My experience with Kim Lyons and Window Accents was perfect. She came to my house and was very professional. A purchased a custom cushion set for a bench in my kitchen. I told Kim what I wanted and she did all the measurements and guided me in picking out the fabric I wanted. Kim also delivered the cushions on time and made sure they fit properly. My entire family loves them. They bring a great pop of color to my new kitchen. I am very happy with my entire experience with Kim and Window Accents.

A hiccup with the length of time it took for my order to come in, but to be expected during Covid, I was always well informed and my shades were installed as soon as they came in. I needed curtains and blinds for a newly remodeled bedroom and Kim really put a lot of effort into helping me find just the right material. I also had a sliding glass door in the bedroom that was letting too much light in each morning, making it hard to sleep in on lazy days. She recommended an automatic blind that works perfectly. She spent a lot of time with me at my home and the store and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. It was a good experience in making a major purchase.

There are many beautiful samples of her work making it easier to visualize for your needs. Her prices were competitive and there was no additional fee for her visits to our house. She seems to place precedence on making her customers happy.

Shaun came, measured, and later installed our blinds in our new home. He was courteous, respectful of COVID measures, and quick to install the finished products. The blinds were exactly what we needed. Cannot wait to use Window accents again for future projects.

Kim came well prepared for an in-home consultation with samples and great ideas for do's and do not's. She listened to what I wanted to accomplish with new window treatments: I love them!! When I had a concern about the operation of one of the blinds she promptly came to my home to see the issue and then solved it quickly. Very pleasant experience.

What a great experience working with Shaun and Window Accents. We love our Hunter Douglas Banded Shades and the PowerView automation is just fabulous with these large windows allowing us to get the best use of the sunroom when we want full sun or just partial lighting. Just amazing!!!

I recently had a custom blind installed through Window Accents to cover a skylight in my master bedroom. I worked with Kim through then entire process and she was wonderful. She came out to my home, at my continence, a day or so after I called and explained that I was being woken up at 6AM every day from the skylight. She had to return once more a week later, to assure her technician thought that they'd be able to install her recommended blind due to the area around my skylight being misshaped. Once the appropriate blind for my need was confirmed, I ordered the blind and Kim kept in contact with me during the waiting period and to then schedule installation. Her install team came after work hours (6pm) to install the blind so that it was convenient for my schedule. Even though Window Accents warranties all of their work, my blind has worked perfectly ever since install (I've had it a little less than 3 weeks now), and has been my saving grace each morning when the sun rises!
