Twice in a row I have had problems with online ordering my food from this location. First order was lost had to wait 20 mins. That's fine if I wasn't spending my 1 30 minute break of a 12 hr shift to eat when it takes 10 mins each way to get and go. Got refunded. Today came in my order was not only not all flats I paid a premium for, half my order was missing. I risk soggy fries calling in an order to be able to pick up a meal before work. I accept that risk but messed up or not ready food is unacceptable. Refunded then called my boss and told him I'm gonna be late, I'm getting chicken. Called in an identical order to the Casa Linda wingstop and am now eating a correctly made meal 30 minutes late to work.
