Windowworks replaced all 34 windows in my house. The customer service, Michele Ortega, was excellent to work with and her follow skills along with keeping me updated made this large project go seamless. Windows and installation were installed in time frame they gave me. The installers were all great, professional and courteous. I couldn t be happier with the job they did and would recommend them for your next project!

Got the rest of the house with new windows as the price was right and the Windows were awesome unlike the Feldco Windows which did not last 5 years, windows had leaks and Feldco said I had to purchase some foam thing to block the air leaks. $2 a Window every other year? Thank you WindowWorks the installation was smooth and quick.

I spoke to Michelle who scheduled the appointment and followed up afterward. She was very professional and friendly.

Hector was the tech who came in complete my repair. He was professional, courteous and friendly also. He took care of my door issue and repaired another that I didn't even realize was there.

Vova fixed the patio door in no time at all. It locks perfectly now. He was very prompt & professional.

I highly recommended Window Works. Their customer service Dionna Rios followed through every step of the way and the tech (Dave) was a quick, courteous and very efficient.
They should both be commended on a job well done!

Well ,let's give my opinion, how well we was service at my daughter residence, We had A Custom made front entrance door and a new screen door put in, also a custom made Back door with a new screen door . Also they put door knobs can used same keys to lock with. Before getting these doors. My front entrance old doors was a mess. Anybody could have kick the door in, the door frame was so messed up u could see light coming in while door was closed, And when it was cold , u felt it even though the door was close. AIR LEAKING ALL ROUND HAD TO PUT PLASTIC UP TO TRY AND KEPT AIR OUT, BUT DIDN'T WORK, Also had the living room Big window and the kitchen Big window, and over the sink window done. These windows replace the window that was there when the house was built. These window was having Air leaks too and was looking ugly ALSO. Finally was offer a 200. 00 Bonus. ,in which a lady by the name Michelle help get the paper work done , so I could get my BONUS CHECK. MY DAUGHTER AND I , R ENJOYING THE NEW ADDITION, MY GRANDSON WHOS 3 IS ALWAYS LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW. NO MATTER HOW COLD ITS GETS WE DON'T FEEL ANY MIRE AIR, OUR GAS BILL LOOKS BETTER NOW, SAVING MONEY . THE GUYS WHO DID THE WORK WAS VERY NICE ,POLITE AND CLEAN. THE MESS WAS VERY CONTAIN AND THEY CLEANED UP , ALL I HAD TO DO WHEN THEY LEFT WAS LOOK OUT EACH WINDOW AND EACH DOOR, BEAUTIFUL JOB WELL DONE, PLAN TO GET MY FAMILY ROOM DONE SOON.

I must say there were a few hiccups but windows works came through with everything they promised. My windows look great! I m a very satisfied customer. A huge kudos to Karen she was so helpful, kind and fun to work with! She put my mind at ease and turned my not so great experience into a enjoyable one. Mike C provided great ideas on how to match the existing colors of our other windows inside and out, and also how to improve the overall consistency of our window styles and exterior appearance. Very informative presentation on the quality, efficiency and features of their windows!

WindowWorks installed amazing looking windows in my living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Installation was very quick but precise, and the painter Jim came later to put a semi-gloss paint that truly makes the windows shine. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I purchased windows last year from them. I am very impressed with how much of a difference they made in my energy bill. The customer service was above and beyond. I recently spoke with Katy in the outbound center and she was able to help me with a service issue and gave me the service number. I would definitely recommend window works to people and keep them in mind for future projects.

If I could give them a zero, i would! Terrible customer service and failure to install as scheduled. When ordering the windows we made it clear we didn t want then installed in the winter. We were promised they would be in by the end of October. Three delays later they were installed December 4th! One of their excuses was that there wasn t enough sand to make glass!

The installers were good, no complaints about them.

Also, I ve been asked to provide a review no fewer than five times and each time I say the same thing. Maybe someone is deleting them.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Window Works. From the initial sales to the concierge service to inspection of work. Mike and Paul did an excellent job installing two doors and windows for almost the entire house. Now I will be cozy and warm all winter. Thanks!

