The great thing about WindowWorks is when there is a problem they come out immediately and fix it. My tech Vova and my service provider, Julie, were on point. Nothing is ever 100% especially when you are spending money to replace windows and doors. But what is 100% is the service I received when things went wrong.
Ty came to our house and helped trouble shoot an issue we had been having with one of our windows. It had turned out to be user error but he was incredibly kind and helped us get our windows back on track.
We want to highly compliment the Window Works technician who came to our house today and installed a new window pane in our large bow "picture" window. Dave is his name. He was able to arrive early which worked out great for us and he was quick, efficient, professional, neat and tidy, kind, polite and friendly! Cannot give him enough praise!

Overall, the full process was rather seamless. We decided to use WindowWorks because they seemed to have offered a good deal, although we didn't bother to do any comparisons for sake of time and energy. However, it was a smooth process. The work had to be rescheduled for the following week due to some transport issue, but it was a quick job and the new windows help to make the home feel new. The only negative was when the gentlemen were preparing to complete the work, there was a comment regarding our bushes needing to be trimmed, but this was not discussed prior to. It's a good service.

He is also prompt with scheduling and if he is running late, he will call hours in advance to let you know. He values his customers and their time. Michele Ortega, from customer service also was very prompt and professional with scheduling Tela to come to save the day.

I recently had 18 winders replaced after much thought and time puttin them off. A nice young man that went by the name of Moses came out and discussed what I needed done. He was very polit and helpful letting me know what he thought would be best after i described to him what I want. He even helped me to keep costs down with some fine recommendations. I know that I can be difficult at times but he was very patient with me and described the winders and the financing till I understood. At my age I cannot afford to make mistakes with purchases like these, but I am happy that I choose Window Works and Moses to take care of me. My home has that shine again and I don t have to run the air as much.

I recently had 12 windows installed in my home after weeks of research and listening to sales presentations. I received 5 estimates and decided on Window Works. They weren t the cheapest, but also not the most expensive out of the estimates I received. Their presentation was more informative than Pella, Andersen, Feldco, etc. The features, quality and price point were exactly what I was looking for. Install crew was fast and courteous and I was impressed with how quickly the job was done. Huge difference in curb appeal, outdoor noise and efficiency too!

We were having some difficulty getting some fine points resolved regarding the installation of our Kohler Walk-In Bath. We talked with at least 3 people, all of whom promised to take of things and get back to us. Unfortunately, there was no follow-thru. Subsequently, we got in contact with Karen Oberoi, who cleared up all of the issues and expedited the installation of our Walk-In Bath. Karen does what she promises.
Paul and Dave came out and completed the work as ordered. They did a great job (came when scheduled, worked efficiently, and cleaned up any mess). Ashley, the service representative called and emailed me in a follow up to be sure that we were satisfied with the work which we are. yay windoworks!
I wanted to let you know how professional the experience with Hector was today. He fixed all of the issues with the slider door including; replacing the door handle, correcting the misalignment of the toe lock and replacing the dinged piece of door trim. He was polite, friendly and accommodating. I am sure I would not have needed this secondary service call if Hector had performed the previous work. I actually procrastinated calling to get this issue corrected, because of the previous poor workmanship experience. I m very pleased and I love my slider door again!
I would like to thank Window Works and the installers for doing a great job on my first install. I must say the beginning of this project was not looking promising. There were miscommunications with my sales rep but Karen saved the day. She knows that my work has me away most of the working hours, Karen took time from her personal evening hours and weekends to discuss my project and kept me updated through it all. I m now waiting on a second install that once again Karen made happen. Window Works is lucky to have such a gem.

I recently had all of my windows replaced and Window Works did a fantastic job. The sales process was a little awkward and there was an installation delay, since the windows weren't ready, but the overall experience was great and I would highly recommend Window Works to anyone that is thinking about replacing their windows. The installation process could not have been better and their customer service is top notch, I needed something and Kasey got it tom me withing a few minutes. When scheduling the free consultation appointment with Marissa she was very adamant my husband had to be present at the consultation, so I scheduled an evening appoint for September 19th @ 6:00pm. NO ONE from WindowWorks ever arrived. WindowWorks never called to let me know no one was coming. Windowworks doesn't care about their customers!!

