We had a difficult front door replacement situation and the team of Afrim and Mike not only told me everything would turn out ok when they arrived, they performed above any and all expectations. My door looks spectacular and the extra effort these two put in to 1) make me feel comfortable and 2) make the finished install perfect (down to custom trim on the interior) was unreal. I would recommend Window Works and any of the installers that work under Tela to complete the job!

The company followed through with the promise of delivering my windows. They got the associations permit too. The patio and the windows are all looking good. The company also did a good job of following up with me regarding installing the windows. They do have some high pressure sales however since we were convinced about the products capability we let it slide. The one thing that was amiss a bit was that I called the salesman to include 1 more window and there was no response on that.

Decent product but terrible customer service. The sales guy also lied and said that they only sent window works employees. I had 2 jobs installed both we're done by contractors that did not work for window works and could care less about their quality, we're rude, and arragant. Took dozens of calls and emails just to get simple resolutions.

My husband had to be removed by ambulance tthrough a window and the damage was done. I Called and Michelle was very understanding and compassionate and got in touch with Paul who came after he was already done for the day and fixed my window. It helped in a very stressful situation.

In the dead of winter, Window Works installers replaced 3 sets of old windows that not only leaked but also were unable to silence outside traffic noise from bedroom and bath areas of our house.

New Window Works windows have resolved problems noted above and crew did an outstanding with installation and clean up.

I had all my windows replaced and installed by Window Works today. They are very professional and courteous. Samantha was able to help me with every question that I had, and am very pleased with how my windows look. My technician, Paul, came to fix a toe lock on my patio door and to address the condensation issue. He promptly fixed my toe lock and explained to me in great detail how condensation occurs and how to avoid it. Great overall experience and wonderful, knowledgeable technician.

While cleaning my seven-month old windows, I pull the windows down and was not able to put it back in place. So not only would it not close properly, ii would not lo ck either. Window Works was able to get a technician, Hector, out to my home within a reasonable timeframe. Hector immediately knew what the problem was and so patiently explained to me what caused the windows to tget off the track and took the time to show me how to avoid his problem in the future. Hector also showed me how to put the windows back on the track, These are qualities of Window Works staff that has made me a repeat customer. The service I have experienced, from the first call to the completion of the job has been excellent!!!

Excellent service and friendly attitude from everyone I spoke with regarding my patio door replacement.

Purchased 2 storm doors and it took 3 different appointments to install. First, the doors were not the color I chose. Then, the second door did not fit, installers said the correct measurements were not taken. Last appointment, they made a mistake and the door did fit the installer just wanted to go home. Poor service for the price I paid! I thought this was a professional company..

I'm very satisfied with all the staff I was in contact with. The 1st call Kassey was super getting me Ty to originally came and check my problem with a window. Then Kassey again scheduled me for inquiry and repair by Paul and Dave. They explained the situation and repaired and completely describe what happened and how it was fixed. Super satisfied! Had 7 windows installed today. Guys were great, they cleaned up their mess, and even rehung my blinds. One even replaced a glass top table for me.
I'm the 6th one in my neighborhood to have windows installed by you. I had patio doors installed last summer, and windows this year. Satisfied with all.

The service technician from Window Works, Dave Phillips was out today to work on our front door. He was very polite & courteous. Did an excellent job in s short period of time. Thanks again Dave!

Ty and Paul were so sweet, they even showed us how to get stickers off the glass, and proceeded to clean them for us!!!

Hector Quezada did a wonderful job adjusting my window, when I had a small problem with it sealing. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the corrected window. It was a small fix, but he was friendly and took the time to make sure there was nothing wrong with any of the other windows as well that were installed. Its nice to know that this company takes customer service very seriously.

Hector arrived early, was very professional and resolved my sliding door issue.

I had a couple of minor cosmetic issues after installation of 7 windows. Customer service scheduled follow up visit quickly one week later. Hector came out promptly and addressed every issue and question I had even unscheduled ones. I showed him 3 windows that were a little had to open and he magically fixed the problem on the spot. Great customer service!