I talked to Karen the receptionist very professional walk me through the process made sure my appointment was set sent. a tech out answered all my questions made me feel comfortable with dealing with Window World

Experience so far has been great! I completed a request for information and price quote on-line (Saturday morning) and was contacted within 5 minutes from Customer Service! Jennifer was very pleasant to speak with and addressed my needs! She was able to schedule a member of the sales and estimate team very quickly to meet with me on my project. I am looking forward to the estimate. It is starting off very good.

We recently had 15 windows and our siding replaced. The quality of the product is great, however the communication from quotation to install left a lot to be desired. If I did not follow-up with what was agreed upon in the contract it would not have gotten done in the timeline agreed to. I thought the communication was a fluke the first time, but now that we need repairs made to a window and some of the siding it's taken 3 weeks for someone to get back to me regarding when the job will be finished after the initial consultation where someone came out and took pictures of what needed to be fixed.

Unfortunately I would not recommend using them again. While the product is good, customer service is equally important.

We've had a front entrance and patio door installed, both installs done cleanly, on time, and with minimal interruption of our schedule. Very professional, a pleasure to do business with.

The company has done an awesome job, the response time for any issues are well taken care promptly. The CSR- Michelle and the repair person Paul are very conscientious.

Ty and Vova were great today. They were very nice and answered all of my questions. I had done some remodeling and needed a few pieces of siding added and a little trim work done. They did a nice job. Everything matched up perfectly. If I need work done in the future I will definitely see if I can request Ty and Vova from Window Works to complete the job! Also, Michelle did a great job working with me to get this set up and completed. She was always quick to respond to my calls and emails and was very pleasant to work with.

Michelle at Window works was extremely helpful in getting many issues I had with my new patio door. She went above and beyond to help get this rectified and to make sure I was happy with everything. The 2 installers father and son were 100% professional and installed the patio door to perfection. Window works needs to commend these 3 people for their service and to recruit more employees like this. Thank you Michelle for all you have done.

Ordered windows and gutters/soffit/fascia at the beginning of August 2018. Salesperson Matt said he and customer service would give updates throughout the project. No updates by Window Works but after a few calls initiated by me the windows were installed beginning of November. To my surprise not so on the gutter installation. Calls by me again left no answers until Customer Care Specialist Michelle. Within a week I have answers and per Michelle the gutter installation will begin 11/23/2018. I feel without Michelle s help I would still be waiting. Five stars to the windows and installation crew. Michelle another 5 stars - thank you Michelle for your diligence. Not so many stars for others that I dealt with. Looking forward to 11/23/18 for the gutter installation. I ll let you know how the remaining project turns out.

Seriously, Window Works got the right employees working for them in Kasey & Paul!
From speaking with Kasey to make the repair appointment to Paul making the actual repair I received nothing but exceptional customer service.
Kasey, was very attentive and concerned about the issues I was having and had no problem helping me immediately. There was no sending me to someone else or waiting a few days for her to get back to me. Rather, she assured me that my concerns were the reason she was there. Immediately my fears were calmed. Additionally, she welcomed me to call her back if I remembered anything else that may be needed. Wow. Now a days there are not many businesses that are concerned about the customer to that extent. I was thankful and impressed.
When the day came for the repair, it was Paul who arrived. He came out exactly on time. Again, wow. I was impressed. After some light friendly and humorous good morning greetings he got straight to the job. Right away I felt comfortable and felt like the job was going to be done right. It did not take him long to correct the problem I had with my window. He knew and did his job well. Also, I had forgotten to mention the re-screening I needed done on another window. He was the one who reminded me of that repair. Again, I was impressed. He could have thought well, she didn t mention it so I won t either, but instead he completed all the repairs and did it very professionally and cheerfully.
Please know that neither Kasey or Paul asked me to give a review. I did this because I wanted to.

We had a cracked thresh hold on our door. We contacted window works, within a week they came out and installed a new one. The service rep was very professional and quick. He explained how to make it air tight and made sure it was perfect before he left.

I appreciate the professional Dave and his talent. He knows what he is doing. Quick effective and polite. The very best you have.

