A technician named David came to our home to look at an issue my wife was having with one of our windows He explained the reasons we having issues. He showed me how to remedy the problem easily. He asked if we had any additional questions. David was prompt and courteous. Our service experiences with Window Works have been great because of employees like David.
We are very pleased with our windows. And the installers were awesome and did a fabulous job in spite of their struggle to remove the old windows! They did great. Our complaint was getting the follow up service for the touch ups and replacements. Scheduling was fine, but there was no notification the day prior as they said there would be...even for the original installation. We never knew when they were coming and once didn't even show up. Our replacement window was delayed for over a month and the other one was the wrong window! UNTIL we finally got TY here on a service call. Not only did he get everything straightened out, but he did our final touch ups and installation on replacements perfectly. Took care of all of it on his final service call...as he promised! THANK YOU, TY! And thanks Michele for the follow up emails and confirming our final appointments. Overall, we are very pleased now that it's all finished!

First time home owners with windows from 1964. We of course looked around to see who had the better price and warranty since windows are expensive and wanting to make the right choice. Window Works came in first place with the price and amazing transferable warranty! We had two great salesman Mike and Mike that gave us lots of info on Window Works windows. Installation went smooth but did have cleaning to do after the installers. Rest assure that when I let window works know they immediately were on top of it and took care of us! We had some damage to window sills and was fixed within days! Noticed bubbled caulk months after install and they were able to get someone out within a couple of days to fix! I am very pleased with the GREAT customer service we have had and with the help of Michele through emails and phone calls I was able to get everything fixed and my questions answered immediately! We are very happy with our decision with Window Works!

Installer Joe did an outstanding and awesome job. He was timely and worked until the job was completed satisfactorily. He was concise, precise and cares deeply about the quality and appearance of his work. Joe was a one (1) man team. Joe is very experienced with demolition and installation of the product. He kept work area clean. Joe completed the installation in two days, by himself.
Michele Ortega has been consistent with follow through and kept me updated throughout the process. It was nice to be kept in the loop regarding the processing of the order and projected date of installation.

Had all of our windows replaced. They were installed over two days and some minor follow up items were promptly dealt with.
Great experience from start to finish. As usual it started with a phone call with great customer service who scheduled the apt with an awesome patience field representative. A week later he followed up to make sure I had from windows department who scheduled the install. Due to the weather things were pushed back, but I received a timely phone call to inform of the delay (much appreciated). Whenthe day came for the installation, the installers were professional, and cleaned up behind themselves. Shortly afterwards, the same day, someone came by the inspection the installation, and found a few minor overnights, of which he immediately scheduled a follow up to complete the finish touch ups. Just a side note, I have hardwood floors, so when this worker came out, he took his shoes off as to not track dust and debris throughout the house. I thought that showed a massive amount of consideration. Which that being said, I am pleased that I settled on Window Works for my window to installation.
I called window works after seeing their commercial on a Sunday morning on TV. The following day Monday I called their office and spoke to a very friendly and helpful representative who immediately set up an appointment for their representative to come out to my house.
The representative Bill came to my house on time and armed with plenty of samples and plenty of information to answer all my questions.
Bill explained the whole process in detail and gave me a great price on replacing 16 windows.
Once I placed the window order the follow up by Bill was great as he kept me informed on when my windows would arrive.
The installation crew arrived on time and completed the installation in one day. I was surprised to see Bill my sales person come by to see how things were going. Bill explained that he was in the area and remembered my installation date was today and decided to stop by.
I went with this company because of the kind and professionalism displayed by my salesman Bill.
Once the installation was completed the lead installer took me around to look at all the work that was done and took the time to answer my questions.
The installation was done in a timely manner and completed to my satisfaction I would recommend window works to anyone needing windows and doors.
My door frame needed a repair and my door handle needed to be replaced. I spoke with Kasey and she set up a time that was convenient for me. Paul called before he arrived and said he'd be early and he asked if he could get started on the repairs. He was quick, neat, and polite. WindowWorks has amazing customer service! Just an update from my previous review(below) from 2 months ago/day of install). 10/25/18 One of the side frames on our door propped out so technician TY came out and fixed it. He was the ONLY good experience I had with this company. He was nice and helpful, professional and replaced it for us. Still very unhappy with the overall experience with the company especially customer service team on phone, Karen etc from day of install. the only way the company cares about you is warranty claims and upselling..

