect a solution, but I have to figure it out myself and I will get an answer.

Customer service is difficult to reach and does not seem to interest much. NEVER place an order again.

What a horrible way to make contact. Would love to call to explain it all, but you can't. So I all get wrong answers on the chat (answers sometimes come hours, day later) and email! So frustrating ..

Too bad for words! I ordered a cap, but it had a factory fault. Neatly returned on time. A week later I receive an email that the pet is dirty and cannot be returned and that they send the pet back and I MUST pay the amount to afterpay who keep sending me a new email and also increases. Now I am 2 months further and I am still fighting with them about the same hat because they do not want to take it back and I still have to pay it? I'm not paying anything! And I don't even own that cap! Today I had contact again and they had to check it out just like every time I had contact and let something be known later in the day. What did not happen again (for the 20th time). I am completely done with this so-called company. No customer friendliness at all and apparently they cannot comply with their own rules.

I had ordered a vest that they eventually no longer had. I quickly received an email with sorry and a discount code of 7.50. After that I could still order the same cardigan through another boutique. I am glad that it was eventually arranged so quickly and well. I would recommend this store to everyone!

Product is fine, but Customer service worthless. Two people of the Customer contradict each other and refer me on. In the end, no further. One says the exact opposite of the other.

Jacket ordered, received with a box of tape sealed, called with shopping street and the package returned. Now it is said that the jacket is worn while it has been reported. Now they send back a coat and the money is not paid back. "Customer is the victim of bad delivery service from UPS".

What a bad shop this is saying. 3 weeks ago ordered some and nothing inside. And they don't even bother answering the phone. I already read the negative reactions, but it is really true. If people want to order something here, I advise you to go to FarFetch better and you can often order things at a discount and they are very quick to deliver !! These are real scams, so I can earn my money too !! Not even worth 1 star!

December 3 Valentino shoes ordered, delivery was excellent on time. However, the shoe came in broken. First I waited 20 minutes until I got someone on the line who would get to work with it. Pair x mailed down. 7 days LATER I only received a response. I could have them made and then the costs of up to 30 were reimbursed. So if the repair had been 50, - I had to grab the shoes that were delivered for broken, antisocial !! The shoe cannot be made, so now I want a new pair and a fee or I will wear them, but then I want to see X amount. Now wait for a response, what a damper it is for such a large organization. I definitely advise you not to order with an intermediate site as a shopping street to prevent this misery! BAD

WORTHLESS!! 1,5 months ago ordered and received a Parajumpers sweater. Worn once and then wash it neatly on a hand wash. Orange jersey turns yellow. Contacted had to send the jersey for a review, they needed a whole week for this. Called me a few times at the back, they were busy with it and would keep me informed by email ...

The only email I received is on 5/28 that my order was ready for
shipment. I have not ordered anything I am waiting for an answer as to what will happen to the sweater that is not good.

Package with sweater received last Thursday. What really surprised me is that the old sweater was put back in the box without any message etc. Why I receive the sweater back.

Called again, it was indicated that this was not the normal course of events and that they were going to find out and I would receive an email about it. That email came after the weekend. To my surprise, this e-mail was briefly dismissed with the fact that they cannot do anything with it.

When it comes to a sweater of a few bucks I say okay, unfortunately that is not the case here.

What a crappy webshop with a crappy service !!
