Dave Phillips at window works came out to adjust a window at my residence and did a fantastic job. He was polite and professional I am glad we chose this company to do business with.

I tried getting a quote for two of my windows that were leaking. I said I m just looking for replacement not new style nothing different. They said I need my wife there to look over the windows. I said ma am all I want is our two windows that are leaking fixed. She said I understand but it s a requirement to have both spouses there. My wife isn t even on the title of home and she doesn t care all we wanted was a quote to fix our 2 windows. We will be using someone else. This company is to dumb to comprehend a fix. It s all about selling and not what the customer needs. Don t waste your time with them.

WindowWorks replaced my siding, soffit and facia and I could not be more proud with the product and overall outcome of this project. Every individual I dealt with throughout this process has been professional, respectful and seemed to truly love their company! There were a couple "hiccups" throughout our installation, however, our personal concierge, Michele O. (I am not sure if you get one with other companies) was there to advocate for us. Michele was A-MAZ-ING; her constant communication, willingness to help, professionalism, continual expedited response and up-beat personality was exceptional! Every home improvement project has some stresses, but having my one-stop go-to girl to be my liaison with any and everything I needed was perfect! Any future home renovation projects (that I do not trust my husband to do, haha), I will call WindowWorks first to bid on!

It was an excellent experience. The following up from the front office (Julie Negri) was helpful in making sure that the order was correct and setting up the timeline for the installation. The installers were on time (in fact a little early) and the job was done quickly. They took the time to explain how the windows worked and I have not run into any issues or concerns about the installation. Thanks

I'm very pleased with the company as a whole. We had a couple of issues. The frontline people really paid attention to my concerns. The people that really stood out and helped the most were Hector and Camille. They helped out alot and took care of us and the issues right away. I would definitely recommend window works to someone looking for windows.

I had a window under warranty which experienced a problem. The customer service lady was great in honoring the warranty and scheduling someone to come and look at the window. The technician arrived on time and did his work. They brought new parts 10 days later and replaced the bad window parts. All done on time and in a courteous and professional manner. Dustin was the coordinator and did a great job. Unfortunately I don t remember the names of others who worked on this issue. Well done.

The windows and door are great however I have 2 big issues with them.
1 - they ruined the carpet around one of the windows they installed. There s a 2ft by 2ft area that is full of caulk and crunchy.
2 - I was told that the windows and door would be installed on the same day but found out the day of that wasn t the case. I got a call that afternoon to schedule the install for the next day, which I couldn t do. I had to take an extra day of work to accommodate this after I had specifically asked if they were installing it the same day as the door.
And then several windows were broken when they installed them so they had to come back several weeks later to reinstall.

We had our in home estimate appointment yesterday with David Josephs and he was incredibly knowledgeable about window works windows and the product they stand for. He made me fall in love with the new windows I am purchasing, including a large bow window that is going to going to make my house look better than ever. The breakdown of the components of the window really made me realize there is Soo much more to a window than just glass. I have not had my windows installed yet but if my interaction with David is any indication of how professional and easy the install will be I am going to one happy customer!!

We loved Window Works! From our initial visit from Harland, who gave us the presentation on the company and the product, to Samantha, who was our contact person throughout the project, we were very pleased with the entire process. Harland and Samantha were very personable and professional. Once the windows were ready for install, the team that showed up at our house was very efficient. We couldn't believe they were able to get everything done so quickly. And even with the speed at which they worked, the quality of the work was top notch. We could not be more pleased with Window Works and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Window works did an excellent job with the installation of my door. I can honestly say that I'm truly satisfied with the final results. They treated me with respect and courtesy which insured me to recommend this company as a stellar example of professionalism. We had our windows installed about four years ago and we could not be happier! We recently had a service call and Dustin and Ty were so helpful, prompt, and easily fixed the issue! It s so nice to have a company that you know will be around in the future to honor their warranty!

