Never disappointed with this palce. Been coming here for a while and have zero complaints.

Ordered online. And was able to pick up in less than 20 minutes during rush hour traffic time. Awesome! Stopped by and picked up with no hassle.

Great food, I went late and ordered online so I couldn't really experience the customer service

I did a call in order. I was on hold for a while. They kept playing this advertisement special for 25 wings for $16.99 good deal. So after being on hold, I finally get to place my order. I wanted the special that I had been listening to over and over. The young lady told me that it wasn't in there system any more and the offer had expired. I told her that was crazy and false advertising. I did place a order, my wings was ready on time. The wings where ok and could have cooked a little longer. Plus I paid extra so that I would have no flat, it was 1 flat in the order. Wingstop y'all need to stop False Advertising!

Wingstop is a great wings/chicken restaurant, there chicken is amazing. Especially there fries, they are seasoned very uniquely and are delicious! A must go to restaurant if your in the area of Garland Texas, easy to find from the road. There staff was so friendly and the restaurant was so clean! Sign up for there birthday club and they send you a coupon for a free fry on your birthday!

I always come here it's way bigger than the other wingstop's

This location doesnt care about providing customers with good quality food. The workers are continually standing around talking and eating behind the counter where the customers can see them. The order are continuously being done wrong. I order lemon pepper wings dry. They gave them to me full of grease and cold. I told them they shook the grease off put it in a different box and gave me back the same greasy old wings. Not only that they make the fries in 6to 7 batches at a time they redip it in the grease so they will be hot so the customers will think its fresh and it's not. I watched them do it and they were unaware that I was watching them because they were busy talking and playing instead of working.
Nothing is made to order so beware

These people must be high or something when they're prepping an order. Rude ass people in the front counter too, this wing stop is the worst.

Trash on 90% of the tables had to clean and clear our own table. Service was slow. Food on the floor.

They always ask your order then cut you off asking your name. I tell them I want 10pc wing and they ALWAYS try and insist on adding fries and a drink. I JUST WANT WHAT THE #@!! I ask for!!!!!

I could not enjoy my food because there were dirty tables with so many flies. When I get up to a drink or napkins i had to run back to my table before a fly get on my food.

Horrible place to eat. Food is ALWAYS OLD AND COLD. No one cares, and the problem will never be corrected. If you like COLD OLD FOOD EAT HERE

Most un satisfied place fries all soaked in grease and wings not cooked well has to be the worst wing stop I have ever gon too never going back not even worth the money I payed

Called in my order at 8:02pm I was told it will be a 40min wait, it was ok with me. My husband gets there around 8:40pm and was told he got to wait another 50min!!! Seriously?!!! The manager said that our order was barely called in their system, awful costumer service. I give them a 1 star because there is no -5 star which in some places is highly needed

Just pick up order and didnt have any ranch that should come with my combo orders and didnt get extra ranch that I paid for.

The survice on the phone is bad they always put me on hold every time i call and the wings are Cold i also found a hair in the wings

They gave me cold fries with no seasoning,i went in to get fresh ones,the switch it with some more cold fries that was already sitting there,so i had to get some more,and then they dump my my old fries back in the fryer,and gave me some new ones...so someone else got those nasty cold friesthat they just reheated

Pretty bad service. They take about 45 minutes to make an order ready!

Food is nasty, and when I was there I saw them stack trays of fries on top of each other with no plastic on them, also they keep all the chicken in a huge Bucket.

Well where do I start Wingstop used to be one of the best place to go for wings now their service is bad their wings are no good there over-cooked under flavored I've tried several different places locations and still get the same service food like I said not enough seasoning on the chicken wings and most of the time the wings are over-cooked like I said before

I love the food but this time they give me my food late and plus it had messing wings and the wing they give me were dry that I will never go back there

They have this arrows that says ONLINE ORDERS PICK UP ONLY so I went straight there and told them that I was there to pick up an online order and they told me I m sorry sir you have to go back to the line so by that time 2 more customers walk in so I had to wait behind them!! So when it was almost my turn 2 mor customers walk in and went straight to online pick up and I told them that they are not using that and the lady said yes we do how I I help you!! So I was just wondering why they didn t want to help me and made me get to the bank of the line!! It s just frustrating

The one and only!! Best wing service I have had, but it has to be since it is the benchmark store. Go for the fries(I'm serious), wing are not greasy, but also packed with flavor!

Rude. Disrespectful. Unorganized. Terrible customer service. Slow. Waste of time and energy. Don't go to this location

As a former employee who knows the various skips this restaurant takes to save time and provide germs to food which include not using gloves when grabbing your roll and putting it in the oven, telling me to pick up dropped fries from the table and to re fry them to "eliminate the germs" and the table is "clean", and lastly the touching of hair of most of the employees as they scratch their hairs and use that same germs to put into your chicken. Furthermore, they re fry many of their products to keep them "warm" and "fresh", when in reality your fries and wings usually are around 1-2 hours old. Never go to this wingstop unless its really unbusy so they don't resort to cheap methods.

So i got some burnt and super salty fries i got this delivered along side with 20 piece wings and all i can get is a 4(price of fries) dollar credit next time i order with the same delivery app. Ruined dinner and all i get is if i can go pick them up. After paying for delivery

I called in Order and they were very friendly and fast.