Absolutely horrible! Regretting the purchase since 1st day. Couple thousand dollars on complete front door and I am having regrets pulling into my driveway looking at how ugly it is- the ugliness is not just my opinion but of others as well. It's embarrassing honestly. I will have memories of my horrible and ugly door experience with Window Works as I pull into my driveway and as I walk in. We have to now paint our windows exterior in front so it looks somewhat decent to cover up its ugliness since company can't do anything. When we talked to them about the contract and concerns all with advice from sales person/ rather than being more empathetic they pushed it off more saying rather "it is what it is". Should have read the previous reviews. Honestly and sincerely -PLEASE SHOP AROUND BEFORE CHOOSING THEM.

Everything about the process was simple and easy. Window Works even took care of securing building permits and dealing with my HOA. I had a couple small problems after the installation and Michelle took care of everything and kept me informed during the process. She has also followed up with me to make sure I'm completely satisfied with the completed project.

The shining light in my somewhat challenging experience of changing out my windows was definitely working with Tela Malovski. Some of the issues were caused by the village and also an installer they hired the first time that did a poor job. However, once Tela became involved he was there throughout the process to ensure that the work was done right and that we were happy with our windows. It was a pleasure working with him and I would recommend working with Tela.
I was washing my window and accidentally popped it out of the track. I couldn t get it back in, so I called customer service and spoke to Michelle who set up an appointment for someone to come out and fix it. Paul was earlier than the scheduled time which was great because it was hot outside. He fixed my window in no time and on top of being very efficient he cleaned my windows for me!!! I am very pleased with the speed and efficiency my window was fixed.

First heard of WindowWorks walking around a car show this past March. My wife and I stopped by their vendor booth to enter a drawing that unfortunately we did not win, but scheduled for a free estimate. The pandemic hit the US and business was put to a halt for a couple of months. I received a call in May that business was back and operating, so we rescheduled our free estimate.
A sales rep named Henry came to our home. He measured all doors and windows and then sat down with us to further describe and demonstrate the products WindowWorks offers. He was very professional the entire time and we ended up ordering 3 new custom doors for our home that same day.
Production took a couple of months, which was fine. Throughout the production process, Michele assisted us and would call/text every couple of weeks to let us know of any updates to our order. She then called mid-July and said the doors were made and ready for installation.
We set a date for about a week later and 2 installers came within the time frame that I was given the day before. The installers were also very professional and there was a couple questions that came up, but they asked myself before installing and all went very well. There were materials somewhat all over, but when the installers were all done installing the doors, they cleaned up every single piece of debris inside and outside.
I could not be more happy with the entire process and the finished product is fantastic. We love the new doors and are highly considering WindowWorks for our next major project, which would likely be window replacement in the near future. This company truly cares about its customers throughout the entire process and even after to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the end result. This is why I would recommend this company to anyone looking to update their home.

When I called Tara Allen, a customer care specialist for a window error, she was very professionally realized and helped me to figure out the problem. After having a problem with not having all the material the first time to install the window. Also not having the material stain when it should of been. I didn t like that Karen in the office not returning the calls that I left her. I do have to said the window is beautiful the installers did a great job. This was the first time that we ever had to replace windows. It was the first window out of the rest of our house that we have to do. It was not a good experience. I would like to finish doing the rest of the windows in my house but I have to say I am scared that it might happen again. If we do choose to work with window works again I hope they will HONOR the promise that they made us for our future windows.
I am VERY happy with my new windows. The man who came out was very nice, and left my home clean. I believe Gary is the one who came out as well and fixed some screens I had that needed to be repaired in less then 3 minutes. I was not expecting that at all and this was such a wonderful help to me and totally unexpected.
Dave and Paul were out today and did some replacement work on our patio door and window. They were efficient and neat, and completed the job as needed.
Window Works was one of the best decisions we made for our house, I'm thrilled they were the first to meet with us. Honestly we couldn't be happier with the results. From our sales person Tony, to the instillation every thing was awesome. My husband did this kind of work back in the day, and he is very aware of how things should be done properly, he was more than impressed with our two guys work. When we saw only two men show up we thought this might turn out to be a two day job, that wasn't the case, these two guys worked in complete harmony, they knew each others next move and worked as a team like we have never seen before. The whole job took about five hours, and that was with the removal of the old windows, installing the new windows, and two new screen doors, and the cleanup. When they left, our house looked the same as when they got here, with the exception of our brand new beautiful windows. Awesome company to deal with I would and have recommend them to anyone. I purchased nearly $10,000 worth of windows in the summer of 2018. But because it was the middle of summer, I didn't really use them until fall. Every time I used them, i had a house full of mosquitoes,, flies and other flying insects. But, because of the holidays, I got busy, and I put off calling the company. Fast forward to this spring. This weekend while spring cleaning, I opened my bedroom window to get some fresh air. The next morning, I was awakened by buzzing. There was a wasp in my window!. The screens do not seal, there are large gaps for insects to crawl through. I'm not happy. I had forgotten about my experience last fall. And with the weather getting warmer , I was sharply reminded. I called the company, they are sending a rep to assess the situation. This is unacceptable
I've had Paul from Window Works come out twice. First time when he came he was so respectful and personable that I requested them to send him again. He knows what he's doing and does it well.
I thought I was impressed by Paul and than I had Ty come out for situation we had. Can I just say wow he was awesome. He took his time, gave us run down how to clean the windows and even fixed the noise that my doors were making without us even telling him about it.

