Our Time with Window Works has been frustrating from the beginning and it felt like we were lied to. I waited a month and finally after not hearing anything decided to follow up...God thing I did cause apparently the process wasn't even started. I spoke with Leah who was new there and she was amazing...so I would for sure give her 5 stars cause she got the ball rolling.

But because the process wasn't started right away our date to be installed could not happen right away like we were originally told. Finally when speaking to Michele, whom I would also give 5 stars, was very good at getting back with me, and she compensated us for all the inconveniences we have gone through. Let's hope the rest is smooth sailing!

Hector came out today and fixed a couple of the remaining issues with the original window install. He was a pleasure to work with. I would have liked to give a 5 star rating but I had issues with doors being manufactured wrong and also a window was damaged and had to be re-ordered. This process took an additional 6 to 8 weeks. I thought that more should have been done for the inconvenience other than them knocking off 1% from the total bill.

Window works is a great reliable company. Great prices and they deliver exactly what they promise. I have had other companies in the past give you the run around and that is not Window works. Also a big thank you to the great Service we received from Samantha, Julie, Alan and Gabby . Thank you all for making our experience that much better!

He explained every step of the process and detailed all of the components of the windows so we would feel comfortable with our choice. As he promised he was there on day of installation to make sure we were satisfied. He is a wonderful people person who works with integrity and an honest and open approach to the sales process. The install team worked with excellent craftsmanship and we were blown away that these two experienced men installed 17 windows & kitchen slider door all in one day. They did not leave until both inside & outside were clean from debris and they walked us through the job to assure our satisfaction. And during the installation day a member of management stopped by to make sure all was going well and that we were happy. We can t say enough about the Window Works product, their customer service, sales approach and management team. We love our windows! We'd like to make a quick addition to our review. My project installation went pretty smoothly, workers were cooperative and ready to answer questions. Customer service was great, easy to get a hold of. 4 stars is because there could ve been a little better work done with organization and timing. Apparently nobody could tell me what was the start time of my project all the way until the day before project was scheduled. Maybe for some people that s ok, but I have so much responsibilities and work to organize my day. A little advance notice would ve been nice.

The representative was knowledgeable and professional as we set up our appointment. Very personable and polite, we were very pleased with our experience.

Everything went smooth as silk. We're very pleased with the new door. The installation was clean and professional.

From the initial in-home appointment to learn about the products, through the actual installation and follow-up calls, we have received exceptional service from everyone at WindowWorks. They were even less expensive than the other quote we received. The installation was delayed due to the shelter at home orders but they still coordinated with our village to get the building permit. Once they were allowed to come out, they were here. The installers were friendly and did a fantastic job. They really took care to get the patio doors in perfectly. They even followed all CDC safety steps. They cleaned up everything. Our doors look great and work really well. It was great having Samantha call and check on everything along the way. She even called a few days after the install to make sure we were happy with everything. I already have recommended WindowWorks to a friend and will be calling them again to install some windows and a new front door.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO TO THIS COMPANY I WOULD. PLACED AN ORDER FOR WINDOWS IN JUNE. WERE GIVEN AN INSTALLATION DATE OF JULY 26TH. WERE CALLED BACK TO BE TOLD THAT THE INSTALLATION HAD TO BE CHANGED TO AUGUST 7TH. WE WEREN'T HAPPY BECAUSE WE ARE REHABBING OUR ENTIRE HOME AND ARE TRYING TO MOVE IN A FAMIY OF 6 BY THE END OF AUGUST. NOW WE ARE BEING TOLD (WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY GOOD REASON) THAT THE WINDOWS STILL AREN'T IN THE WAREHOUSE AND THAT THE INSTALLATION DATE IS BEING CHANGED TO AUGUST 23RD!! AN ENTIRE RENOVATION IS BEING HELD BACK OVER STUPID WINDOWS. AND WHEN WE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD GET A FIFTY DOLLAR CREDIT. WHAT A JOKE!! I FIND THAT EVEN MORE INSULTING! IT DOESN'T EVEN PAY FOR A ONE NIGHT HOTEL STAY FOR OUR FAMILY. I'M ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THIS COMPANY. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK BUT AT THIS POINT IT'S TOO LATE. Great company to deal with. They are prompt on their first visit and answered all my questions about their product. Love the fact it is all one company, no sub contractors. I was given a lifetime warranty which is transferable to a new owner. The crew showed up and got to work - repaired any rotten wood and installed a professional looking job. I am always concerned about the caulking and it is perfect. I had a problem with the screen door on my patio not sliding well; They did come out a few times, last time sending a manager and now the screen door works great. I know if I have any future problems Window Works will be out promptly and courteously. I also referred my daughter and she is extremely happy with her windows. There is no doubt, it is quite an expense but this company is worth it. Windows comprise quite a bit of your overall surface of the outside and inside of your house.