I believe this is one of the biggest and wingstops in the area!
Definitely one of my go to whenever it comes to location and space.
I feel like wingstops should be more active/engaged with their customers

I love wing stop. Usually, we call ahead and order take out. I enjoy the original hot and the lemon pepper wings - bone-in of course. The fries are to die for and the ranch is drinkable!! Seriously, I dip my wings, veggie sticks and fries in the ranch. Be sure to order an extra one.

I bought 40 wings this evening, because I didn't buy drinks and fries, no dipping sauces for me at this wingstop. Will not return to this location other locations give you at best 2 and you pay for extra.

Very good without doubt. Sauces of the sauces. The dads very well. For my wingstop and chiken and rice they have the best wings ... and I have tried many other places

Good wings service is good and it's an alr place to hang out

Pretty good but they take a long time and only one employee is rude she always says something wen we say we want them wet but it is a really good place to eat but it takes a long time.

UPDATE (6/4): In response to Tiara, I emailed Guest Experience a month ago and have received nothing back. I even sent a follow up email 2 weeks ago with no response as well. Requesting everyone who had a bad experience at your location to explain their frustrations via email seems redundant to me, and appears to have been a waste of my time in this case.

Brought in a coupon I was emailed as a Birthday promotion but they would not accept it because the cashier said it had to be printed.

Cashier didn't even apologize or try to work it out with me or try to escalate the issue to the manager.

We just left and took our business elsewhere.

Most disgusting place ever!! There's literally gum under every table!! Each chair is sticky, and they have each sauce available spread all over the walls!!! Never going back again. Will be calling manager

The coke machine was down and i couldnt get help for over 30 minutes when i got my wings they were cold worst experience ever

Ordered over the phone. They said 30 mins and then when i got there it was another 30 mins. The manager was apologetic but he was the only one. I delt with angel who was absolutely rude...acting like its our fault they messed up. Hope corporate likes explaining this one!

Always busy good food they need to fix vent a hood smoke was all over store was burning my eyes.

Online orders are a joke. gave me a time to pick up my food but then show up and wait 25 mints it's the game day maen. Still got my order wrong lol luckily my wife pregnant or she would of mad me go back but she got what she wanted this is all I can do write a comment lol

Twice in a row I have had problems with online ordering my food from this location. First order was lost had to wait 20 mins. That's fine if I wasn't spending my 1 30 minute break of a 12 hr shift to eat when it takes 10 mins each way to get and go. Got refunded. Today came in my order was not only not all flats I paid a premium for, half my order was missing. I risk soggy fries calling in an order to be able to pick up a meal before work. I accept that risk but messed up or not ready food is unacceptable. Refunded then called my boss and told him I'm gonna be late, I'm getting chicken. Called in an identical order to the Casa Linda wingstop and am now eating a correctly made meal 30 minutes late to work.

They took like 30 mins on a dine-in order. Don't know why

I pre-ordered my food hours in advance for 8pm got there a little early so I expected to wait a little bit 8pm comes by and still no food. I asked the girl where my food was she said there were 5 tickets ahead of me. I ordered this food at 4 pm to be ready by 8. I finally got my food my tenders we're stale and hard and had no sauce on them my wings were tiny. Just don't go to this location. Go to the one on Buckner in Dallas.

Last week I went and asked for two ranches and a cheese sauce. Only received one ranch and a cheese sauce but was charged for two ranches. Today I went to go get a car wash and decided to stop again. Worst mistake I asked for the same thing got all sauces asked for but they did not close the cheese sauce correctly so when I took out of my back seat all my fries some of my carrots and all my cheese sauce and ranch feel out of the bottom of the bag. All in my drive way all of over me and some on my newly washed car. Is it that hard to close the tops correctly?

Pricey for wings but they are worth it. You get a lot of fries.

Always good and consistent a little high but worth it for a quick wing fix.

Hello just so you know I asked for a take away order today and they did not put ranch in any order the potatoes came almost empty and a lousy service there many young people working there and from what I see there
They do the job well

They need to improve their costumer service skills.

Good food, might be a little expensive and is a little crowded.

The food is fine but the first time I went to this place ... I arrived asking in Spanish to the cashier how to order and luckily I only looked at her and she started to do other things, she didn't even take the education to say q did not speak Spanish or simply speak to another bilingual partner very badly x this ...

the food is good, but sometimes the wait is excruciating. I always call ahead and order my food, but even then sometimes I'm still there 20-40 minutes waiting. I have learned to avoid that I just add 15 minutes to whatever they tell me that way I'm always on time or only waiting a few minutes.

I ve ordered from this wingstop plenty of times before. Today I Ordered extra crispy wings with an extra side of dipping sauce(which I paid for and didn t get). Wings were not extra crispy at all. They were very chewy as if they were sitting in cold grease for a while. Called and asked to get my order remade. Was told no because the cook said they cooked the chicken an extra 5 minutes. Obviously that s a lie and if so the grease was not hot to begin with or too much chicken was added causing the grease to cool. I DONT EAT CHEWY CHICKEN and am not eating this PERIOD. Was then told if I brought the uneaten chicken back they d remake my order and hung up in my face. I ll come get my wings but this will definitely be my last time ever going to this location and I will tell everyone about my experience at this location.
