Christina might be the worst manager I ve ever meet. My wings are horrible and she s unwilling to help. She should probably do something other than customer service being that she is horrible at it.
A bit pricey for hot wings but the food is very good, and quick friendly service

Wingstop is always great. They have a friendly staff and a clean restaurant. The only thing is the wait time. If wingstop had a more efficient way to make wings faster and keep the same quality taste I would definitely rate 5-Stars. However, I placed my order as a walk in and had to wait 20-25mins before my name was called. But it was definitely worth the wait. Maybe I ll call in to order next time. I still Highly recommend
My wife and I decided to eat here due to the fact that we love wingstop. We recently moved to the area and wanted to try it out, we ignored the reviews and gave it a chance. But now we wish we would have just listened to the reviews because our wings were soggy and our fries were literally rock hard. My wife has been calling back to back only to keep being told somebody would call us back but they still haven't and its been almost a month. WE NEVER GIVE REVIEWS but this place really is just all around horrible.
Very bad the service gave me the wrong order when I went to complain, they treated me very badly, not even an apology. If you don't like your job, what are you for?
I picked up an online order and it was alright. The cashiers were kinda snooty about everything to everyone. It was kinda blah.
My name is Lucy Davila, I had just got off work and was wanting to spoil myself with some take out which I rarely ever do because you guys are pretty expensive for me but I LOVE your food and I've ordered from this location a few times before and have never had a problem or mix ups ever and said why not its Saturday, so I ordered online had it placed for delivery since you guys have a special going for FREE delivery, I have a car so I could have picked up or did curbside. Little did I know that would have been the worse mistake I could have made not knowing it yet. Order was placed at 11:07pm got an email confirmation at 11:08pm saying they received the order so I waited an I kept checking the online screen to see the updates from the restaurant and it never updated and its about 11:30pm now so I call the location and a young man answers and asks for my name and I explain to him I've already ordered online its just that on my end the updates weren't changing so I was checking with you guys to see if it was good? He reassured me that it was actually done and I was like oh okay great and hung up and waited for notification from doordash. At about 11:54pm I called again because I hadn't received any updates from anyone and a young lady answers the phone and informs me they are no longer taking orders and I explained to her that I was just checking too see if my order had gotten picked up or if I could just come pick up my order since it was taking so long already and I asked for her advice on the matter and she said lets wait about 5 more mins and if they do not show up ill give you a call back at the number on file for the order and she even read back my number which was correct and I said great! I already knew my food was not going to be fresh since it had been and hour already but I was fine with popping it in the microwave and at about 12:04am I called them back since I hadn't gotten a call back and was dressed and ready I live about 5mins away so it wasn't a big deal, i just wanted to save some gas money then come to find out that they don't answers calls after 12am which is when they close so I was pretty upset and then moments later I received a text stating they canceled my order I was left hungry and I could have just came and picked up my food instead of waiting over an hour to be tricked in to waiting after you guys close and yall can't take my calls anymore and then it gets canceled. I still had to drive out to get something to eat which was raisins canes across the street from the location. I just felt wronged like honestly wronged by them and I LOVE wingstops food but I don't think ill ever come back to this location till you guys fix this like really fix it because I've been coming to you guys for 3yrs and have never had any thing like this happen to me.
The food is very good and hot and the wings have lots of meat. I only give this a 4 because I have called in my order twice on a busy night and when arrived they still have not started on my order but I understand they are busy so let it go.
Each and every time I have stopped by this location, the employees have made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The cashiers are always rude and or walk off as I approach the order counter and do not communicate. I'll never go back. Not like it's hard to find another establishment that fries chicken wings with the same range of flavors.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. The employees are the rudest human beings, they lack customer service skills. The food takes forever and they refused to let my family and I get a meal that we could eat inside at 11pm but let everyone after us sit down. The cashier than claimed that it was a "race thing". Although it wasn't. If I could give anything lower than 1 star I would. Steer clear of this place or you'll regret it.
We waited 40 minutes for 8 wings and fries. When we asked about the wait they were unapologetic . Asked for our money back and the manager didn't even ask what was wrong. We could have made wings and fries from scratch for 15 people in that time. The Raising Cane's across the street was where we finally ate.
The.cajun corn was definitely a welcome addition to my meal. They've fot great sauces an great chicken. No complaints to be had here.