Install was fast and efficient. Henry is awesome to work with! He was able to work with us and provide us with options for the best value. Michele with the concierge team made it very easy to set things up and was quick to respond to any and all questions I had! Windows look great and perform as promised. Highly recommend working with window works!

One stop shop for Windows, doors, bathrooms and kitchen. Professional installation and lifetime warranty my favorite.

It took nearly 6 months for our order to be completed. We ordered two doors. One was installed with a damage and had to be replaced and the other security screen door took 4 times. It was manufactured incorrectly twice and came with the mismatched locks that hit our existing door. From the high pressure sales tactics to bad manufacturing to many, many customer service miscommunications this has been a debacle from start to finish. The paltry price adjustment doesn t nearly cover it.

Very professional, very hard working, concentrated on the job at hand and cleaned throughly afterwards. The men were efficient, clean, quick and executed the work in a timely matter.

I've referred Window Works on several occasions. The results were always positive. In fact, I just seen their truck and installers here in my town installing windows in a home. The installers looked professional and attentive, not sloppy and droopy. The thing I always hear back after I refer them is that seem to be focused on customer service. I know this to be true and is why I refer them in the first place. Mary Wedoff is always pleasant to communicate with and she's always willing to help where she can. There are a lot of "Window Companies" out there which sell an array of different gizmos and whatchamathingys. In the end it all comes down the to company who installed the windows. The two most important factors are the craftsmanship they used during the install and the service they provide after the install. Window Works will be there if or when you need them!

Window Works straight KILLED it with windows for my house. The rep John came by on July 30th and measured our stuff, gave us an estimate and explained the process, the financing options, the payment process, the cancellation policy, everything.

WW went through our HOA, got the approvals and sent us the building permit.

The guys showed up on September 9th and took out the old windows and got the new ones in (2 on the first floor, 2 on the second floor and a sliding glass door) in less than 3 1/2 hours.

Later on, we were looking at the windows and found that one...didn't close right, didn't lock at all. We thought it was installed incorrectly, so we called. Another rep showed up this morning (September 10) and was like "oh no, it slides from either side..." closes the window correctly, locks the window and he goes "man, this was the easiest service call ever!!!" So, that's our bad... lol.

Overall, a great experience. This was our first time purchasing windows four our first home, and it was a good one.

ALSO - my next door neighbor hit me up and was like "who did your windows?? I need windows for my house!!" So I'm going to refer a new customer here in the next couple days.

Hector, Paul and Ty came out for warranty work, were very professional, did a great job and even provided some great advice.
Working with Ashley Dixon in customer service was also a treat, she was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and understand.

I highly recommend window works for all your house renos and projects! Their customer service was one of the best experiences I have had. Our windows came out beautiful and the installers work with patience and were very clean after they were done. Very punctual when it came to starting the project and finishing the project. They had to come on another day as it started to get dark, and they did not want to rush on putting up the window and risk it being done improperly. They came super early the next business day to finish. They showed us how to work every window and went into detail on what they did step by step. LIFETIME warranty on all the windows!

Tina Garcia worked customer service, and was super helpful and professional when it came to answering questions and getting to the root of the issue/concern. She is not shy when it comes to phone tag as she wants to make sure I was happy with how everything turned out and made sure I had all questions answered. Honestly one of the best experiences I have had since I started doing renovations!

Installer showed up on time to hang my gutters. Very professional. Explained the scope of the job, verified where my down spouts where to go. It started to rain when they where half way done and they continued to work through it. After they completed the job, they walked me through what they did and asked if it was done to my satisfaction. Which it was. After the walk around they cleaned up everything and also washed down my front porch because they had tracked some mud on it. Through the whole process my project manager Michelle Ortega was a great help from the start all the way to the finish. Would recommend window works to anyone.

WW put new windows in entire house on a very cold day in January. Have to say I was not sure how they would do it but they did a phenomenal job. Daniel and his crew were fantastic. They were very courteous and when they left, we had almost no cleanup. Dave Phillips came the next day to paint all the new trim around the windows and he also did a fantastic job. He was very neat and did a thorough job....didn't even mind our curious cat. Highly recommend WindowWorks!