James Lively arrived at exactly 12:00 pm today. I was told he may get here anytime after 12 noon. He discussed the with me all he was going to do and asked to see the windows. I showed the five windows and he went work. The job was compiled at exactly 2:00 pm. He was very professional and deserved a five star rating.

This morning I researched a number of window companies on Angie's List and HomeAdvisor. WindowWorks contacted me two hours later by both phone and text message. I just spoke with Glen who exceeded my expectations in setting up the initial appointment three days hence. Glen was personable and knowledgeable answering all my questions. I am going to hold off on returning calls to any other company until I meet with the WW sales person. Thank you.
I am very pleased with the service I have received from this company! Our dining room window was not closing properly so I called for service. Dustin, in the service department, listened to my concerns and had a service tech come to my house. Ty was the service technician and was very helpful, professional, and friendly. He addressed the issue and showed me what I was doing wrong. The problem was fixed in a matter of minutes! I was very pleased with both Dustin and Ty and how courteously they handled my issue. In general, both my husband and I are very pleased with Window Works and very glad that we chose them to do all of our windows.

we had a lot of windows to do - the guys were very nice, did a great job, cleaned up after the job - came back next day to replace trim on windows which was fantastic! very happy with the look, already receiving tons of compliments.
Not a regular review writer, but since WW is big on pushing a 5-Star rating, I'd like to explain our experience in detail and why I am rating a 3.
- 1st, the sales experience is fairly painful and can take up to 3-4 hours (they tell you budget 2).
I have been through this twice, as we had them out the year prior for a quote on a patio door. I politely advised the scheduler on the phone that I did not want the full pitch....she acknowledged. Then, salesman shows up and is going a mile a minute with his typical hustle. He also questions me twice on why my wife was not present....told him she's already been through the pitch and was at work. Why is this his business? Obviously, they want you to commit on the spot to a several thousand $ job and allowing me sometime to discuss with my wife in private doesn't fly with him - I get it. Don't every do this, take time and think it through. Secure bids and do your homework.
- 2nd, after a painful afternoon and "the hustle" we made a deal for full replacement of our windows. Our project included 15 windows. I'm not going to get into #s, but I thought the end price was reasonable on a per-window basis for the product we selected. *Side note - some neighbors of ours with same house model used them and recommended WW, so I new what to expect price-wise. The salesman nearly matched this after a lot of haggling.
- 3rd, Red Flag: they followed through on scheduling and installation date. Two installers showed up. Then, once they took a look at the windows in their truck, they advised, "we have a problem". The majority of corner welds in the windows were split/broken. They said no way would they start the job and left. So.....didn't have a great feeling in my stomach. Customer service called right away and advised "we had a breakdown with quality control". LOL, assuming they have QC, they sure did.
- 4th, they had to remake the windows. They advised a rush would be put on the order and they should be done within 30 days. This actually ended up happening, but I had to call the customer service people to lock in a date....this was for some reason a special ask, guy had to go to his manager. I told him I already took a day off work for their last screw-up and was not doing that again, thus we needed a Saturday install. After I explained "accommodating an already unhappy customer and creative thinking" he spoke with a manager or something and gave us the date.
- 5th, finally back to 2nd installation date. They honored the date and showed up with a crew of 5 this time. I specifically made them unwrap the windows and we inspected all of them. They were fine.
The installation went as planned. It's amazing, but they do these in 1 day generally. It was an 8:30am-4:30pm day.
- 6th, FINAL THOUGHTS and OPINIONs:
The actual windows themselves are great. Huge improvement to our home and I think their quality and warranty are adequate.
While this is minor, the caulking they finished with on the interior was a little sloppy. Probably only something I would notice, but that is one of my issues....they do these things in a day, so you know they are going to rush. That is simple a fact. However, overall, the windows appear to be installed properly otherwise.
At the end of the day, customer service and the used car haggle need a lot of work. Time will tell if the windows and installation hold up, but I am optimistic we made the right choice in the end.
I got a patio sliding door installed. The door is super nice and the quality is great! They took less than 2 hour to install it and now after 3 months still looks perfect! I strongly suggest this company for their product and customer service.