Just expressing how impressed I am with the teamwork and efforts made my Michelle and Tye in addressing the service call I placed for an exposed section that was previously caulked. We had 6 windows replaced. The guys that showed up were so nice and super fast! They answered any questions I had, as they went about completing their tasks. We ve had them in almost a week & have already noticed such a difference in our home!

I called to request an estimate to update my windows. I spoke with a representative and she told me that they will call me back to set up an appointment. They never did.
Update: I got a follow up call from Kathy. She apologized for the delay stating that they are running behind due to limited staff caused by COVID19. She offered to send someone the same day, however, I already had oredered the windows from someone else and had to decline her offer.

I have had Window Works install all new windows in my Cape Cod older home last fall. Over this past winter, my new windows kept my home cozy, with no drafts, rattling, or excessive noise from the outside. I was so pleased that I had Window Works install a ew back door and replace my front door. Not only are my new doors beautiful, they open and close with ease and, again, no drafts or rattling. Great to do business with. Installation went smooth. Installer was very professional and knowledgeable. Windows look great. Will definitely use them again.

Very efficient & neat work. Efficient removal of all trim which was dark stained wood. Were able to reuse to trim 2 small bedroom windows so it matched the rest of the trim in the rooms. All other windows had white trim which they brought. All trim fits nice & tight. Tarpped floor areas & vacuumed as part of cleanup. All cutting done outside no minimal noise & no sawdust in house.

WindowWorks did an exceptional job. From the salesmen to the work being done was very professional. I placed my order and everything was going fine. After the order was placed, me and my wife decided to change one window to are order, this is when I called and started working with Michele Ortega. She not only changed the order but took control of my project. Michele would keep me informed with the progress of the windows, setting the times for installation and follow up after the work was done. The installation crew was very good. If I had any questions or concerns they would stop and give me a detailed explanation. They cleaned up inside and outside of the house. When they left there wasn't a trace that anyone was there. I had a minor issue with one window and screen after it was installed and Michele told me everything would be taken care of, and it was. All in all very nice job by WindowWorks.

My experience with WindowWorks was excellent. I had my first winter with my new windows and door this year and I believe my heating bill was 50% less than previous years. Excellent service and quality materials

This is more of a review for Paul than the company. We had a great experience with the company the first round of windows we did. The second one, not so much. Installation took forever, and took 4 attempts, as they first brought the wrong windows which failed inspection, then they were late which again failed inspection. Customer service was absolutely horrible. I called, I don't even remember how many times, and they failed to call me back for MONTHS! Yes, months. So why the 5 stars? Like I said, this is more about Paul. He came out to look at windows for possible air and water leaks. Turns out it was probably just condensation building up on the windows and dripping down to the base. It also appears as though the cold air leak with from the outside wood frame, not the windows. Paul was phenomenal! He was very friendly and explanatory. He didn't accept or deny that the windows were faulty, he simply explained his professional observations to me. We conversed for probably 10 or 15 minutes about our kids, as I have a 5 month old and he has 3. I was not looking forward to another experience with Window Works, but Paul made it great.

Very impressed with Window Works. They installed 10 windows in our home all within one day. The windows are beautiful, sturdy, and very updated. We did have a few minor issues but the customer service team was quick to get them resolved. This company has exceptional communication skills, they notify you multiple times before your appointment to confirm the time & even send you a photo of who will be showing up. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants quality products & service.

Window Works was the best. My home looks great. The windows were definitely needed. I wish i would have replaced them years ago. Luis was very helpful and the installers were professional. It was a good experience.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS. They are Liars. My 86 year old grandmother placed an order for a front and back door in March and we're still waiting for them to complete the job. I suggest if you take a chance and work with these incompetent, unprofessional individuals, please have an ATTORNEY on call. I guess that's we'll do to get our work order completed.

After conducting much of my own research I discovered Window Works and am happy that I did. Moses was very knowledgeable, gave an amazing presentation and discussed prices that could fit my budget. I didn't know windows could do so much, just that they could help on bills, but the difference of my new Window Works windows was more drastic then I had hoped! Best big purchase I have made and worth every penny!