Called for an estimate to replace three builder grade windows. They came out to measure and gave me a choice between their window (which would not match the rest of my windows)and a simple builders grade window. I asked for the builder grade windows. Was told I would get an estimate by the end of the week or early next week. 3 1/2 weeks and 4 phone calls later(When they would tell me they re working on the estimate) resulted in me being told We don t do Builder grade windows . IF YOU DID NOT HAVE THESE WINDOWS, WHY DID THAT TAKE 24 DAYS? Call Felco instead !!!

The IVC Corporation from Windows Works came to my house February y, 2019 to install new Windows. They was simply AMAZING. The 4 guys was very respectful. I received the best customer service . They worked fast and they cleaned up very well after themselves. I highly recommend Window Works.

The latch on my sliding patio door needed adjusting. I submiited a request online I received a callback the next day from Michele she was able to get on the schedule. My appointment was scheduled for an later time ,but Paul can earlier due a cancellation which work out great for me. Paul was very professional and friendly, he was able to complete the repair in no time and with no issues.

Everything that was promised by the sales guy was delivered, they gave an accurate time frame for when the windows would be ready to install. The instalation team did a super fast and great install, the whole house was done in less then 8 hours. All in all, a great experience, highly recommend.

Once again we are very pleased with Window Works. In our last project the gutters were replaced. The day of installation it was snowing which brought all of our maple leaves down...and filled the new gutters! It made us realize we should have gotten the gutter guards and so that was our latest project. Special thanks to Julie, Mandy and Samantha for their assistance.

I had windows, siding and front door installed by WindowWorks 2 years ago and developed a problem with the handset on my door and wasn't able to effectively clean a dryer duct because of the vent that was installed. I called and spoke to Dionna who was very helpful in scheduling an appointment, contacting the installer of the siding that assisted in providing any possible alternative to the manner in which the dryer duct was installed. Dionna notified of the arrival time window of Ty who came out to fix both issues. He was on time and helpful to fix the handset on the door and evaluated the dryer duct issue. He advised on the removal of the current duct for cleaning and said that if it wasn't sufficient for the cleaning purposes, he would come out and make further adjustments. Both Dionna and Ty were extremely helpful, courteous and professional.

Had a meeting today with Jeff Agonath meeting went very well he was very professional. Took quick measurements then we sat down to go over the windows they had samples to show me. After hearing about the products all it came down to is the price. At first I was a worried but after talking with them he called in and got me a price I was happy with. Can t wait to see the windows installed and have more work don t moving forward

I had a great experience in getting all of the windows replaced on my home. Friendly people answering the phones and calling me with updates. Installers were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Plus, the windows are beautiful!

We recently purchased a vinyl sliding glass patio door for our town-home. My WindowWorks was the only company willing to work with our budget. We met with Keenan and Mike on 2 separate occasions. They took the time to answer all of our questions. The communication from the entire company has been outstanding. They even reached out to our association for approval on the patio door. The door was installed 7 weeks after signing our installation contract (this is standard amongst all companies). The installers took no more than 2 hours to complete the job and were very approachable and professional. It's amazing how much warmer it is in our kitchen with our new door. I'd highly recommend My WindowWorks!

This rating is for the re-install of my new storm windows. The first time around did not go well at all (the wrong windows were installed and my technician was 2+ hrs late, and no phone call; he was also rude). So I contacted WW and described my experience. They offered to give me a discount on the windows if I kept them; but, they really weren't the style that I wanted. So, after more discussion, they re-made my windows, gave me EXACTLY what I wanted, and sent two of the nicest technicians ever to re-install them. I will use them again in the near future for my gazebo and I'm very happy with my purchase! :)

From our first contact with Samantha S. to schedule our initial appointment with a great salesman, Tony M, to our contact with customer service rep Ashley D. today, it has been a very pleasant experience. Our installation team Narcyz and Ziggy did an excellent job from set up to clean up. Workmanship was top notch!

Your window technician Dave Phillips showed up right on time. Actually it was right to the minute. He was very professional not only in the work that he did but in the manner that he let me know exactly what was wrong. He explained to me how to prevent the problem in the future and make sure it didn t happen again. I was very appreciative for that advice. He is an asset to Window Works.