I just purchased my home this past June. It s a wonderful old Cape Cod and it needed new windows. My experience with Window Works was seamless and great from beginning to end. I had 15 windows replaced and had a utility door installed in my garage. The two professional installers got the job done in 9 hours! I am so pleased with how my home looks now and and also glad I will not have to put up with drafty windows this winter. The only negative, and it s minor, is the price. It was well worth it to me to have the peace of mind with the lifetime warranty, as well as a quality product. The financing was a huge bonus too. I will be a repeat customer. They will be giving me a quote on siding next!

I have got the old windows replaced at a great price, and the install job was professionally done. The new windows look just beautiful and easy to operate. I had to adjust the window blinds after the installation.

Although our doors and windows are a couple of years old now, Window Works has been great about coming out for minor repairs as needed. Michele was super helpful in taking our initial call this time (in regards to our front door), all the way through keeping us updated with our product status (as new locks and parts were ordered), to the final follow up seeking our level of satisfaction once Ty was done with the work. Ty is one of the most thorough, and understanding, techs we have ever had out. He listens to our concerns, trouble shoots and/or makes his recommendations and then comes back out to our home (as was the case this time) to complete the job. I'd highly recommend asking for them when you call Window Works with any service requests.

I replaced over 20 windows in my home. I had other businesses lined up that afternoon, but the great deal Window Works offered me simply could not be beat. The real reason I cancelled the other estimates and went with WW on the spot was the truly down-to-earth attitude of the salesmen. It wasn't the demo of the product or any of that. I could tell that these were real people who wanted to do right by their customer. Fast forward to installation. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, and completed what I was told would be a two-day job in one day. Nothing haphazard. Everything sealed up perfectly. Again, fast forward a bit... And this is the true reason WW earns 5 stars from me: A month or so after installation, I was having a little trouble getting the half screens upstairs to stay in position, to allow a nice breeze to circulate within the house. The screens kept sliding down, exposing the house to bugs, etc. I called customer service, and they explained sincerely that it was a concern that was happening to a lot of people. The WW salesmen had been demoing a window with a full-screen, which wasn't exactly what was included in my order (I got half-screens without realizing it). I realized that part of the blame was on me for that, but I was surprised to see that they were internally aware of it as well. The representative (Dennise, I believe) pledged to have the half-screens replaced with fulls as soon as they were available from the manufacturer. Free of charge. I crossed my fingers, sure, but didn't really plan on anything happening. Fast forward several months, to yesterday, when I got a call out of the blue. Dennise told me she hadn't forgotten about me and the replacement, and that the manufacturing was finally getting underway. I'm extremely impressed with WW follow-up on their promises. Everyone I've had contact with - from the salesmen, the in-company installation crew, to the customer service reps - has been extremely personable. I don't write reviews often, but I thought it would be especially important for me to do so here. Cannot recommend this company enough. Great people. Great product. Thanks for reading.

Starting with sales person Jeff Martinez worked a great deal with me... Beth in finance was very helpful in trying to get me financed ...after that didn't work out Julie worked out a payment plan that worked out for me being on disability.....the installer Carl was polite and accommodateing and did a wonderful job....and Michelle gave me a follow-up call to make sue everything was to my satisfaction...went over the contract and put one in the mail for me

I was hesitant to replace my wooden windows, but Mike Cook took his time explaining the benefits of these windows, and assured me I'd like the look and be able to dress them as I desired with the wooden framing. Peter was right on time and installed them by himself, which amazed me. I did have a little issue with the sliding screen door not running as smoothly as hoped, and Ty came out to check. He discovered a finishing piece that was not initially included. He ordered the piece, came out again and added what was missing and now my door works perfectly. Ty also replaced the screen itself, as it had been getting pulled and strained before the door was corrected. I am very pleased with the end results, and trust the coming winter winds will stay outside where they belong. I also love my awning window over the kitchen sink with the unobstructed view to the backyard. And to tie it all together, Michele O. was the pleasant and friendly telephone link, making sure all was GOOD. Thank you, WW, for quality windows and outstanding customer service!

Excellent service! I called, I believe the name of who I spoke to was Autumn, answered all of my questions and was very nice and helpful, definitely deserves a raise.

We purchased a sliding patio door three years ago, that we love. A week ago the tab that engages the bolt lock snapped off. I called for Warranty work and they responded promptly. Hector, the tech called to say he would be a couple of minutes late. He quickly replaced the lever that controls the secondary bolt lock. The door is Beutiful but having the bolt in addition to the handle lock gives you peace of mind.