Don't expect anyone to greet you for curbside pick-up. We waited 10 minutes before going inside instead. Were told it would be 10 more minutes to wait. 10 more and no food. STILL had to go back in and wait... only to be told 'we will bring it out' and THEN find out the food was sitting out the whole time.
So 30 minutes wasted for cold food and poor customer service. Yay.

I went to this location one day ago and they gave me overburnt wings that seem like they've been sitting there for over an hour. The fries were overburnt as well and they put way too much seasoning on them. WORST WINGSTOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
Usually good and did not expect to find this. Also packing was bad and the sauces soaked through the bag.
Horrible service, food cold, they dont check to make sure they put everything in your bag. And get an attitude when you ask fr manager who also cant help.

Made a delivery order took one hour and fifteen minutes to arrive and half of the order is missing.Called and was put oh hold for 16 minutes and then they haged up. Had to call back two times. Explained what happened then they asked do you want to come pickup what was missing. I said no that's way I had delivery.
Normally don t have issues with this location but I had to review after what I experienced today. Made an online order and didn t realize everything about it was wrong until I got home. Wrong flavors and fries were soggy when I ordered extra crispy. When I went to pick up the correct order there was no apology or compensation for wasting my time. Fries still weren t crispy and the wings on the correct order (bottom) were literally half the size of the wings in the wrong one.
The best Wingstop in the area. Huge seating area with TVs. Quick service.
I cant complain about the wings! They are always good. But, the stuff seems like they do not know anything about customer service! They try to kick you out before closing and they even start sweeping under your table.
The food is dry fries dont have seasoning and are cold. Wings are cooked well but lafk of seasoning and when they do they just pour on the top. Dissatisfied

The wings lack the proper seasoning or no seasoning at all! Make sure you wing are straight before u leave... I don't have the patience to wait for wings that the kitchen can't prepare properly...
It is a good place to share with friends and family, the place is big aunq sometimes you have to wait a bit.

You get what you get. You want quick wings with some fries here you go. I've had better Wingstop, but this particular location it was just "meh" nothing to go run and tell your best friends, family or girl over.
Ordered to eat in, told we had a 15 min wait or so. Saw multiple people come in an order their food pay for it and we're served around the 15-minute mark. I checked my receipt timeline and the wife and I had been waiting 40 minutes. I went up to check and apparently they had lost my order somewhere in the kitchen and sped my food order up.
Tables for dirty we had to put down paper towels just to be able to sit at the table. I got the last two paper towels off the paper towel holder.
The food we ordered was good and hot, we chalked it up to one bad experience at a restaurant we had only done take out at before.
I come here all the time bc it s the closest one to my house, but every time I order and pay for all classic, drums, I never get all drums but instead flaps, today I decided to finally go back in and tell them it was all drums and what they said was it didn t specify if I wanted all drums that s what Classic is even showed the cashier the receipt emailed to me might have to start driving farther to get my order correct I guess

Overall, Staff is ok. Sometimes when I go in and place an Order the Wings are cold by the time I get home(5 min from Wing Stop) and they smell funny. All most like an Order that was not picket up by someone else. It does not happen a lot. For the most part I do like Wing Stop and I will continue to get my Wings from there.
We waited 40 mins & the place was empty so I'd hate to see the wait had there been a crowd. Food was not good at all. The lemon pepper wings were hot (cooked) but nothing to rave over. The fries were horrible! The drink machine & it's 1000 combo choices was the highlight (insert sarcasm). Maybe it was just an "off-night" for them but for forty-dollars I expect better food.

Went in @ 10:30 pm they told me it would be a 30 min wait. There was NOT a lot of people, I look back and they were cleaning out the kitchen in the back trying to leave early. Walked out.
