UPDATE (6/4): In response to Tiara, I emailed Guest Experience a month ago and have received nothing back. I even sent a follow up email 2 weeks ago with no response as well. Requesting everyone who had a bad experience at your location to explain their frustrations via email seems redundant to me, and appears to have been a waste of my time in this case.

Brought in a coupon I was emailed as a Birthday promotion but they would not accept it because the cashier said it had to be printed.

Cashier didn't even apologize or try to work it out with me or try to escalate the issue to the manager.

We just left and took our business elsewhere.