One of their sales Agent named Matt gave me a doc. stating that if I found a better deal he would beat it + 20% discount. I did find a better deal through Chicagoland Window Wizards: $1000 cheaper, same quality material and a better warranty. I called, e-mailed and texted the incompetent and shady Matt 10 days ago but I did NOT hear back from him. Do NOT trust this sales agent! He is trained to promise you anything but the facts.

Couldn't be happier with window works! Install was great and if any issues come up they come right out! Michelle was great scheduling our repair appointment. Paul is always friendly, timely and thorough when he comes out for repairs and to check on things. Would recommend window works to anyone!

I would recommend window works to anyone who is looking for new windows for their home. The sales rep that came to the house was amazing, not only was he interacting with my kids when he was showing us the new windows, but he was extremely detailed and polite. Pricing was the the most affordable out of all the companies we looked at, and when it came time to install the windows, they were fast and done alot sooner then I expected.

My dismay with the company all comes down to our salesman. I simply showed him a picture of the exterior door I wanted from a different company's catalog and he told me he would be able to get what I wanted. I didn't even see a catalog of his or anything. On the day of install, (2 months later) I saw the door being placed on and it was the WRONG door. Completely wrong color and style (it's a nice door but completely off from what I ordered). I did however, like the workmanship of my installer and he assured me it would be an easy fix if I wanted a different style but same color (which I could deal with). I called my salesman who had left two months ago.. and multiple people told me that there was nothing they could do since I had signed off on it... How am I supposed to know what the model number on my form means without a catalog? Isn't that my salesman's job? I finally got a call from Letha from WindowWorks - super helpful and understanding of the situation. She sent out the sales manager Rob - very nice and accommodating. However, it turns out, I would not be able to receive the door I really wanted because only specific doors fit in that frame. I was overall disappointed. There was nothing I liked or even anything close to the one I wanted so they had agreed to give me a small compensation for me keeping the original door. Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing process and I'm still left with a door I never wanted just because it was one mans fault :( My advice would be to check EVERYTHING.

Dave was amazing!! After a bit of difficulty with scheduling a repair person, Dave came today. He exceeded any expectations I had. The work he did was exceptional, you would never know there was any sort of an issue. On top of being a total professional he was a really nice person. His attention to detail was above and beyond spectacular!! I give him 10 stars!!! I wouldn't do the same for the company but they redeemed quite a few points by sending him!!

Window works is vfx a complete company in home modifications. I had the privilege to see firsthand the quality and professionalism in Customer service satisfaction. I had 13 windows installed, and a few months later I had a front entry door installed. With last year's polar vortex, I performed my own quality test. I took a regular lighter during the windy winter in February. Put the lighter around all installed windows, n pi flickering in the flame. Then I proceeded to the front entry door went around the door no flickering of flame. Awesome craftsmanship, and the pricing were far more comfortable considering Window works manufacture there own products. That cuts out the middle man. Which saves the consumer $$$$, Overall just to show there appreciation of your service they'll buy you dinner. How's that for Customer service. Well I will use them again for future projects.

Thanks to Window Works we have beautiful vinyl siding on our 100+ year old home in LaGrange Park. Michele Ortega in Customer Service has been FANTASTIC at responding to a few bumps in the road we have experienced following our installation in the Fall of 2017.

I received an estimate from this company the other day and had such an amazing experience! I originally spoke with their inside sales rep Yesenia Alvarado while scheduling the appointment, and she was able to answer every single one of my questions thoroughly! She provided me with additional information as well (website links, promotions of the month) and even explained to me how the visit for the estimate would go, and how much time would be needed. She was awesome! very patient with me and made sure i was comfortable with everything before receiving the estimate.
Make sure you ask for Yesenia when you call!!

Our window/door replacement experience couldn't have gone better. The design professionals guided us through the selection process keeping in mind our style preferences. The installers completed the project in a timely manner and were courteous and very neat during construction. Great price, great service, great product! We would use them again and highly recommend.

I recently had all of my windows replaced and Window Works did a fantastic job. The follow up from Michele Ortega was excellent and addressed all my issues.