I had a great consultant (Yesenia Macias) that I worked with that made my experience a positive one. I bought 7 windows and she helped me get the most for my money. The service was great, they were fast and efficient. I would definitely use them again for future projects!

There are too many window companies , the high end Pella, Anderson and Marvels of the world and locally run companies. A mature market, too many players and new entrants coming every now and then.... How do they differentiate themselves, how do they win market share.......while I dont know about all, but for Window Works - It is customer service. This organization is ethical, honest and willing to walk their talk. They did some windows for me and also a patio door and they know that they have earned my business for the rest of the windows/doors of my house which I will be doing soon with them. The crew that came to do my patio door (father/son duo, forget their names) , the concierge lade Michelle were all great. Special shout out to Karen Oberoi , an executive in the company - She is outstanding and is the biggest reason why my trust and faith in this company has gone up so much. We had a top notch experience with this company. Michele Ortega kept us appraised of the status of our order...even through the covid19 shutdown. She was always pleasant and professional. Our installers, A&X Construction were excellent. They really knew their job and answered our questions as the process went along. Our salesman, Tom, was thorough and knowledgeable. However that portion of our experience took quite a while to complete. I didn t mark good value because we didn t do our homework and I cannot compare pricing with other companies. The materials used are all high end, but also expensive. Definitely recommend Window Works.

So far, so good. I was able to set up an appointment on my initial call and Elizabeth was very easy to deal with.

Window works was AWESOME to work with! The customer service team gave us biweekly status updates of our door while it was being made and going through city permits and stuff. They also set up scheduling install seamlessly. Install was done by their own team, Verdele and Darneil were incredibly professional, timely, and provided amazing workmanship. Very happy with our new sliding door!

Setting up appointment was easy. The person taking the call was pleasant. The phone person was just fine.

Technical issues: even though I entered all the information name phone email address etc the system did not have it.

Schedule issue: I could not be given the name of the person coming 5 days from now.

My husband and I have purchased windows several times from Window Works. First for our personal home and then for two investment properties as well. We couldn't be happier. We replaced 50+ windows with WindowWorks about 14 years ago. Recently, we had the seals break on 7 windows, resulting in them fogging up inside the panes. We called WindowWorks to have the windows fixed given their lifetime warranty. Dave and Paul came out to first check the windows and get measurements. They came out today and replaced all 7 windows. They moved furniture when they needed to. They vacuumed up afterwards. We are really happy with the windows and customer service. Thank you!

First I really don't do reviews but I like to say the service is great and the widows are the best. I love the lifetime warranty. If you want the best. Buy here. Also I love there other company HomeWerks they build my dream shower.

Bathroom remodel was done perfectly within the specified time. Samantha was very helpful throughout the process. Great work, very nicely done.

I am happy with my decision to go with Window Works for my replacement windows. The windows are high quality Impreza vinyl windows. The replacement windows were a perfect fit and the installation crew was very professional. Dionna from Window Works kept me informed during the entire process.

I d like to talk about the installation process first because these are the guys who do the real work. My appointment was scheduled for the technicians to arrive between 10:30a and 12:30p and they arrived at 10:30 on the dot. I made sure to have all areas they d be working in clear of any obstructions (furniture, etc.) before they got here and I also removed any blinds and/or window treatments. Don t slow the installers down by making them move all your stuff. Mike and Samuel were consummate professionals. You can tell these guys know what they re doing. They had a heck of a time removing my 50 year old aluminum frame windows and sliding door but it did not deter them from the task-at-hand. They installed six windows and a sliding patio door. It took them ten hours (longer than usual given the scope of work) but they did not stop until every detail was addressed. They cleaned up meticulously and trimmed out each window to perfection. Finally, they put the finishing touches on the outside installing foam, flashing and caulk; sealing each opening to be weather tight.

Next, I d like to talk about the product. Do your research, I ve compared these windows to all the local competitors and it stacks up or beats it on all levels (ie. u-factor, SHGC, e-coating) you name it, there s no denying their product is industry class leading.

