Ana responded to a vague Insta enquiry & was lovely from there on in! She delivered a bespoke afternoon tea to my best friend who had had to cancel all her plans for her 40th birthday, she made the sweet treats lemon as its her favourite and she added a lovely card for me as part of the service. I will definitely use her again if I have call to and would recommend without a thought. Thank you Ana xx

I was wondering what to have for lunch today when I heard a knock on my door. I opened it and was handed a gorgeous box of colourful treats - what a delicious surprise!!! We enjoyed the vegetarian picnic sitting in our garden - everything was so good (fav combo: cracker, honey, raspberry and cheese). We've saved the cake for the afternoon. Happy to have received this gift and learned about a business that I'll be ordering from myself.

Just fabulous! Ana catered for a fiftieth birthday party for my wife with sharing plates and baked the birthday cake. The cake was beautifully crafted from 50 individual cupcakes - not only tasting delicious but looking amazing. Ana was so helpful from our first contact until the end. An amazing local talent - I just need to find another reason to ask her back!
I treated myself for my birthday with a Chocolate Cake made by Ana. 5* just isn't enough. The little cake looked stunning and tasted like heaven! More than a talent, Ana has a gift for baking. Well, I am her friend but all my guests agreed and became customers - birthday cakes, bread, and so on. Browse her cake portfolio - a pleasure for the eyes - and challenge her with whatever you have in mind. She won't disappoint you. Baking is in her genes! (by the way, she used to be a great genomic scientist!).

We ordered an Afternoon Tea for four people from HoneyShed Bakery so that we could surprise my in-laws - who have been shielding - with a lovely treat to eat during our first visit since lockdown began.
Ana's Afternoon Tea certainly didn't disappointment, the goodies were all totally scrumptious! Each new goodie we tried became a new favourite..... from the light and airy scones that just pulled apart, to the perfectly delicate, but ever so slightly chewy and soft macarons, to the melt in your mouth Malteaser Brownies.
The contents of the boxes was plentiful and very filling, we even had leftovers to eat when we got back home.
Ana, you have new fans both here locally and from Southampton!
I ordered afternoon tea to surprise my husband for our anniversary since he was missing it so much during this lockdown and Ana did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. I loved her scones! And she was very kind and flexible with delivery time to make sure it worked perfectly for us.
I ordered online and checked I could get my graze box delivered on a specific day and Ana came straight back to me to let me know it wouldn't be a problem. The box arrived exactly (in fact a little early which was great) on time and presentation was fabulous. The ingredients were really fresh and tasty too. I wouldn't hesitate to use Honey Shed Bakery again as the service and produce were second to none. I look forward to having an afternoon tea soon some time...thank you Ana
Ana at Honeyshed Bakery created our wedding cake and sweet treats. She was lovely to deal with and made everything so simple for us. She even made birthday cakes for 3 of our guests! They looked and tasted absolutely beautiful - there was nothing but crumbs left at the end of the day and everybody mentioned how delicious they were. Thank you, Ana!

I love Ana s cakes! She has a big range of cake styles for children and adults parties! They are all so tasty and savoury! She makes them with lot of detail and love! We have been buying cakes for family birthdays for several years and everybody loves them! She personalises each cake to each taste. Basically amazing cakes and amazing cooker!

Ana was a pleasure to deal with, I'm living in Ireland with brother living in the UK. Ana was so helpful in designing & delivering gorgeous cupcakes to my brother & his girlfriend on the birth of their first baby. Reports back were that the cupcakes were delicious and certainly looked impressive from the pictures.
I ordered a picnic box, when I collected it, it was full to bursting with delicious cheese, meat, hummus, olives, fruit, crackers etc.

Ana's cake ruined other cakes for me. Not only was it gorgeous to look at, it tasted amazing. The buttercream was silky and sweet, offset by wonderfully chocolatey cake. Would definitely get another.

The HoneyShed Bakery delivered the most delicious looking afternoon tea as a birthday present for a friend. She was delighted with it! In fact, she and her husband couldn t eat it all and saved some for the following day. It consisted of: sandwiches, macaroons, brownies, fruit, carrot cake, tea....oh, and scones with jam and clotted cream. I only hope that someone surprises me with one of these one day!!
I have had several cakes and cupcakes from Honeyshed Bakery, all of them have been amazing. The decoration is so good that you almost don't want to cut into it but when you do, the taste is incredibly delicious! I noticed the picnic grazing boxes, they look fabulous. I think I will be planning a picnic soon just to get one of the yummy looking boxes and I will be adding some cupcakes to the order!
I've not (yet) sampled their goods yet, but Ana who runs The Honeyshed Bakery is lovely to deal with, and very responsive when I've wanted to discuss business with her.

For my first order, I had macaroons and two individual chocolate cakes with strawberry frosting -- for the first time ever, I could pick out the flavours in EVERY macaroon! (The coffee one was my favourite, simply SUBLIME, and the handpainted flowers were stunning!). The chocolate cake was rich in flavour and the strawberry frosting was absolutely scrumptious. I am now eager to place an order for a birthday cake, and to take my Mum to tea. My first purchase from the HoneyShed Bakery was everything I could have hoped for...my new go to for baked goods!!

I absolutely adore The Honeyshed Bakery. I have had two cakes made from her and they were both absolutely beautiful and delicious! One of the cakes I gave her almost no time to make and she was able to knock it out no questions asked and the other I gave her ample time. All guests enjoyed them so much they wanted her card. You will not regret going with her for your baked goods! Thank you soo much!