One star because I had to. It doesn t allow zero. I ve used them on multiple homes, and have referred them multiple times. Same Rep, great service. I purchased a new home, so I called my Rep, however he was no longer with the company. The sent me a new one. He came, along with an employee he was training. From the start, we were not happy with him. He was very pushy. We decided to do one half of the house at a time. So we purchased 4 new windows and a whole new balcony door. When they arrived a few months later, they didn t have all the material, and the balcony door was too big. The installers claimed the Rep never noted our account that each window was to be wrapped with aluminum, including the 2 that were installed just prior to me purchasing the home. They also said they would make the balcony door work . When they first started, I offered to lay blankets down both inside and out. The men said no, they had their own. They laid 2 inside but none on the deck. Well, at the end of the day when they were wrapping up, I noticed chunks of the deck were missing. This happened when they were dropping the drills and tools down from the ladder. I took pictures immediately and shows them to the lead installer before they left. He apologized and said someone would be in touch. No one called. Finally, after me leaving several messages, a woman calls back and apologizes. Says she will send a manager out there to take a look, and if I could locate the paint it would be helpful.

The guy shows up 3 hours before scheduled because he claimed he was already in the area and wanted to get this out of the way. I was at work. Inasked that he wait until the scheduled time, however he refused. He calls back a few minutes and says, we ll, we re not replacing anything here . This needs a new deck anyway. He continues to tell me that the deck was pained with an indoor paint . Lucky for us, the people who sold us the home left is every left over paint for each room, including the deck. This man was so ignorant and rude to me. I could not believe he was apeaking to me this way. I eventually hung up on him. He called right back to ask who the heck I thought I was hanging up on him. And he would be sure nothing was done to fix out deck. I hung up again and blocked his number. I immediately called the customer service manager AND the Rep back. No response. That has now been a few months. Still no response. I tried contacting the Operations Manager, Ron Valek, that send these tell us how we did emails. No response from him either. Such a shame that they can do business this way. All I asked is they put my deck back the way they found it. I didn t expect anything more. I paid off my windows, and now I will look for another company to do the front of my home.

Before you do business with this company, make sure you do your research. I am not the first customer that has had an experience like this.

Had 5 large upstairs windows replaced. Replaced 25yr old builder grade slider windows that had broken seals. The new windows are much better quality and I love how they slide smoothly and lock much more securely and smoothly than the old ones. Installers did a good job, but one of the windows had a huge dent in the frame (they claim from the other windows leaning on it in the truck). I noticed it on final inspection and brought it to the installer's attention (they installed it even with the softball size dent in it). He immediately set up a time to have a repair man come and fix it with the heat gun. He came out 2wk later, but couldn't get it perfect, so he ordered a new frame. Ty & Vovo came out today (3wk later) and installed the new window and it looks great! They do good work, are very respectful, and left everything clean. My overall experience with WindowWorks was very positive and I would call them again.

Great experience from the start. No high pressure to sign immediately, great customer service keeping me up to date regarding the manufacturing of my window up to the install date. Windows look great!
Install crew Adam and Marvin were very careful of my property inside and out, tarps throughout house shoes alway off and no damaged evergreens or tree branches. The window install and caulking around the window as well as the aluminum wrapping of remaining wood was done very professionally. They cleanup after so well my wife couldn t believe it.

Where to begin. I would NOT, I repeat NOT, recommended this company. Terrible customer service and bad installers lead to the worst home improvement experience I've ever had. The only positive is that the wondows have a transferable warranty when we sell the house. This company touts their quality and customer service, but seem to lack both completely. I interacted with Pete (installer), Brenden (customer service), Christian (customer service), and Lisa (customer service manager).

The installation took almost 2 months to complete, even though their contract said it would take a month. They did honor their 1 percent off if it takes longer than 4 weeks, so their integrity and moral compass as a company are not completely out of whack.

Basically, our whole experience involves them letting our pet out of the house during the installation, breaking windows on installation, rude customer service, and the feeling of repeated slaps in the face just to get the rebate they owed us for breaking the contract. I could go on more about how terrible this company is, and how much I greatly disapprove of how they treat their customers, but I will spare you from reading a 500 page novel.

However there is one more thing:

Even though we still need new windows for the rest of our house, we will be going with a different company. Avoid at all costs.