I really enjoy working with Amber! We sync up almost every Friday and it is a great way to end the week!

I love my windows from Window Works. You can tell by the difference in noise, there s no longer air coming in my house. I highly recommend window works. I had 15 windows installed and it could go any better, from meeting with salesman Dominic who was wonderful, to people that installed the windows, it couldn t go smoother. I was very happy, and I am a very picky costumer. Windows were done 2 weeks earlier and installed at my convenience. I can t say enough about this company, and they didn t pay me to say this.

We had 13 windows replaced and it was completed in one day. Everyone including the sales team, customer service team and installers were very professional. The night of the install we had a major rain and we didn t have one window that leaked. It was a perfect test for me to really see how the windows did during a major down pour. I didn t sleep well the night before the install as I was thinking of all the nightmares that could happen. It was a PERFECT install and we didn t have any issues whatsoever. We even had an inspector from Window Works come during the install and checked and inspected everything. When they completed the job, the clean up was outstanding! Thanks to all at Window Works for a great job in every department throughout this major process!

Referred on the quality of the windows ....but

I writing this on my pre sale experience only in the hope Window Works revises there policy. The sales practices are outdate they lost a customer because i had to have my wife there at the time of demo. We work opposite schedules and have about 4 hours together a week. That time is for family not shopping. I wanted to order 2 doors and one bay window and one kitchen window at least for the kitchen remodel I'm completing. I was hoping to use local as they are located in my town. Seems kinda odd as i order 10k in cabinets, without my wife present that company was happy to talk to me and cash my check. I called two competitors and have an appoint tonight with one and tomorrow with another as we already shopped on line and know what we want. I hope for their sake they revise this policy as amazon will be selling windows soon and who has 90 minutes to go through a product demo these days. From all i heard everything else from product quality to install is top notch.

After receiving many quotes from different companies, it all boiled down to customer service. Janeth was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

I think it is important to share good experiences when they occur. Our experience with Window Window could have gone a variety of ways but the people associated with this company displayed they have pride and sincere interest to do the right thing. First, the measurement team was very professional, the concierge service is excellent during the entire process and the installers exceeded every expectation. Second, I will say not everything went as planned. The patio door did not come out as I expected. This is where Window Works rose above what many companies would not do and why I stand by my 5 star rating. Even though it may not have been perfect at first, they were amazing to resolve the issue quickly, professionally and with outstanding follow-up. I would use Window Works again and happy to recommend.

Hector Quezada did a great job in showing me how to lock the windows the correct way.

We reviewed several bids for window replacement and decided to go with Window Works for several reasons.
The initial presentation was superb with a good understanding of the workmanship.
Also, this was the only company with a lifetime warranty.
The installers are company employees and not subcontractors.
Lastly, the price was either comparable or less than the others because of discounts applied.
My wife and I are very hard and would really Window Works without hesitation.

I have used WindowWorks/Tiger Remodeling for new gutters, new roofing and bathroom remodeling. Costs are not cheap, but the workmanship is good quality, and the staff (sales, customer service, and installers) are reliable, knowledgeable and very responsive. Great customer service provided especially by Michele Ortega. I will use them again.

Dave and his side kick arrived during the window promised. They were friendly, knowledgeable and quickly fixed my issue. Michele was awesome. She called very soon after I called in, set up the appointment and called to make sure everything went as planned. It could not have gone smoother.

I was not to happy when after I ordered the window last September 11,2018 that manufacturing delayed my order 3 times. I finally told the lady that called me that I would have to delay the order until April 2019 because I was not going to open my house to winter weather. I followed up with them and was told that the window was ready and they could install it earlier then April. I told them I would stick with the April date and they said OK. Well they arrived on time with the window and the two installers were very good . the started to work immediately. They knew what they were doing every step of the way.They were working inside the house and outside the house at the same time. they installed the window and had everything completed in less then 3 hours. I have had WW install multiple windows in my homes over the years and they just finished installing my doors a couple of months ago. All I can say is, Wow...what a difference. Dionne and Volva were awesome in assisting in regards to my needs for a service call! Bright and funny, yet professional, Dionne set up my appt. easily with regards to my very chaotic schedule, and Volva showed up on time and was done in only 15 minutes! And usual , he was great and awesome as usual, and fixed all of my issues without any fuss!

Karen Oberoi has been absolutely amazing to work with through Window Works. I have had problem after problem but Karen was there every step of the way for me. She has dealt with my screaming and frustrations all with a smile. If it wasn't for Karen I would have cancelled my whole project.