We had a replacement window installation completed. The crew of Verdell, Robert & Darnell did a fantastic job. The end result was just perfect. It could not have not looked any better. The guys were all courteous and professional. Verdell's experience and knowlwsdge of his work was very evident. Great job guys !! I have had nothing but great experiences with WindowWorks. When they installed our windows, they were very professional and informative. Recently, a small plastic piece of one of our windows broke when workmen from another company were servicing our house. WindowWorks came out and fixed the piece free of charge. Even though it was difficult to schedule a time (due to my hectic schedule), they made sure to keep contacting me to schedule a time and get the window repaired. I felt like I was made aware of every step of the process, and most of all, I really feel like I was taken care of. I highly recommend WindowWorks!

Samantha has been ideal with followup. Often you make a purchase and it stops there... but not here. The quick response, commitment to me as a client and professional diligence made this a smooth process. Samantha responded most often within the day/24 hours for answers, guidence and all the details involved. I appreciate the communication as personal vs automated. They completed 13 windows in scheduled time as promised. Additionally, they took care of permits, approvals and kept the job on track. Both installers were amazing as well. They stayed on task, kept the work areas exceptionally clean and were skilled at their work. It was evident they take pride in what they do. As a Real Estate Agent, I noticed many Clients were using Window Works sharing their experiences and satisfaction with me. My Clients do their research and are careful in their choices as time is valuable and customer service paramount. It was always positive feedback. For this reason, I made the choice and very happy that I did.

I called Window Works customer service to have a tech come out and see why our window was not closing properly. A young lady by the name of Michelle assisted me in a professional and courteous manner. She listened to the issue we were experiencing and asked if we could provide pictures that would help assist in determining the best way to resolve the issue. So, I sent the pictures via email to Michelle and she called me back the next day to set up an appointment for the tech to come out.

The next day, between the time frame promised, the technician Vova, arrived at our house. A very pleasant and experienced man, we showed him the window and he had it fixed in no time. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the customer service that Window Works has provided from Michelle in customer service to Vova our technician and would highly recommend them to anyone who is window shopping!

Window Works = Phenomenal Customer Service!

During the recent storms I started to notice that water was flowing from the top and bottom of my newly installed front door. I contacted several of the Sr. Leaders (Joe) and informed him of my concern and my dissatisfaction with regard to my door installation. Joe (AND HIS TEAM) quickly responded and promised to come out and see what was going and go so far as to reinstall the doors. They came out the NEXT DAY!

Paul and Dave arrived determined to fix whatever the issue was and stated that they were contacted the night before and instructed to come out to my house. They were pleasant and even teased me about my favorite football team while troubleshooting my issues. Paul quickly identified that the issue wasn't Window Works but the structure above the door. One would think that they would leave it there. NOPE!! Paul and Dave sat there staring saying...what can we do? As I sat there saying there is nothing you can do it isn't your fault. Again NOPE...Paul pulled out is tools and he and Dave kept saying we can't leave you here to deal with this without some sort of fix. Here they weren't even responsible for causing the issue and they weren't going to just walk away. About an hour later they had provided me with a temporary fix, gave me some ideas on how to get it permanently fixed and never complained about the heat or the extra work. They are amazing....just like I can write a review about the bad...I will definitely take a minute to write a review about how awesome this company is.

What makes it better is that during this entire ordeal...Joe kept emailing to follow up on the status. Not sure how many COO's or CEO's you know of would take a minute once receiving a complaint to even acknowledge someone let alone personally follow up. YEP they have my vote and you all would be crazy insane not to work with them for any of your windows, doors or siding.

We are loving our new patio door! It works well with allowing us to catch a fresh breeze and up until this point it has made our family room cooler during the summer months by keeping our A/C inside. Let's see how this winter goes as prior to the installation during the winter our family room was extremely cold. Maybe now the heat will stay inside as well.....Thanks Window Works!

We first used Window Works to replace our windows are eventually had the company out to quote our front door. Mike Cook came out to the house and really took his time explaining all the details about the front door and the amount of work that was required to fix some of the shortcuts the builders took. We especially appreciated Mike when he went through everything for the second (and third time) to completely make sure we understood the great door we were getting.

We could not be happier with Window Works and highly recommend them.