I just purchased windows from Mike Elkin hands down one of the easier purchases i have completed. He was very professional, informative, and down to earth. Giving me very in depth info about the windows I will be receiving and sharing insights about past installs/sales he has had to make my purchase easier. I will be receiving my windows in a few weeks so I can't comment on install yet, but if it was anything like the buying process im sure it will go smooth as glass.

I would like to add that Dave Phillips with Window Works who showed up today for my service was excellent; professional, friendly & very helpful.
Michele Ortega who is part of Window Works support group, was very response to my concerns & requests, never ever had to contact her twice about an issue, her job performance was great!

Salesman Matt came to our home to quote replacing all the windows in our house. His quote--$20k--was twice that of a competitor (Green T Windows in Aurora). He then went outside to his car and came back saying he was authorized by his boss to come down to $13k if we signed a contract that day. I said we could not since we still had more estimates scheduled (and it was still a few thousand more than a quote we already received). He said he would have to leave us with the original $20k quote if we did not sign. We did not (and will not).

Their windows do appear to be very good; however, if you want your window-buying experience to include the sales-pressure tactics of a used car purchase, then by all means, call WindowWorks. Personally, I prefer to do business with a company that offers their best price up front. (They also advertised a flat $89 installation fee--just a marketing gimmick to get in your house.)

Eric the salesman was great. I did get sucked in to a bunch of negative reviews online, but he reassured me in a way that wasn't pushy. This was a big job- 30+ windows. It was scheduled in a very reasonable timeframe, and the crew showed up in force on the scheduled day. It was slated as a 2 day job, the guys started at 9:30 and by 4:45 on that same day, i was signing off on a job well done. There was one small issue with broken glass in one window. That too was handled in a timely fashion. Oh, and Michele! She was super awesome with her follow up phone calls. I was never left wondering when stuff was going to happen. I highly recommend Window Works. AAA+++ experience!!

Top notch customer service! The install was quick, seamless, and the installers were very professional. A manager, Kathy Manz, really went above and beyond to help me out through the whole process. I will definitely be using this company for future home projects. Keep up the goood work!

Nailed it. WindowWorks was very professional and took many steps to make sure that our project was completed in a satisfactory manor. That's saying a lot as we had many concerns with the installation in our old home. I would recommend WidowWorks to anyone. Their pricing came in lower than the competition too. We had three other sales people over in the same day!

I love the fact that Chris Oberbeck came EXACTLY at the time he promised both times he visited me and did an excellent job at showing me how the shower will look on his computer when I selected the tiles and design I wanted for it. Also both Julie Negri ( and Autumn ) have done a great job at listening to and understanding any issues/concerns I had during the installation process and took appropriate actions to resolve them.

Had a beautiful, craftsman style door installed. Door looks great, the install was flawless, and the installers did a great job. You get what you pay for, indeed!

The products are not that great I ve had about 3 to 4 sets put in and they re not properly installed. After almost 2 years they still couldn t install them correctly. Was told any issues would be covered under warranty. 6 months later in winter, there is excessive heat loss thru edges of windows. Now I am currently trying to get that fixed. Will update outcome

The crew which included: Darnell, Robert and Verdell did a superb job installing windows and a patio door. They were friendly, professional and cleaned up after the job was done. They did such a great job cleaning up that there was no indication that they were even here. I was amazed at the skill and craftmanship of the workers. When we have the opportunity to replace the other windows, I will definitely ask for this crew.

I ordered a new fiberglass main door with glass panels from MyWindowWorks in 2017.
After one year the door started to warp and the company promptly replaced it with a new one.
One year later also the replacement started to warp letting cold air inside the house during the sub-zero days in Chicagoland.
However, when I recontacted the company with the new complaint, they promptly proposed to have the production engineers come to inspect my door on site.
Once they assessed the root cause being related with the weight of the glass panels, they replaced the door once again with a steel one.

So far the new steel door seems more rigid and robust however only time will tell.
If it doesn t warp next winter, then MyWindowWorks will have solved the problem.

Michele Ortega from the customer care/service department has followed my case from the beginning and done a great job in keeping me updated with the process.
