No one likes to answer phone, I was hung up on, and when they do answer they act like they don t want to take your order.

Love coming to this place fries are the beast i always get mine well done. Lemmon pepper wings are the bomb wish the hot was a little spicer without having to get the atomic.

Hit or miss. Never during a game. I waited an hour and ordered online. Had 3pc chkn strip, weren't fresh. Old chicken and only one strip was edible. Fries were the only thing fresh.

Check to make sure your food is all there if you do take out. It's not worth driving all they way back up there to get what they might leave out, like a side of wings.
They are slow, don t look up orders correctly and do not greet customers when they been standing there for 2-5 mins

I ordered on line for pickup and arrived a little early. I was greeted right away by welcome to WingStop by a you women and a smiling face. She checked me out and said my order should be ready in a few minutes. As I stould there waiting everyone that walked in the door she greeted the same as myself. On my receipt it said her name is Edith. Thanks Edith for great customer service. Oh and the wings were great too
This is what you will be paying for at this wingstop location. I hope the manager does something about this food and get on their cooks. The very first wing stop to open in Dallas and it should be on top of it's reputation, this is just disgusting, never retuning to this location.

Bad service. Payed for rolls and they forgot to put it in my order. I Also asked extra sauce on my wings and not even that. To top it off the wings really are soggy, avoid this wing stop. Unsatisfied and bad management
I called in my order then once I arrived they apparently didn t have my order. They were also just acting like they were taking phone orders but they weren t.
terrible, terribly slow service. food is subpar. not worth the money or the wait. called to place an order & was on hold for thirty minutes. by the time i got to the restaraunt they served me in line while i was still on hold on the phone while ordering. wait time for order was still 20 minutes in addition to having been on hold for 30+ minutes before i decided to just hang up. it was a little busy but not terribly busy. they have someone holding the door open for customers as they leave the restaurant but no one on the phones to take orders in. piss poor service. i wouldn t waste my money or time on this particular wingstop. i love wingstop but this location wingstop is garbage.
Waited an HOUR when told it was going to be ready in 30min over the phone! If I could I would rate it NO stars, this is absolutely the worst experience at any wingstop ever, needs more staff!
It's been more 3 times that they either mess up my to go order or theres an issue with their drinks. Today was the last time that I will be coming to this location. Though they repeated my order when ordering and again at checkout, what I got is not what I ordered and then their drink machines were down again. It is not worth the service.
Order only 15 wings and large fries and we been here 48 mn and theirs barely anyone here , i asked the a women how much time for my order and said " i dont know their taking their time back their"

I always come to this Wingstop because it is convenient and close to home. On Sunday night I picked up an order that cost roughly around $28 dollars, I gave the cashier two $20's. My change was a 10 dollar bill, a dollar bill and some change. Not knowing they handed me a fraudulent $10 dollar bill, I took it! This is super annoying because from my experience with working with money, it is the cashier's responsibility to always check for fraudulent money! Not only was I embarrassed when I proceeded to use the $10 dollar bill elsewhere, I was upset because I lost $10 dollars! If you go here check your money before leaving the register, or pay with card.
Besides all that trouble, they did not even get my order right.
I had a very bad experience the cashier was very rude got my order wrong and then whenever she called my name on the loudspeaker she was bad-mouthing me I asked her what was her problem and she was still having an attitude I told her that was going to report this I waited for a long time for my food because she got it wrong I pay with my credit card so she had it charged me again for the change on my food hey she couldn't do it and it took even longer the manager they know how to erase the charge and to recharge me I waited almost for an hour to get my order my my food was cold on the end the host name is Viridiana and the place address is 12:51 Northwest Highway I would like for y'all to address the situation why would now like to go back at least y'all fix this for me I would like to hear from you soon thank you and by the way Wingstop is one of my favorite restaurants not after this experience and imma keep posting this review fancy I do something about this for me
Due to Covid, you still aren't allowed to eat inside. It was clean and spaced out for customers. Staff was very friendly!!
I do love the atomic wings and fries are delicious. I do order online, to avoid the waiting min.

The staff is not very nice. They need to learn customer service. And also, my fries had zero seasoning on them, and tasted half cooked.
By far my favorite location. They TAKE CARE OF YOU. I always ask for extra seasoning at every other location and no one adds it but them! Good location
Needed to stop for a bite to eat wings were good and hot seasoned very well staff gets your food out fast and dining room table are cleaned fast
We have been going to this Wingstop since they first opened. The wings are usually really good, but tonight was a little disappointing. The service was ok, usually very good. I guess they were having a bad night, we will go back.
I've been there long time ago didn't like the wings didn't get my whole order but the fries were delish that's about it they didn't give me my celery sticks and I was pissed so I'm going to give them one star rating
Great food.... Horrible service. The young ladies up front taking the orders barely listen. We have yet to go there, order a to-go order and NOT have them set in on a tray on the counter for dine-in and our food not be cold because they then have to bag after it has sat there. We've also had a young lady roll her eyes and mumble something in Spanish. I guess she assumed we were unable to comprehend Spanish. But after that, we never went back. The Wing Stop down Broadway is much better, much quicker and always gets our order correct.

Ordered online, curbside pick up. Pull into a curbside spot and sit for 10 minutes. No one comes out to check the name on the order. I go inside to let them know I was there. Was told food was not ready and they would bring it out to us in 10 min. 15 minutes go by i go back inside and I am told my order is next up. They hand me my food, I drive 5 minutes home its cold the fries are cold and soggy, the dipping sauces are wrong. Hell even the wings are cold. Guess my food sat out for those 25 minutes I was waiting.
Should of went to Henderson's just down the block.
Kitchen always a mess, trash cans overflowing. Freestyle machine is always nasty. Tea is nasty. Wings are soggy with not enough sauce. Avoid like the plague.

Crappy service and the manager is crappy as well! Called to confirm if I could use my bday emailed gift here that Wingstop sent me & they said yes so I went ahead and ordered. ( the manager confirmed this) I waited 45 mins for my food but when I went all of a sudden they said I couldn t. I told them I called ahead and asked, I even spoke to the manager and nothing! I could have pay the extra $10 but it was the fact that they acted so unprofessional so I didn t buy anything! Never coming here again!