Window Works 2nd time customer. Look forward to a 3rd. I just had my soffit replaced and the workers did an excellent job. They were very professional and friendly. My salesman Mike Markou is so knowledgeable. Great salesman!! I will differentiately request him. No concerns.

We had some problems with the original installation of our new gutters. In hindsight, I am hoping it was just a misunderstanding. Thanks to Karen in Service, she resolved the issues with little to no problems at all. And an extra huge thanks to Paul and Ty who came out to remedy the problem. They were AMAZING! They were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and very nice men. Thanks to Karen, Ty and Paul. You all turned what could have been a not- so-pleasant experience into a pleasantly pleasing one! Oh, and yes, our gutters are great (so far) and Window Works was a pleasure to do business with!

Window Works did a whole house window replacement as well as installation of a new patio door. The customer service department was wonderful to work with. The in home consultant explained all of my options thoroughly. Michele in the customer service department communicated well and kept me up to date on the order progress. The installation crew acted in a professional manner, showed up on time, kept a clean work area and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Window Works to anyone needing new windows.

Chris Oberbeck was wonderful !. He took time to explain everything about the company and the windows. He gave us lots of options and was very patient with us. He was willing to go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable when it came down to select the right window for us.

I am writing this letter as a note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Ms. Michele Ortega, our customer service coordinator. We placed our order on December 2019. Jeff was a fantastic sales representative no pressures just provide us with information and guidance. We had an installation date of March 20, 2020. Then the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic happened.

Ms. Ortega, called and informed us due the pandemic and for our safety they were cancelling our installation. Never could anyone have predicted how long this would continue. She called and gave us continues updates. We had different dates scheduled and one of them I cancelled because I didn t feel it would be safe. She would never get upset. She would assure me it was not a problem and just would work with us to get a new date.

Finally the day came July 13, 2020 we were going to get your new windows. She called the day before to make sure everything was good to go. Unfortunately, at that time I had to tell her we had water damage due to a roof leakage. Ms. Ortega asked for me to send her some photos of the damage and she quickly reached out to the installation team, as well as, contacting the installation supervisor. Ms. Ortega took less than 30 minutes to rectify the issues. Her ability to provide the resolution so quickly exceeded my expectations.

The day of the installation Damien and Chris showed up. I was given a window of between 10am to 12pm. As has been our experience when given a time window usually it s in the middle of the time slot or more towards the end. They showed up at 9am an hour earlier. I did tell them Oh my God you guys are early Damien s reply was Oh we can wait or we can start now and be done earlier . They started work immediately. I was so thankful. Before I knew it they were done. They were so fast! They had me inspect their work, showed us how the windows work and warned me not to touch the putty (which I did) Damien laughed and fixed it. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. There was not mess. You couldn t tell that they had pulled out all the windows and replace them.

I really have to commend the prompt service provide by both your teams. There was no request made that they didn t provide us the information we needed or an answer for.
Thank you, Jeff, Michele, Damien and Chris for your hard work both throughout the past few months and even before that. We really appreciated all that you did. We made the right choice choosing Window Works.
I would recommend your company to anyone who needs window service in the future. Your company is fantastic.

Really happy with the process and the quality of the windows.

I think these windows are kind of ugly. The corners are welded and the welds stand out. There are only 4 colors to choose from other than white. The sales guy took forever to finish up. At the 90 minute mark I asked him to finish up. At the 2 hour mark I asked him to leave because he was still talking. If I would have been shown the windows earlier in the presentation I would have stopped him and not spent any more time. The cost came down half if I signed a deal right then. Also, no dinner gift card as promised for having them over.

In the spring I had new windows installed by Window Works. Travis Williams was my sales person and I was impressed with his knowledge and caring regarding what I needed. It has just started to get colder outside and I can feel the difference and it s quieter having these windows.

Paul has been to my house a few times trying to resolve my window issue and it looks great, like new!

We recently had 8 windows installed by Bart and Sam from Window Works. They did an awesome job with the installation. Everything was completed in a single day. All of the work, inside and outside, was very professional. It was our 3rd time working with Window Works. They provide high quality windows, doors and service. I highly recommend them.
