My name is Lucy Davila, I had just got off work and was wanting to spoil myself with some take out which I rarely ever do because you guys are pretty expensive for me but I LOVE your food and I've ordered from this location a few times before and have never had a problem or mix ups ever and said why not its Saturday, so I ordered online had it placed for delivery since you guys have a special going for FREE delivery, I have a car so I could have picked up or did curbside. Little did I know that would have been the worse mistake I could have made not knowing it yet. Order was placed at 11:07pm got an email confirmation at 11:08pm saying they received the order so I waited an I kept checking the online screen to see the updates from the restaurant and it never updated and its about 11:30pm now so I call the location and a young man answers and asks for my name and I explain to him I've already ordered online its just that on my end the updates weren't changing so I was checking with you guys to see if it was good? He reassured me that it was actually done and I was like oh okay great and hung up and waited for notification from doordash. At about 11:54pm I called again because I hadn't received any updates from anyone and a young lady answers the phone and informs me they are no longer taking orders and I explained to her that I was just checking too see if my order had gotten picked up or if I could just come pick up my order since it was taking so long already and I asked for her advice on the matter and she said lets wait about 5 more mins and if they do not show up ill give you a call back at the number on file for the order and she even read back my number which was correct and I said great! I already knew my food was not going to be fresh since it had been and hour already but I was fine with popping it in the microwave and at about 12:04am I called them back since I hadn't gotten a call back and was dressed and ready I live about 5mins away so it wasn't a big deal, i just wanted to save some gas money then come to find out that they don't answers calls after 12am which is when they close so I was pretty upset and then moments later I received a text stating they canceled my order I was left hungry and I could have just came and picked up my food instead of waiting over an hour to be tricked in to waiting after you guys close and yall can't take my calls anymore and then it gets canceled. I still had to drive out to get something to eat which was raisins canes across the street from the location. I just felt wronged like honestly wronged by them and I LOVE wingstops food but I don't think ill ever come back to this location till you guys fix this like really fix it because I've been coming to you guys for 3yrs and have never had any thing like this happen to me.