The guys that came to work on the windows were on time. Courteous, they took their shoes off before entering our home without me asking. They got the job done quickly without any apparent breaks. They asked any time they needed anything in a respectable manner. They were cool with our son running around behind them, even though we tried to keep him in check, he's 2 and curious. I was unable to replace one of the windows in my stormdoor after I removed it for cleaning. I purchased the door in 2017, found the paper work and called for assistance. They sent one of the installers from 2017 out the very next day, FREE of charge. The young man was very punctual, polite and showed me what I had done wrong. Dave Phillips came out to take a look at the windows we had installed last spring. After installation we had our house painted and that company had sprayed the house and windows with a supposed cleaner that left a film on everything. Dave helped us get the windows cleaner than we had been able to. Dave was very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips on how to care for our new windows.
They have great products In my case I have ordered 18 windows from them They came out and installed them within the timely fashion. Yes there were small things that unfortunately didn't go well such as: their installer forgot to finish caulking on two windows from the bottom. However the day of the installation we had a 100 degree weather. In couple of days, the inspector from window works came out and he noticed the unfinished job. Within couple of weeks they came out and finished the job. So overall I am really happy with the windows and the installation hence the 5 star review I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Our representative Mike Cook was punctual and ringing the doorbell at the precise time scheduled. Our rep Mike was very knowledgeable about the product and presented in a friendly concise manor. The quality of the product is superior when compared to other merchandise in the market. However it is expensive but I m looking forward to getting what I paid for.

Window Works did a very professional and great job from sales to installation to the quality of their doors. Our intallers, Afrim and Mike, were by far one of the best teams we have ever had. They were thorough, professional, courteous and they did an exceptional job installing our entry door and storm door. In addition to their quality work, they were very neat and clean, cleaning up everything including sweeping inside the house! Afrim and Mike, you are the best! Their follow up service is exceptional as well. We currently have a small gap in a corner at the base of the door; the follow up service rep, Mike, came out to check on the job. Perfect timing! I had a concern about the gap and he IMMEDIATELY took a picture, called the office and set up an appointment to correct the situation. It's all about quality, professionalism, knowledge, follow up and service. We are giving them a 5+ in all catagories! Thank you Window Works!

After the window installers came out to make some window repairs; The tech, James Lively came out and did a thorough assessment of the necessary drywall repairs inside my home. He notified his office immediately of the issues; and from there, Window Works schedule James to come back out in a timely manner to make the necessary repairs. He was on time, very professional and most of all he did an excellent job!!!

Ty came out and did a quick inspection on 1 of my windows i had put in back in 2015 ish ....i was getting some leaks during heavey rains ....he found a weep hole was semi pluggeged and the water coming in from above the window is due to in need of some wood replacement ....very professional and great personality ....i love this company and their products ....had all my windows done in 2015 and then last dec 2018 had front door and doror to garage done too ....im in a townhome and just by using these products has literally cut my utilities by 50% ....i will abd continue to recommend as much as possible

Window Works did an amazing job of showing us what their products can do, communicating with us the timeline of the project and installing the windows quickly and efficiently. They even replaced any rotting wood before installing. We had three windows installed in under 2 hours.

I ordered my windows and siding in July, dealt with a sales rep named Matt. The quality of the product is defiantly there, I have no issues with the product. However, customer service is what they preach 5 star rating this, 5 star 5 that. Well, I did not receive any of that! My problems with this company started in September. I was told my installation would begin Sept, 11 and then I was notified that the material will not be on time. I was totally cool with that, couple of weeks later I was told the materials have arrived and my start date will be the 1st week of October. At this point I was calling to notify that I needed a window removed because we had closed it off, I told them 6 times and nobody seemed to care. I never received an amendment to take the window off. Alright, 1st week of October comes, nothing happens, 2nd week comes, and nothing. My sliding door did arrive but that is not what I was expecting. I called window works on a Saturday, told them what I was told. I asked where is my windows and siding? They replied, "we do not have anything in the schedule for you". I was told they will call me back several times, they do not call you back. I even told the customer service rep, I bet a million dollars you will not call me back. Of course I was right, I also called Matt the sales rep who never picks up his phone or calls you back on that Saturday. He called me a week later saying that I was requesting a call back from him, and he said he never received my phone call. I flat out told him I am disappointed with window works and I requested a window to be removed and it is still on the contract. Finally, I got the amendment to take the widow off, and also received my date to start the project. Fast forward to the day I get my windows, they ran out of material to complete the job, once again I called customer service. However, nobody has called me back and now I do not even know when this job will be completed. I would not have been so ticked off, if they would do something to make it right with the customer. If you are that busy where your customer service cannot call you back then hire more people. I wish I would of went somewhere else to be honest.
The windows have been great, they made a huge difference in our utility bills. We had Ty out today to fix one of our 2nd floor windows. He was very friendly and did a great job. Michelle from their customer service team called a little later to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction.
Adam was the lead installer, and he and his crew were on time, very clean, polite and professional. We had a scratch in one window and Michele immediately took care of getting a replacement ordered. Although we do not have the new window as of yet, because we had just contacted Window Works today, we have been very satisfied with this company from the time the representative came to our home until this point. Update - Michele and the team brought our new window and installed it just as promised. I would definitely recommend this company.