Window Work will assign a concierge who will oversee the process from beginning to end and follow-up afterwards. Michelle Ortega was our concierge and she worked with me closely throughout the process to schedule the initial sale consultation, follow up, measurement visit, installation and followed up promptly after the installation. Despite some hiccups due to the shelter-in-place (which ceased company operations), she worked tirelessly to keep my appointment on schedule and I can t thank her enough.

The sales process is typical of what you d expect from a used car salesman. You can expect to receive an insulting offer. Especially when it comes to the financing. Window Works will schedule a follow up and as you d expect the quote will be lower and the financing will be true to the 0%/60 month offer they show on the website. In other words, refuse the first quote and haggle hard on the second to get something closer to fair market price.

In conclusion, the sales associates are typical; however, the product is exceptional, the concierge is a welcome addition, the installation is as professional as you can expect. All things considered, it s hard not to give this company five stars!

We had all our windows replaced several years ago and are very happy with them. A couple of times I have needed replacement parts due to ordinary wear and tear. Most recently Michelle and Samantha did a great job getting me a part needed to fix a tilt sash before the closing on our home sale. I would highly recommend staying away from this company ordered 7 NEW Windows, were brought in the screens were damaged. Company solution was to repair the windows 8 tine in 11 months down the road.If you ever asked for any compensation discount for the inconvenience forget about this companies just stared swallow up your money regarless if your finances with them.

I had 3 new windows installed and everything was very professional. Michele was especially outstanding to work with as she was able to quickly correct a misunderstanding that I had with the project. She made sure that I was completely satisfied with the final product at no additional cost to me. I would recommend them and use them again.

I know you are considering purchasing and installing new windows or doors on your home. Go ahead. Price shop but do not sign anything until you have had a Window Works representative out to talk to you. I have to admit, I started with a sister business, Tiger Bath Solutions, coming out. Then came a new project that needed coordinating the installation of a patio door immediately after the destruction and removal of a room. Mission completed. The door was brought out, the opening checked and rechecked, installed, sealed and then rechecked. The area was cleaned up and looked cleaner than it was prior to their arrival. Instruction was given regarding the ways of locking the door and screen.

IF you are calling and expect to see a gift from ANY company, use the telephone number on the the television commercial. When you sign the contract with whatever company, make sure they guarantee when and how those gifts are delivered.

Personally, the workmanship from Window Works is terrific.

Just had my windows installed over the weekend & I am completely satisfied with how smoothly the process went. Much thanks to Janet Murphy who was very patient with me. I was a bit of a handful when we decided to make some changes, but she was very sweet and made sure that were satisfied with our order.

This spring we finished replacing the windows in our home with WindowWorks, and a week later we were hit with a massive storm that riddled the brand new window caps with hail dents. We worked through our HOI and Paul and Ty came out and re-wrapped our affected windows. They worked swiftly and efficiently and continued working even in the pouring rain! Had them come out for an estimate on siding and gutters one of the first questions was when I wanted it done I told him in a few months and after that the salesman lost interest. I was told to allow 90 minutes for the estimate he wasn't even here for 15 minutes. I held the tape measure for him so he could measure the rear of the house and then again so he could measure the side. His tape measure wasn't long enough to measure the side so he only measured about a third of the side of the house. Never measured the garage. He told me I could come to his car and look at some samples he showed me 2 samples took his estimate sheet wrote his name and my name on it. Then wrote side house and garage and the price. $27000 asked if I had any questions and then left. I can't figure out how he came up with that number when he didn't have all the measurements. His quote was over two times more then the other quotes I got.

The representative,Paul was prompt and courteous. He completed the job in a quick and professional. A true gentlemen and an asset to Window Works.

We had a new entrance way installed by WindowWorks in 2016. The installation team did an outstanding job and we ve been very pleased with their product. Just recently we were having problems with the locking mechanism on the storm door. We contacted Michele Ortega, our Warranty Specialist from WindowWorks, who promptly arranged for a service technician to come to our house to correct the problem. Vova, the assigned technician, arrived at the time specified and professionally corrected the problem to our full satisfaction. WindowWorks not only sells a fine product, but they also provide excellent service and back their warranties. I highly recommend them.
